Abstract

Minimarket Pelayanan Publik (Public Services Minimarket) is the next implementation of Pelayanan Administrasi Terpadu Kecamatan (Integrated Administration Services of Sub-district) (PATEN) as a government effort to provide convenient services to the community. Minimarket Pelayanan Publik as a public services innovation in Jekan Raya Sub-district. The purpose of the research is to find out the performance overview of the employee to succeed Minimarket Pelayanan Publik in Jekan Raya Sub-district. The assessment uses Moeheriono’s theory with the knowledge dimension about the job, work quality, employee, productivity, initiative, and responsibility. This research is qualitative research that used descriptive method and case study. Research result shows that employee performance of Jekan Raya Sub-district to succeed Minimarket Pelayan Publik has been included in a good category that can be seen from a lot of observation aspects and assessment of employee work daily and work pattern. However, we need to perfect some aspects.

Abstract

This research wants to see how the marketing public relations strategy of Mangrovesari village as a mangrove-based tourism village. This research method was carried out using a descriptive qualitative approach. Informants in this study were from internal Mangrovesari villages, business partners, and tourists from Mangrovesari villages. The concept used in this study from Thomas L Harris consists of a Push strategy, a Pull strategy and a Pass strategy. Data collection was carried out by in-depth interviews and documentation from the internet as additional data or information. The data analysis techniques use coding techniques and data validity techniques use triangulation. The conclusion in this study is that the marketing public relations strategy carried out by Mangrovesari village with the concept of Push strategy, Pull strategy, and Pass strategy concepts are interrelated with each other and can help Mangrovesari village to manage, develop, promote and form positive public opinion as a village. mangrove-based tourism, thus making tourists more familiar with and interested in coming to Mangrovesari village.

Abstract

Diabetes melitus merupakan suatu kelompok penyakit metabolik dengan karakteristik hiperglikemia yang terjadi karena kelainan sekresi insulin, kerja insulin atau kedua-duanya. Dari banyaknya jumlah penduduk yang terkena penyakit diabetes yang semakin tahun makin meningkat. Permasalahan yang saat ini terjadi adalah belum adanya tingkat akurasi prediksi penyakit diabetes dalam penerapkan algoritma naural network dengan metode backpropagation. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini memberikan solusi dengan menerapkan algoritma Backpropagtion di RapidMiner untuk memprediksi penyakit diabetes. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah alur proses dari mulai pengumpulan data, pengolahan awal data, model atau metode yang diusulkan atau dikembangkan, eksperimen dan pengujian model atau metode dan yang terakhir evaluasi dan validasi hasil. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk memprediksi penyakit diabetes menggunakan dataset yang digunakan dari kagel . Dalam penelitian ini kebutuhan hardware terdiri dari Laptop ACER ASPIRE 4739 dengan spesifikasi Processor Intel CORE I3 M380 2,53 GHz, HDD 500 GB, dan RAM 4 GB dan Software yang diperlukan adalah Sistem Operasi Windows 7 Ultimate 64-Bit, RapidMiner beserta Dataset yang akan di uji coba. Model yang dihasilkan diuji untuk mendapatkan nilai accuracy, precision, recall dan AUC dari setiap algoritma. Hasil yang diharapkan dari pengujian model Diabetes Melitus dengan menggunakan neural network dengan berbasis Backpropagation dapat memberikan pemecahan untuk permasalahan Diabetes Melitus lebih akurat.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi dan ilmu pengetahuan pada era globalisasi ini semakin pesat dan canggih. Semua ini dikarenakan hasil dari pemikiran-pemikiran manusia yang semakin maju, hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari perkembangan ilmu komputer yang semakin hari semakin berkembang dengan pesat. Masalah yang sering terjadi di Markas PMI Kota Tangerang terkait komunikasi adalah terjadinya pelambatan pesan baik itu dalam hal menerima pesan ataupun memberikan pesan sehingga apabila ada sebuah permintaan atau tindakan sedikit terhambat untuk dilakukan. PMI Kota Tangerang mencoba melakukan terobosan dengan membuat program algoritma kriptografi elgamal. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, maka dibuatlah sistem untuk mengirim pesan sesama karyawan dalam bentuk memo digital yang berfungsi agar pesan dapat disampaikan dengan cepat sehingga segala tindakan atau koordinasi dapat dilakukan sesuai dengan permintaan di memo. Dengan program ini staff atau pegawai dapat berkomunikasi dengan staff lain secara mudah dan cepat. Ketika ada permintaan pun tidak membutuhkan waktu lama untuk mengeksekusi atau mengerjakannya, dengan demikian pekerjaan dapat diselesakan dengan cepat

