Abstract

Keramik MgTiO3 merupakan material dengan sifat dielektrik yang baik sehingga berpotensi sebagai material dielektrik resonator (DR) yang diaplikasikan pada sistem telekomunikasi gelombang mikro. Terkait hal tersebut, makalah ini melaporkan potensi keramik dengan komposisi baru, yaitu Mg(Ti0,95Cr0,05)O3 (selanjutnya disingkat MTC005) sebagai kandidat material DR pada frekuensi 3,3 GHz. Tujuan dari makalah ini adalah untuk menganalisis karakteristik DRO keramik pada gelombang mikro berupa frekuensi resonansi dan output power (diukur menggunakan Spectrum Analyzer) dan menghubungkannya dengan data struktur, mikrostruktur, densitas bulk, dan permitivitas relatif (Er). Keramik dikompaksi menggunakan die-press berdiameter 8 mm dan hydraulic-hand-press pada tekanan 10 MPa sebelum disinter pada suhu 1300 °C selama 3 jam. Data struktur keramik diperoleh dari pola XRD Cu-Ka menunjukkan bahwa keramik MTC005 mengandung fasa utama MgTiO3 (89,34 %molar) dan sisanya adalah fasa TiO2 rutile. Kerapatan dan kepadatan butir pada permukaan keramik ini dikonfirmasi oleh nilai densitas bulk sebesar 3,63 gr.cm-3 . Selain itu, hasil uji EDX menunjukkan bahwa keramik ini mengandung bahan-bahan penyusun saja, yaitu Mg, Ti, Cr, dan O dengan rasio % atom Mg : (Ti+Cr) : O = 19,693 : 20,665 : 63,651 mendekati rasio stoikiometri idealnya, yaitu 1 : 1 : 3 . Sedangkan nilai rata-rata Er keramik MTC005 yang diukur secara kontinu pada frekuensi 2-4 GHz = 17,5. Peristiwa resonansi DRO terekam pada frekuensi 3,367 GHz dengan output power +4,52 dBm. Dengan demikian, berdasarkan semua data di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa keramik MTC005 sangat potensial sebagai kandidat material resonator DRO pada S-band, khususnya pada frekuensi 3,3 GHz. Kata Kunci: keramik MTC005; dielektrik resonator; DRO; frekuensi resonansi; output power Abstract MgTiO3 ceramic is a material with good dielectric properties so it has potential as a dielectric resonator (DR) material applied in microwave telecommunications systems. In this regard, this paper reports the potential of ceramics with a new composition, namely Mg(Ti0.95Cr0.05)O3 (hereinafter abbreviated as MTC005) as a candidate DR material at a frequency of 3.3 GHz. The aim of this paper is to analyze the characteristics of ceramic DRO at microwaves in the form of resonance frequency and output power (measured using a Spectrum Analyzer) and relate them to data on structure, microstructure, bulk density and relative permittivity (Er). The ceramics were compacted using a die-press with a diameter of 8 mm and a hydraulichand-press at a pressure of 10 MPa before being sintered at a temperature of 1300 °C for 3 hours. Ceramic structure data obtained from the Cu-Kα XRD pattern shows that the MTC005 ceramic contains the main phase MgTiO3 (89.34% molar) and the remainder is the rutile TiO2 phase. The density and grain density on the ceramic surface is confirmed by the bulk density value of 3.63 gr.cm-3 . Apart from that, the EDX test results show that this ceramic contains only the constituent ingredients, namely Mg, Ti, Cr, and O with a atomic % ratio of Mg : (Ti+Cr) : O = 19.693 : 20.665 : 63.651 close to the ideal stoichiometric ratio. namely 1 : 1 : 3 . Meanwhile, the average value of εr for MTC005 ceramics measured continuously at a frequency of 2-4 GHz = 17.5. The DRO resonance event was recorded at a frequency of 3.367 GHz with an output power of +4.52 dBm.0.263; and 64.298 %. Meanwhile, the average value for ceramics measured in the 2-4 GHz frequency range is 17.40. The results above show that MTC002 ceramic has dielectric properties (ɛr) that support its application as a resonator material in DRO, especially the S-band region (2-4 GHz). Abstract

