Abstract

Background: Low Birth Weight (LBW) is one of the risk factors that have a high contribution to infant mortality. Increasing the baby's weight is used as an indicator to determine LBW growth. In LBW babies, touch therapy is a form of stimulation to increase endurance, digestive function activities, and vagus nerve activity. Objective: This study aims to determine the effect of Loving Touch Therapy (LTT) as one of the effective non-medical methods to increase body weight in LBW that can be done by parents during home care. Method: This study was a quantitative study using an experimental design and Randomized Controlled Trial (RCT) design. This research conducted in 15 respondents in the intervention group with four weeks' LTT and 15 respondents in the control group who were given Tactile Kinesthetic Stimulation (TKS). Data were obtained from measurements of body weight before and after the intervention then the data were analyzed using independent t-test with significance level p-value <0.05 and multivariate analysis using linear regression.Results: 19 respondents female (63.3%) and 11 respondents male (36.6%) was participated in this research by the frequency distribution of the gender. It was a significant increase in body weight in LBW with LTT carried out by his mother for 28 days compared with TKS stimulation. The differences in the average weight gain are 197 grams. The difference is statistically significant.Conclusions: It can be concluded that LTT is more effective in increasing body weight in LBW post-hospital care because the technique is simple and sequential from the front to the back of the baby's body which makes it easier for parents to understand and physiologically doesn't lose much an energy.

Abstract

Metformin merupakan obat yang paling sering direkomendasikan sebagai terapi diabetes melitus tipe 2. Penyerapan metformin terjadi di saluran pencernaan menyebabkan salah satu manifestasi efek samping dari penggunaannya berupa mual dan muntah. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengulas beberapa literatur terkait efek samping mual muntah setelah penggunaan obat metformin pada pasien diabetes melitus. Metode yang digunakan yaitu literature review dengan menggunakan data primer berupa artikel ilmiah, dilakukan penelusuran melalui database Google Scholar, Sciencedirect, atau PubMed dengan rentang tahun terbit 5-10 tahun terakhir. Berdasarkan analisis jurnal yang telah dilakukan bahwa efek samping yang paling sering terjadi adalah gangguan gastrointestinal seperti mual, muntah, diare, dan rasa tidak nyaman pada perut, namun kebanyakan pasien mengalami efek samping gejala gangguan gastrointestinal seperti mual dan muntah. Metformin banyak terakumulasi di usus sehingga menyebabkan efek samping mual dan muntah karena metformin dapat meningkatkan motilitas usus dengan berperan sebagai agonis serotonin. Efek samping dapat diminimalkan dengan penyesuain dosis, diminum bersama makan, atau penggunaan sediaan extended release.

Abstract

SARIPelayanan kefarmasian di Puskesmas merupakan salah satu pelaksanaanupaya kesehatan perorangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kualitaspelayanan kefarmasian Puskesmas di Kabupaten Wonosobo dengan parameterpenilaian pelayanan kefarmasian dan penggunaan obat rasional (POR).Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian deskriptif. Obyek penelitianadalah Puskesmas di Kabupaten Wonosobo yang memiliki tenaga farmasi( Apoteker atau Tenaga Teknis Kefarmasian). Sampel penelitian adalah pelayanankefarmasian, resep dan pasien poliklinik umum pada periode Juli – Desember2014. Teknik sampling menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan totalsampel yang didapatkan adalah 360 sampel.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pelayanan kefarmasian di puskesmas6,67 % masuk kriteria KURANG dan 93,33 % masuk kriteria SEDANG denganindeks kepuasan pasien adalah PUAS sebesar 28 %, CUKUP PUAS sebesar 68 %dan KURANG PUAS sebesar 4 %. Tingkat rasionalitas menurut indikatorperesepan menunjukkan persentase penggunaan antibiotik pada kasus ISPA NonPneumonia sebesar 6,25 % dan Diare Non Spesifik sebesar 30,60 %, persentasepenggunaan injeksi pada kasus Myalgia sebesar 1,99 %, rata - rata jumlah obatyang diresepkan tiap pasien sebesar 3,51 item. Persentase penggunaan obatrasional (POR) total sebesar 46,87 % lebih kecil dari target Kemenkes RIsebesar 70 %.Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas pelayanankefarmasian puskesmas di Kabupaten Wonosobo pada periode Juli – Desember2014 belum optimal sehingga disarankan puskesmas menambahkan tenagaApoteker, membuat Formularium Puskesmas dan upaya promotif dan edukatifkepada penulis resep dan pasien.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to improve student learning outcomes in Exposition Text Material with Think Pair Share in students of class VII D Semester 1 at SMP Negeri 2 Panggul Trenggalek. This research is qualitative descriptive research the type of Class Action Research will be presented in the form of a cycle. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely (1) planning. (2) implementation or action, (3) observation, (4) reflection. The study used one instrument: a test. Test instruments are used to collect achievement data. The results of this study in cycle I that students who completed learning as much as 47.82%. The completion has not reached at least 80%. Learners who follow learning with good results as many as 9 people (27.27%). Learning achievement of learners in cycle I has not achieved classical completion. Students who completed learning as much as 47.82%. The completion has not reached at least 80%. Learners who follow learning with good results as many as 9 people (27.27%). In cycle II this is good because it has reached completion. Students who completed learning as many as 20 people with a percentage of (87%). The completion of classical learning has reached a minimum of 80%. Learners who have minimal results are good in learning as many as 20 people (87%). Thus it can be stated that cooperative learning model Think Pair Share with Material Exposition material takes place actively, creatively, effectively, and pleasantly. Learning in Cycle II has been successful because minimal completion can be achieved. The success of Cycle II is characterized by a complete completion of 87%.

Abstract

In learning the material to examine the structure and linguistic aspects of short stories, many students of class IX D SMP Negeri 2 Panggul Trenggalek are found who are not able to make short stories frameworks, so the results are not satisfactory. This is evidenced by the 30 students of class VII consisting of 14 male students and 16 female students, 12 students who completed their studies or 40% of the students who did not complete their studies as many as 18 students or 60% with an average of 62 grades. 50. The value obtained by these students has not reached the specified KKM, which is 70. The purpose of this study is to obtain objective answers about improving Indonesian language learning achievement in short story writing materials through a Problem Based Learning Model with Serial Picture Media in class IX D students of SMP Negeri 2 Panggul Trenggalek. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR). The research was conducted in 2 cycles. Each cycle consists of four steps, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. In the first cycle of learning, the test results are still low when compared to the results of the second cycle of tests. This is evidenced by the results of the first cycle test, the total score is 2220 with an average score of 74 and the percentage of completeness is 73%, while the second cycle test results total 2410 with an average value of 80.33 and a percentage of completeness 90%. Thus, it can be said that the results of the second cycle of research have increased from the results of the first cycle of research. The increase in the results of the research can be seen that the average of the first cycle is 74 for the second cycle of 80.33 so that there is an increase of 6.33. The completeness of the first cycle is 73%, the second cycle is 90% so that there is an increase of 17%. From the analysis of the data above, it can be concluded that through the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model, the achievement of learning Indonesian in short story writing material for students of SMP Negeri 2 Panggul Trengalek Class IX D of SMP Negeri 2 Panggul Trenggalek in Semester 1 of the 2019/2020 Academic Year has increased.
