Abstract

The company is a place where it aims to improve the lives of the people. In its development in the economic and business sectors the role of the company in terms of improving the country's economy is a responsibility of each company, in this case it is called corporate social responsibility (CSR). In this study, focusing on the implementation of CSR in BPR in Badung Regency, where the BPR is expected to be able to prosper the surrounding community and carry out the mandate of the PERDA of Badung Regency No. 6 of 2013 concerning Corporate Social Responsibility. This research was analyze the regulation of social responsibility (CSR) in the annual and the implementation of the annual activity plan that regulates social responsibility (CSR) in rural banks in Badung Regency. The method used is empirical research method, which is research directly in the field. The results of this are social responsibility is the company's commitment to improving the economy of the community that benefits the company and the general public, where the regulation of corporate social responsibility in BPR in Badung Regency is Law No. 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies, PP No. 47 of 2012, and Badung District Regulation No. 6 of 2013. In its implementation social responsibility (CSR) in BPR in Badung Regency has been running well as in terms of education providing scholarships to outstanding students and the introduction of banking products to the local community. Perusahaan merupakan suatu wadah yang bertujuan besar untuk meningkatkan taraf kehidupan masyarakat. Dalam pengembangannya pada sektor ekonomi dan bisnis peran perusahaan dalam hal meningkatkan perekonomian Negara merupakan suatu tanggung jawab dari setiap perusahaan, dalam hal ini disebut tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan (CSR). Dalam penelitian ini memfokuskan penerapan CSR pada BPR di Kabupaten Badung yang mana BPR ini diharapkan mampu mensejahterakan masyarakat sekitar dan menjalankan amanat PERDA Kabupaten Badung No 6 Tahun 2013 tentang Tanggung Jawab Sosial Perusahaan. Penelitian ini menganalisis tentang pengaturan tangung jawab sosial (CSR) pada rencana kegiatan tahunan dan pelaksanaan rencana kegiatan tahunan yang mengatur tanggung jawab sosial (CSR) pada BPR di Kabupaten Badung. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode penelitian empiris, yang mana penelitian secara langsung kelapangan. Hasil dari ini yaitu tanggung jawab sosial merupakan komitmen perusahaan dalam meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat yang bermanfaat bagi perusahaan dan masyarakat umum yang dimana pengaturan tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan pada BPR di Kabupaten Badung yaitu UU No 40 Tahun 2007 Tentang Perseroan Terbatas, PP No 47 Tahun 2012, dan Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Badung No 6 Tahun 2013. Dalam pelaksanaannya tanggung jawab sosial (CSR) pada BPR di Kabupaten Badung sudah berjalan baik seperti dalam hal pendidikan pemberian beasiswa kepada siswa/siswi yang berprestasi dan pengenalan produk perbankan kepada masyarakat setempat.

Abstract

Abstract-Research on Airline Responsibility for Passenger Safety is based on the fact that there are still many airlines if the plane crashes and does not fully compensate insurance that must be replaced with their passengers.There are passengers who until his death were in fact not being repaid and was considered a breakup when they can be replaced by their heirs. Based on this, this study raises the problem formulation of the duties and authority of the airline for the existence of passengers as well as what compensation and how much compensation should be paid by the airline for the existence of passengers. his type of research used in this study is a type of normative legal research using the legislation approach by examining all laws relating to the writing of airline responsibilities for passenger safety and conceptual approaches by combining the opinions of experts so that it becomes an author's argument. The results of this research show that the tasks and authorities of the airlines is to start from the beginning to leave the waiting room, entered the plane to come down in the destination airport, passengers must safely without any deficiencies in addition, compensation the airline is set in law number 1 Year 2009 about aviation and Transport Minister Regulation Number 77 Year 2011 about the type of Responsibility of the carrier. In the Ministerial Regulation explains that passengers who have experienced accident entitled awarded damages by the airlines maximum is Rp. 1.250.000.000 (one billion two hundred and fifty million rupiah). Keywords: Responsibility, the Airline, the Safety Abstrak-Penelitian tentang Tanggung Jawab Maskapai Penerbangan Terhadap Keselamatan Penumpang didasari karena masih banyaknya maskapai penerbangan jika pesawatnya mengalami kecelakaan tidak mengganti rugi secara penuh asuransi yang harus digantikan kepada penumpang mereka. Ada penumpang yang sampai meninggal dunia namun tidak dilunasi dan dianggap putus hubungan padahal bisa digantikan oleh pewarisnya. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka penelitian ini mengangkat rumusan masalah apa saja tugas dan kewenangan maskapai penerbangan terhadap eksistensi penumpang serta ganti rugi apa yang dan berapa jumlah ganti rugi yang seharusnya dibayarkan oleh maskapai penerbangan terhadap eksistensi penumpang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis penilitian hukum normatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan perundang-undangan dengan menelaah semua Undang-undang yang berhubungan dengan penulisan tanggung jawab maskapai penerbangan terhadap keselamatan penumpang serta pendekatan konseptual dengan menggabungkan pendapat para ahli sehingga menjadi suatu argumentasi penulis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa tugas dan kewenangan maskapai penerbangan adalah mulai dari awal meninggalkan ruang tunggu, masuk pesawat hingga turun di bandar udara tujuan penumpang harus dengan selamat tanpa ada kekurangan apapun selain itu ganti rugi maskapai penerbangan diatur di dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 2009 tentang Penerbangan dan Peraturan Menteri Perhubungan Nomor 77 Tahun 2011 tentang Jenis Tanggung Jawab Pengangkut. Di dalam peraturan menteri ini menjelaskan bahwa penumpang yang mengalami kecelakan berhak diberikan ganti rugi oleh pihak maskapai penerbangan maksimal sebesar Rp.1.250.000.000 (satu miliar dua ratus lima puluh juta rupiah). Abstract

Abstract—Village Credit Institutions (LPD) as an institution established specifically for the sake of the welfare of the Pakraman Village community, Village Credit Institutions do not serve outside of the Pakraman Village area where the Village Credit Institution operates. The establishment of Village Credit Institutions (LPDs) began to be carried out and the existence of LPDs was regulated under Regional Regulation (PERDA) namely Bali Provincial Regulation Number 8 of 2002 concerning Village Credit Institutions (LPD), which have now been changed to Bali Provincial Regulation Number 3 of 2017. The Regional Regulation regulates the conditions for the Establishment of Village Credit Institutions (LPD). The problem statement is: 1) What is the legal position of the Village Credit Institution (LPD) in the Micro Finance Institution system? 2) What is the role of Village Credit Institutions (LPDs) in the Micro Finance Institution system? The research method used is normative legal research. The source of legal material that will be used is the research source of primary, secondary and tertiary materials. The techniques for collecting primary and secondary legal materials were collected based on the topic of the program which had been formulated based on the snowball system and disclassified according to sources and hierarchies to be presented comprehensively. Analysis of legal materials with legal interpretation and presented in the form of analysis descriptions. The legal position of the Village Credit Institution based on the customary law community in Bali in the Micro Kauangan Institution system according to Law Number 10 of 1998 concerning Banking cannot be equated. The Village Credit Institution has a very strategic role because so far it has been serving small micro enterprises (MSEs) and rural communities in Bali through financial services that are carried out in accordance with customer needs, personal approaches, and proximity to customers.
