Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Brand Image and Customer Perceived Value on Brand Loyalty on Telkomsel. The sample in this study was 100 respondents. The data used are primary data analyzed using multiple linear regression equations, hypothesis tests (t-test and f test), and coefficient of determination (R2). The results of the study obtained Y = 3.381 + 0.170X1 + 0.387X2. A constant of 3,381 Brand Loyalty before being influenced by Brand Image and Customer Perceived Value towards Brand Loyalty at Telkomsel. The calculation result shows the value of R2 = 0.426. This means that 42.6% of the variation in the rise and fall of Brand Loyalty is influenced by the variables Brand Image and Customer Perceived Value. While the remaining 57.4% was influenced by other variables that were not found in this study.

Abstract

The more advanced the development of technology, the wider and easier information that can be sought by the public so that it can provide new information and even new behaviors, including buying behavior towards a product. Billionaires Project as a businessman in the Fashion Industry engaged in digital marketing must be sensitive to consumer buying behavior patterns, especially on things that can increase buyer interest. This research focuses on two variables owned by Billionaire's Project, namely The Credibility of Influencer Arief Muhammad and Price which is quite competitive in his class because it is not the cheapest nor the most expensive. The research methods used in this research are quantitative methods with descriptive types of research. Sampling is done with the nonprobability sampling technique used is purposive sampling with a total of 400 respondents who know billionaire's project fashion products. While the data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study based on descriptive analysis for influencer credibility variables are already in the category of very good at 88%, price variables are already in the category of very good at 89%, and the re-buy interest variable is already in the excellent category of 89%. Influencer credibility and price had a positive and significant effect on buying interest with a magnitude of influence of 30.3% and the remaining 69.7% influenced by other factors that were not studied.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital music applications in Indonesia is an opportunity for digital music application providers to meet the needs and desires of the community. One of them is the Spotify app. The problem is based on the number of Spotify Freemium users than Spotify Premium and the start of many new digital music applications that are starting to emerge, this is a challenge for Spotify is increasing its repurchase intention. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method with a descriptive type of research. Sampling was carried out using a non-probability sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a total of 400 respondents using the Spotify application in Bandung City. Meanwhile, the data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study based on descriptive analysis for the perceived value variable are already in the excellent category by 89%, the perceived quality variable is already in the excellent category by 88%, and the intention repurchase variable is already in the excellent category by 89%. Perceived value and perceived quality have a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention with a magnitude of influence of 48.1% and the remaining 51.9% influenced by other factors that were not studied.

Abstract

The development of the video-on-demand industry has made many new players want to jump right in, which was originally just a movie vendor to Netflix, now it is a competitor such as Disney+ Hotstar, HBO, and Amazon Video Premiere, VIU, & Vidio. The Information reported that 60 percent of subscribers canceled Netflix subscriptions in Q4 2021 and in Q1 2022 Netflix lost 200,000 subscribers and is projected to lose 2.5 million subscribers by 2022. This study aims to determine how sales promotion, CRM, & Service Innovation affect customer loyalty. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method with multiple regression analysis. The population in this study were people who had been or were using the Netflix service. The sampling technique used in this study was Nonprobability sampling and the size of the sample in this study was calculated by Bernoulli's formula with a total of 100 respondents, with the SPSS25 for Windows test tool. The results showed that promotion, customer relationship management, and brand satisfaction affect Netflix customer loyalty. The magnitude of the influence of promotion, service innovation, and brand satisfaction on customer loyalty is 37%.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the influence of Reward and Punishment on Work Loyalty at IBC Telkomsel in Bandung City. This research includes quantitative descriptive research, with multiple linear regression analysis approaches that use a brushioner research instrument. The sample in this study was Telkomsel IBC employees in Bandung City which amounted to 134 respondents who were analyzed with the SPSS program version 25. The results of this study found that rewards have a significant effect on work loyalty, evidenced by the value of thitung significance greater than table and with a large enough coefficient value so that the reward affects work loyalty. Punishment also has a significant effect on work loyalty, evidenced by the value of thitung significance greater than ttabel and with a fairly large value of coefiesen, so punishment also affects work loyalty. In multiple linear analyses it is known that reward has a greater influence on work loyalty compared to the punishment variable.