Abstract

The prolonged conflict between Palestine and Israel has attracted worldwide attention, including Indonesia, which has a history of strong support for the Palestinian cause. This study aims to analyze the sentiment of Indonesian people towards the Palestinian-Israeli conflict using the K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN) and Support Vector Machine (SVM) methods. The subject of this research is user data X (Twitter) which contains opinions about the conflict. After preprocessing, weighting, and labeling, 2960 tweets were collected and classified into three sentiment categories: positive, negative, and neutral. The KNN+SVM method is applied to classify the sentiment of the processed tweet data. The results showed that of the 2960 data analyzed, 33.8% were labeled positive, 38.9% were labeled negative, and 27.4% were labeled neutral with 82% accuracy, 83% precision, 82% recall, and 82% F1-Score. These results show that the majority of Indonesians tend to be negative in expressing their views on the Palestinian-Israeli conflict. This analysis provides greater insight into sentiment patterns in Indonesian responses to sensitive issues, and contributes to the study of public opinion and social dynamics on social media.

Abstract

Abstrak. Pertumbuhan pengguna e-commerce di Indonesia terus meningkat, mencapai 196,47 juta orang pada tahun 2023 dengan peningkatan 9,8% dari tahun sebelumnya. Diprediksi bahwa jumlah pengguna akan mencapai 208,55 juta pada akhir tahun 2024. Dampak pertumbuhan e-commerce yang pesat di Indonesia telah memicu persaingan bisnis yang semakin ketat di antara perusahaan-perusahaan di sektor ini, mendorong mereka untuk memperkuat merek mereka melalui periklanan strategis, termasuk melalui platform YouTube. Sebagai salah satu pemain utama e-commerce di Indonesia, Lazada telah menggunakan platform YouTube untuk mempromosikan mereknya. Salah satu iklan Lazada yang menampilkan Isyana Sarasvati dengan pesan "Pengiriman Cepat Gratis Ongkir" telah menarik perhatian banyak orang, dengan lebih dari 319 juta persembahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh iklan YouTube Lazada "Pengiriman Cepat Gratis Ongkir" terhadap brand awareness di kalangan Gen Z di Bogor. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan non-probability sampling dengan teknik Convenience Sampling disebarkan kepada 100 responden, di mana pengisi kuesioner dengan kriterianya adalah responden pengguna YouTube, paparan iklan Lazada “Pengiriman Cepat Gratis Ongkir”, generasi Z dengan usia 18-26 tahun, dan berdomisili di Bogor. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan Iklan YouTube Lazada "Pengiriman Cepat Gratis Ongkir" memiliki pengaruh yang lemah terhadap Brand Awareness pada kategori brand recognition pada kalangan generasi Z di Bogor

Abstract

Using manual oil palm fruit harvesting tools requires a lot of energy and time, especially for trees with a height of more than 5 meters. This study aims to design and create an efficient, ergonomic, and environmentally friendly electric-based oil palm fruit harvesting tool. This system uses a DC electric motor controlled by a switch, with a sickle-shaped cutting blade driven by a transmission belt. The test results showed that the tool could cut oil palm bunches at 5-8 meters height with an average cutting time of 5-7 seconds per bunch. Power consumption was recorded at 150 Watts with a 24V 10Ah lithium battery power source.

Abstract

The reform of Indonesia's national criminal law marks a paradigm shift from a retributive punishment system to a Restorative Justice approach that places greater emphasis on victim recovery, social reconciliation, and perpetrator rehabilitation. This principle has been accommodated in various regulations, such as Law No. 11 of 2012 concerning the Juvenile Criminal Justice System, Prosecutor's Regulation No. 15 of 2020, and Article 54 of the new Criminal Code which allows for the consideration of restorative justice in judges' decisions. In Islamic criminal law, the concept of qisas-diyat and the dispute resolution mechanism based on islah (peace) show alignment with restorative justice. Caliph Umar bin Khattab is an example of the application of this approach in a socio-economic context, by postponing punishment for thieves due to starvation. This study uses a normative legal approach with a descriptive-analytical method and a review of maqasid sharia to examine the integration of restorative justice principles in national criminal law. The results of the study indicate that although restorative justice has a place in regulations, its implementation is still limited and faces normative and institutional challenges. Therefore, legislative reform is needed which includes the ratification of special laws, the integration of restorative justice principles in the Criminal Procedure Code Bill, and the expansion of the scope of cases that can be resolved through this mechanism. With a more systematic implementation, restorative justice can become an integral part of the criminal justice system in Indonesia, in line with the principles of Islamic law which emphasize the balance between justice, welfare, and social protection.
