Abstract

The current  moral decline of this nation, more or less was the impact of low achievement in moral education. To point out, there have been endless white collar criminals and corruptions, illegal logging, violence and anarchy, inter students’ gang fight, and the castration of humanity. The failure of such moral education often be addresed as the failure of Religion Education particularly Islam, since Elementary until Higher Education/University.The failure of education in Islamic Religion supposed to be related to a set of problems. Among these problems are curricula, teacher/educator, method and the dychotomic view between religious education and scientific one that it should be taught integrally. This writing will try to analize the mentioned problems and it possible  solution.

Abstract

Pendidikan karakter Islam bagi kalangan mahasiswa diera milenial mutlak diperlukan, karena mahasiswa merupakan aset bangsa yang menjadi agen perubahan (agent of change) dan calon pemimpin di masa yang akan datang. Pendidikan untuk menghargai pentingnya nilai- nilai moral membentuk rasa ingin berbuat baik dan mampu berbuat baik adalah cita-cita yang diharapkan mampu diwujudkan di era perubahan yang semakin cepat. Oleh karenanya dibutuhkan formulasi pendidikan karakter yang sesuai dengan keadaan jaman dan dalam menghadapi tantanganya.Penelitian dengan pendekatan fenomenoologis perlu dilakukan untuk mengetahui implementasi pendidikan karakkter Islam di era minelial pada lembaga pendidikan Islam (pondok pesantren mahasiswa), sehingga dengan menggunakakn metode penelitian kkualitatif diharapkan menemukan pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter yang efektif dan efisien.Hasil penelitian ini diantaranya adalah pelaksanaan pendidikan selama 24 jam meliputi pendidikan Ri’ayah wal Irsyad (kepengasuhan),  Ta’dib wat Tahdzib (kesantrian), dan Dirosah/ Tadris Wat Ta’liim (Pengajaran) ditambah empat lainnya yaitu tradisi pesantren, jiwa pesantren, kedisiplinan, dan struktur organisasi/manajemen dapat dijadikan bahan rujukan dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan karakter di Indonesia

Abstract

Bertolak pada Peraturan Menteri pendidikan Nasional, no 28 tahun 2010, tentang penugasan kepala sekolah bahwa kepala sekolah berfungsi sebagai leader dan manajer di sekolah yang mempunyai peran penting dalam mewujudkan visi dan misi sekolah. Hal ini sesuai dengan peraturan Menteri Pendidikan Nasional dimana kepala sekolah adalah seorang guru yang diberikan tugas tambahan sebagai kepala sekolah atau madrasah untuk memimpin dan mengelola sekolah atau madrasah dalam upaya meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Mengelola sekolah atau madrasah memerlukan model dan gaya kepemimpinan. Model dan gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah bukanlah suatu kebetulan, akan tetapi ada nilai-nilai yang mendasarinya. yaitu dimensi soft yang mempengaruhi terhadap kinerja individu dan mutu, yaitu nilai-nilai (values), keyakinan (belief), norma, budaya mutu (culture) pembentuk budaya mutu sekolah merupakan perpaduan nilai-nilai, keyakinan, asumsi, pemahaman, dan harapan yang diyakini oleh warga sekolah serta dijadikan pedoman bagi perilaku dan pemecahan masalah internal dan eksternal yang mereka hadapi dan merupakan dasar dan landasan bagi perubahan dalam hidup pribadi atau kelompok.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology demanded young generations to continue adapting to new cultures. This study was aimed to describe students' technology- literacy, students’ interest in social media, and preferred religious figures in online religious studies. This research was a qualitative study using a case study design. The data were collected through observation and interviews with the students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teacher Education (PGMI) program in STAI Ma'had Aly Al-Hikam Malang chosen randomly. The result showed that the students’ technology literacy skills were quite good. They had a capacity to use social media optimally, integrative, and instrumentally. Furthermore, the religious figures admired by the students were diverse and came from multicultural.