Magnesium titanate (MgTiO3) merupakan salah satu material dielectric resonator (DR) yang potensial untuk diaplikasikan pada berbagai sistem telekomunikasi, salah satunya sebagai komponen pembangkit frekuensi resonansi pada modul dielectric resonator oscillator (DRO) untuk aplikasi sistem radar. Terkait hal tersebut, makalah ini melaporkan karakteristik frekuensi resonansi dan output power keramik Mg(Ti0,98Cr0,02)O3 (disingkat MTC002) ketika keramik tersebut diujicobakan sebagai resonator pada modul DRO. Keramik dikompaksi menggunakan uniaxial-cylindrical-die press berdiameter 8 mm dan hydraulic-handpress pada tekanan 10 MPa, serta disinter pada suhu 1200 °C selama 4 jam. Tujuannya adalah untuk mengkaji karakteristik frekuensi resonansi DRO dan output power keramik serta mengkaitkannya dengan data struktur, mikrostruktur, dan permitivitas relatif. Resonansi DRO terdeteksi pada frekuensi 3,352 GHz dengan output power +3,848 dBm. Keramik ini mengandung MgTiO3 sebagai fasa utama (81,38 %molar) dan sisanya TiO2 rutile tanpa disertai fasa sekunder MgTi2O5 atau Mg2TiO4. Permukaan keramik tampak padat dengan nilai densitas bulk 3,056 g/cm3 . Selain itu, keberadaan fasa MgTiO3 tersebut dikonfirmasi oleh data EDX yang hanya mengandung unsur Mg, Ti, Cr, dan O dengan rasio %atom masing-masing 17,608; 17,831; 0,263; dan 64,298 %. Sementara nilai rata-rata ɛr keramik yang diukur pada rentang frekuensi 2-4 GHz adalah 17,40. Hasil-hasil di atas menunjukkan bahwa keramik MTC002 memiliki sifat dielektrik (Er) yang mendukung untuk diaplikasikan sebagai material resonator pada DRO, khususnya daerah S-band (2-4 GHz). Abstract Magnesium titanate (MgTiO3) is a resonator (DR) dielectric material that has the potential to be applied in various telecommunications systems, one of which is as a resonant frequency generator component in the dielectric resonator oscillator (DRO) module for radar system applications. In this regard, this paper reports the characteristics of the resonance frequency and output power of Mg(Ti0.98Cr0.02)O3 ceramic (abbreviated as MTC002) when the ceramic was tested as a resonator in the DRO module. The ceramics were compacted using a uniaxial-cylindrical-die press with a diameter of 8 mm and a hydraulic-hand-press at a pressure of 10 MPa, and sintered at a temperature of 1200 °C for 4 hours. The aim is to study the characteristics of the DRO resonance frequency and power output of ceramics and relate them to data structure, microstructure and relative permittivity. DRO resonance was detected at a frequency of 3.352 GHz with an output power of +3.848 dBm. This ceramic contains MgTiO3 as the main phase (81.38% molar) and the remainder is rutile TiO2 without the secondary phase MgTi2O5 or Mg2TiO4. The ceramic surface appears solid with a bulk density value of 3.056 g/cm3 . In addition, the existence of the MgTiO3 phase was confirmed by EDX data which only contains the elements Mg, Ti, Cr, and O with an atomic % ratio of 17.608; each 17.831; 0.263; and 64.298 %. Meanwhile, the average value for ceramics measured in the 2-4 GHz frequency range is 17.40. The results above show that MTC002 ceramic has dielectric properties (Er) that support its application as a resonator material in DRO, especially the S-band region (2-4 GHz). Abstract