Abstract

The goal of this study is to find out how non-physical work environments and work motivation affect individual and team productivity, as well as quality and quantity of output.This study's methodology is based on survey responses from 60 Poshbrain Studio employees.With the help of the SPSS 25 data processing system, multiple regression analysis was used to test the impact of work environment and motivation on productivity.The study's findings indicate that Poshbrain Studio employees' productivity at work is influenced by their work environment and workplace motivation.The impact of the work environment and workplace motivation on employee productivity was 45.5%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the description of compensation, work environment, and employee job satisfaction, as well as to determine how compensation and work environment affect the job satisfaction of employees of XYZ Private Hospital. The factors tested in this study were compensation and the work environment as independent variables, while job satisfaction was a dependent variable. The research methods used in this study are descriptive and verification methods. The population in this study was employees at XYZ Private Hospital. The sampling technique used in this study is Purposive Sampling and the size of the samples in this study is calculated by slovin formula, so the total number is 93 respondents. The analysis methods used in this study are some linear regression analysis using SPSS25 for Windows. The results of this study showed that compensation and work environment have an effect on employee job satisfaction at XYZ Private Hospital. The amount of compensation and work environment influenced employee job satisfaction by 49.2%.

Abstract

Sosialisasi Sertifikasi Halal diharapkan dapat memberikan pelayanan untuk memberikan kepuasan kepada konsumen dimana berharap memberikan berdampak yang baik dalam mengembangkan kinerja keuangan dimana merupakan petunjuk utama dalam pertumbuhan UMKM Binaan Pondok pesantren Al Mubaarok Caringin di Kota Bandung. Sertifikasi halal merupakan pengerjaan didalam mendapatkan sertifikat halal, dengan secara bertahap pemeriksaan dalam rangka menyatakan tentang material, pengerjaan produksi, serta sistem jaminan halal telah mengikuti standar Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan (BPOM),sehingga merupakan persyaratan untuk pengusahaa dalam mendistribusikan hasil produksinya ke setiap tempat guna menggaransi kualitas hasil produksinya sebelum dilakukan pemasaran. Terbitnya Undang-Undang Nomor 33 Tahun 2014 tentang Jaminan Produk Halal sebagai kepastian hukum didalam melindungi masyarakat muslim. UndangUndang Jaminan Produk Halal sebagai pembangunan hukum nasional dibidang produk halal. Menjadi harapan UMKM Binaan Pondok pesantren Al Mubaarok Caringin di Kota Bandung dapat menggunakan secara optimal, untuk mendaftarkan produk-produknya guna memperoleh Sertifikat Halal, sehingga dapat memberikan kepastian dan keyakinan kepada pengguna konsumen muslim adalah pasar terbesar di tanah air, bahwa hasil produksi buatan UMKM Binaan Pondok pesantren Al Mubaarok Caringin di Kota Bandung, dapat menumbuhkan kinerja keuangannya menuju daya saing baik pada tataran lokal dan bahkan global. Adapun luaran penelitian berupa : (1) Naskah jurnal terakreditasi Sinta 4 , (2) Pendafaran HKI, (3) Publikasi melalui media massa.

Abstract

Digitalisasi laporan keuangan mempermudah proses pencatatan yang cepat, akurat, dan efisien dibanding metode manual yang lambat dan kompleks. UMKM membutuhkan pendampingan, pelatihan perangkat lunak, dan sertifikasi nasional agar mampu menyusun laporan berstandar SAK EMKM/ETAP sebagai dasar analisis kinerja menuju transformasi menjadi perusahaan terbuka. Bagi UMKM di lingkungan Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (BMT) Al Muhajirin Kota Bandung, sebenarnya memahami proses akuntansi yang menjadi dasar bagi penyusunan laporan keuangn digital, bukanlah hal yang sulit, bahkan akan menjadikan UMKM di lingkungan Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (BMT) Al Muhajirin Kota Bandung, diantaranya  akan menghasilkan : (1) UMKM di lingkungan Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (BMT) Al Muhajirin Kota Bandung mampu menyajikan laporan keuangan berstandar SAK-EMKM atau SAK-ETAP tepat waktu, (2) UMKM di lingkungan Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (BMT) Al Muhajirin Kota Bandung dapat mengembangkan kinerja yang lebih baik karena datanya lengkap, (3) UMKM di lingkungan Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (BMT) Al Muhajirin Kota Bandung yang memiliki sumber daya manusia yang kompeten di bidangnya, (4) UMKM Binaan LKMD kabupaten Sumedang di Kabupaten Sumedang dapat menyusun analisis kinerja keuangan yang dibutuhkan, (5) UMKM di lingkungan Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (BMT) Al Muhajirin Kota Bandung dapat memanage akuntansi dan perpajakan (6) UMKM di lingkungan Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (BMT) Al Muhajirin Kota Bandung dapat menyusun laporan pembiayaan dan aliran kas nya.