Abstract

Abstract Character education has a crucial role in forming individuals who are not only academically intelligent but also have strong ethical sustainability. Devotion is carried out in applying ethical values ​​to students Taman Pendidikan Al-Quran (TPQ) Al Hayatul Islamiah as an effort to create a generation with noble morals. Through a holistic approach, TPQ integrates Islamic religious teachings into the curriculum, ensuring that students not only become hafidz of the Koran but also individuals who are committed to ethical and moral values ​​in everyday life. By involving teachers, administrators, and parents, TPQ Al Hayatul Islamiah creates a deep and engaging educational environment, where Islamic values ​​are embedded in every aspect of life. This article explains the concrete steps taken by TPQ to teach and practice ethical values, such as honesty, responsibility, and compassion, so that students become not only someone capable, but also individuals who are empowered, have high morals and are ready to face global challenges with confidence and integrity. Abstrak Pendidikan karakter mempunyai peranan yang sangat penting dalam membentuk individu yang tidak hanya cerdas secara akademis namun juga memiliki ketahanan etika yang kuat. Pengabdian yang dilakukan dalam penerapan nilai etika dan moral pada santri Taman Pendidikan Al-Quran (TPQ) Al Hayatul Islamiah sebagai upaya mewujudkan generasi berakhlak mulia. Melalui pendekatan holistik, TPQ mengintegrasikan ajaran agama Islam ke dalam kurikulum, memastikan peserta didik tidak hanya menjadi hafidz Al-Quran tetapi juga individu yang berkomitmen terhadap nilai-nilai etika dan moral dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Dengan melibatkan guru, pengurus, dan orang tua, TPQ Al Hayatul Islamiah menciptakan lingkungan pendidikan yang mendalam dan menarik, dimana nilai-nilai Islam tertanam dalam setiap aspek kehidupan. Artikel ini menjelaskan langkah konkrit yang dilakukan TPQ dalam mengajarkan dan mengamalkan nilai-nilai etika, seperti kejujuran, tanggung jawab, dan kasih sayang, agar peserta didik tidak hanya menjadi seseorang yang cakap, namun juga menjadi individu yang berdaya, berakhlak mulia, dan siap menghadapi tantangan global dengan percaya diri dan integritas. Kata Kunci: Implementasi Nilai Etika, Moral, Santri.

Abstract

Al-Qur'an development education cannot be separated from the Qur'anic learning method. In this study, the researcher chose the Bilqolam method to study because many of the formal educational institutions cooperated with Bilqolam, especially in the Malang area. Meanwhile, as a place of research, researchers are motivated to conduct research on the application of Bilqolam at SD Islam Terpadu Iqro Karangploso-Malang because Bilqolam is used as intracurricular. This research was conducted to find out how the implementation of Bilqolam. The research approach used by the researcher is a qualitative approach with a case study type. Data collection is done by interview, observation, and documentation. Check the validity of the data are triangulation, and confermability. The result of the research is that the school made a slight modification of the duration of Bilqolam teaching time.

Abstract

Quality learning is important and is the responsibility of various parties with sustainable planning stages. This research aims to analyze the roles and functions of stakeholders in designing excellent programs of learning through the cloning system and how the sustainable planning stages in Bahrul Ulum Malang institutions. This research uses descriptive qualitative type. Selection of informants using purposive sampling with snowball sampling technique. Extracting data through participatory observation, guided interviews, document data and FGDs. Data analysis of the interactive model includes data condensation, data display and conclusion drawing / verification. Data validity with triangulation on sources and methods through rival explanation. The results showed that a). The role of the Foundation, Madrasah Head & Deputy, Potential Teachers, experts from LPI Sabilillah through BEST (Be Excellent School Training) activities and madrasah committees have an equally important role because each has a different function in program planning. b). The stages of the sustainable planning process include: Uniting the mindset collectively; Reviewing the Vision, Mission, and goals of the institution; Determining superior programs; Choosing the right teachers and staff; Making strategic learning plans; Providing facilities and utilizing technology; and Encouraging students to excel. This research provides implications about the importance of stakeholder involvement in superior program planning through systematic, measurable and sustainable planning stages so that it is more effective and efficient to achieve the desired learning excellence

Abstract

This study examines the strategic role of Indonesian Islamic Religious Higher Education (Perguruan Tinggi Keagamaan Islam/PTKI) in fostering digital ethics (akhlak digital) among the social media generation. The rapid digitalization in Indonesia has created a paradox: while offering unprecedented connectivity, it also exacerbates moral crises such as the spread of hoaxes, hate speech, and cyberbullying. This research argues that PTKI, with its dual mission of developing intellect and character, is uniquely positioned to address this gap. Through a systematic review and conceptual analysis of relevant literature, this study constructs a framework of akhlak digital by contextualizing classical Islamic ethical values (e.g., shiddiq, amanah) into the digital realm. The findings map PTKI's potential roles across three domains: curricular (integrating ethics into courses), co-curricular (training and campaigns), and institutional (policy and culture). The study also identifies key internal and external challenges to implementation. This research concludes that PTKI must adopt a holistic and multi-strategy approach to effectively build digital character, offering both a theoretical contribution to Islamic education and practical recommendations for educators and policymakers.