Research has been carried out on the effect of Ni and Ti doping on the microwave absorption properties of the perovskite manganate material La0.7Ca0.3Mn1-xNix/2Tix/2O3 (LCMNTO) with variations x = 0; 0.03; 0.05; and 0.1, which were synthesized by the sol-gel method. The effect of Ni and Ti doping on the structure, grain size, magnetic properties, and microwave absorption properties were investigated in detail by various analytical methods. XRD (x-ray diffraction) characterization showed that the material La0.7Ca0.3Mn1-xNix/2Tix/2O3 has a single phase with an orthorhombic crystal system. The SEM (scanning electron microscope) results showed a tendency to decrease in grain size when the composition of Ni and Ti dopants began to increase. VSM (vibrating sample magnetometer) characterization shows that La0.7Ca0.3Mn1-xNix/2Tix/2O3 is a soft magnet with magnetic properties that decrease with increasing Ni and Ti dopant composition. The characterization of VNA (vector network analyzer) in the 8-12 GHz shows that the highest ability to absorb microwaves is 98% at 8.24 GHz, and there is an addition of absorption areas point and widening of the absorption bandwidth. Thus, the material La0.7Ca0.3Mn1-xNix/2Tix/2O3 has the potential to become a microwave absorber material.

Abstract

Microwave radiation can have harmful effects on our bodies. With increased exposure due to online activities, it is essential to use absorber materials like perovskite manganate to reduce radiation. In this study, perovskite manganate La(1-x)Bax/2Srx/2Mn0.4Ti0.6O3 (x = 0, 0.1, and 0.3) was synthesized using the sol-gel method. X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis revealed that the two samples were multi-phased, LaMnO3 and La2Ti2O7, and were formed, exhibiting a rhombohedral crystal structure (R -3 c). Morphological characterization of the sample surface using a Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) showed that as doping increases, the grain size decreases from 282.02 to 245.63 nm at x=0 and x=0.3, respectively. This result implies that doping leads to more uniform grain distribution and enhanced grain refinement. Characterization via Vibrating Sample Magnetometer (VSM) revealed that the maximum saturation value, 0.79 emu/g, was attained when x = 0. This sample exhibits soft magnetic properties, as evidenced by its coercivity (Hc) value of < 1kOe. Results from the Vector Network Analyzer (VNA) indicate that the absorption capacity of La(1-x)Bax/2Srx/2Mn0.4Ti0.6O3 increases, with a maximum reflection loss value of -25.5 dB with 1.5 mm thickness. Consequently, La(1-x)Bax/2Srx/2Mn0.4Ti0.6O3 demonstrates potential as a microwave absorber material.

Abstract

This study aim is to know the effect of silica composition on the absorption of electromagnetic waves in the composite of unsaturated polyester resins (UPR)/silica. Silica raw materials have been synthesized from the results of rice husk ash extraction. The results of the analysis phase and elementary respective using X-ray diffraction (XRD) and energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) show that the extraction of silica has an amorphous phase with a high purity. This silica powders are filler material acts as an electromagnetic waves absorber material and combined with the UPR as a matrix to form a composite. Silica powder varied with several compositions in this composite. The observation of scanning electron microscope (SEM) shows that the silica particles have been distributed evenly in the UPR matrix. Meanwhile the results of testing the absorption of electromagnetic waves at frequency range of 8 GHz - 12 GHz using a vector network analyzer (VNA) show that the addition of silica composition have significant effect on the absorption of electromagnetic waves. The more the silica content in the UPR matrix causes the absorption of electromagnetic waves more increasing. It was concluded that the presence of silica can improve the absorption performance of electromagnetic waves in composite UPR/silica. Abstract

The experiment was carried out in the paddy fields of the Mukti IV farmer group, Ciasem Girang Village, Ciasem District, Subang Regency, with an altitude of 25.11. The aim of the research was to examine and analyze the doses of N,P,K and biological fertilizers for the growth and yield of the Inpari 32 rice variety. And to obtain the optimum doses of N,P,K and biological fertilizers that can have the best effect on growth and yield of lowland rice varieties Inpari 32. The design used was a factorial Randomized Block Design (RBD) consisting of two factors and three repetitions. The first factor is the dose of N,P,K fertilizer (p) which consists of three levels, namely: p1 = without biological fertilizer (100% ha-1), p2 = N,P,K fertilizer (60%), p3 = fertilizer N,P,K (20 %). The second factor is biological fertilizer (h) which consists of 3 levels, namely: h0 = (0 kg ha-1), h1 = (15kg ha-1), h2 = (30 kg ha-1). The experimental results showed that the doses of N, P, K and biological fertilizers affected the growth of plant height (21 DAP), number of tillers (28 DAP), and yield (grain weight per clump).

Abstract

The experiment was conducted for three months, from August to October 2019. At the horticultural greenhouse of the Center for Supervision and Certification of Food and Horticultural Plant Seeds (BPSBTPH) in the province of West Java. The purpose of the experiment is research to study the interaction effect of three types of growing media and nutrients on growth and yield of lettuce plants. This research is descriptive and verified by an experimental approach in the horticultural greenhouse of the Center for Supervision and Certification of Food and Horticultural Plant Seeds (BPSBTPH) in the province of West Java. The experimental design used is the "strip plot" method. The results of the experiment showed that treatment of planting media (M) had a significant effect on leaf number, root volume, plant sap weight, and root / pupil ratio. Nutrition (N) treatment significantly affected leaf area index parameters, number of leaves, root volume, fresh fruit weight of the plant, and root drop rate. The interaction between the planting medium and the nutrient intakes had a very significant effect on the number of leaves, the volume of the roots, the weight of the sap and the rate of root loss

Abstract

Pakcoy cultivation can not only be done on a large land, but for people who only have a narrow land such as urban communities can cultivate pakcoy using pots/polybags. Optimization of pakcoy plant production can be achieved when the need for macro and micro nutrients of the plant is met. By applying liquid organic fertilizer combined with inorganic fertilizer (NPK), it is hoped that it can increase plant productivity and efficiency in fertilizer use, so that the right formula is obtained between the mixture of liquid organic fertilizer and inorganic fertilizer (NPK). The experiment was carried out in Cibiru Wetan Village, Cileunyi District, Bandung Regency., 660-705 meters above sea level an order of Inceptisol soil, starting from October 2022 to November 2022. This study aims to study the interaction between the concentration of liquid organic fertilizer and the amount of inorganic fertilizer (NPK) on the growth and yield of pakcoy plants and to determine the optimal concentration of liquid organic fertilizer at each dose of inorganic fertilizer (NPK). The results of the experiment showed that there was an interaction between POC concentration and NPK dosage on plant height and leaf count, 15 HST, 20 HST and 25 HST, and no interaction occurred in plant height 10 HST, leaf count 10 HST, fresh weight, fresh plant yield weight, dry weight and NPA

Abstract

The transformation toward Polri Presisi is a priority program led by Police Chief General Drs. Listyo Sigit Prabowo, M.Si., aimed at modernizing public service facilities to facilitate public access to Polri services. One implementation of this initiative is the launch of digital services by the Traffic Corps (Korlantas), including the SIM Nasional Presisi (SINAR) for driver’s licenses, the National Digital Samsat (SIGNAL) for vehicle tax payments, Electronic Traffic Law Enforcement (ETLE), and the Integrated Road Safety Management System (IRSMS) for traffic accident monitoring. This research aims to evaluate the Korlantas digital applications (SINAR, SIGNAL, ETLE, and IRSMS) to ensure they meet Polri's ICT Master Plan standards as mandated by Police Chief Decree No. 704/V/2018, providing fast, easy, and transparent service while protecting users' personal data. The study utilizes a qualitative and quantitative approach, collecting data through interviews, observations, and questionnaires. Findings indicate that Korlantas digital applications have progressed but require improvement in areas such as hosting on private data centers, optimal integration, data processing efficiency, and security management. The applications are viewed as beneficial by the public, though many are not fully aware of features like SINAR, SIGNAL, and ETLE, necessitating broader outreach. This evaluation offers valuable insights for enhancing Korlantas applications to better support police services for the community.
