Abstract

Tomuan Holbung Village is a village located in North Sumatra. As a village, there is still information that has not been accessed by many others through public communication, namely the internet. For this reason, it is necessary to develop an information system. Technology changes human life into quick and easy access to information data. Technology contributes to the arrangement of management systems and work processes in government and private institutions. One of the applications of Information Technology in village life is the use of the Village Information System (SID). In the development of this web-based village information system using the spiral method in development which consists of analysis, design, coding and testing as well as entity relationship diagrams in designing the database. The existence of a website-based village information system can facilitate devices in processing village information data to be more effective and efficient in providing information about village government in Tomuan Holbung Village. In addition, researchers also added features of activities that were widely informed. The Village information system is equipped with a web-based display so that users can adjust the contents in the system such as a web-based village information system as a means of information in web development in Tomuan Holbung Village using the spiral method.

Abstract

In the world of education, exams are used to measure how well students have achieved their educational goals. This allows students to determine their level of understanding of the subject they  are pursuing. If the results are found to be suboptimal, the learning process should be improved. A semester exam is an activity conducted to assess a student's development during the completed training period. MTs Persiapan Negeri 4 Medan is one of the educational institutions that conducts semester exams according to the Paper Pencil Test (PPT) model exam system. PPT is a traditional form of administration as all students are given the same test tasks. However, this review system has its drawbacks. The drawback of the question lies in the procurement of exam questions and answer sheets, which wastes paper and takes a lot of time. Also, their administration requires a lot of manpower to proctor the exams and specialized staff to revise the answer sheets and prepare the exam results. In this study, we will implement a Multiplicative Random Number Generator (MRNG) method to create a mobile-based semester exam application on MTs Persiapan Negeri 4. The designed application aims to overcome problems encountered in traditional exams, so there is no need to procure questionnaires or answer sheets, and no special staff is required to correct answer sheets

Abstract

PT.UKINDO BLANKHAN – POM is one of many large oil palm plantations that produces crude palm oil. The quality requirements for palm oil used as a raw material in the food industry and the non-food industry are distinct. Consequently, authenticity, purity, freshness, and other aspects need to be given more thought. The crude palm oil content is still selected manually in the processing section. It is challenging to process this, and it does not completely rule out the possibility of assessment errors. Based on the assessment above, determining high-quality oil frequently presents challenges, particularly when it comes to valuing crude oil levels or aspects in accordance with quality and standards. In light of these issues, a system that can assist in determining the level and quality of raw oil is required. Consequently, developing a method for determining the content of crude palm oil using Fuzzy MultiAttributeDecision Making and Simple Additive Weighting methods. Abstract

The Department of Population and Civil Registry of North Sumatra Province must know the prediction of the number of early marriages in the following year so that they can anticipate the occurrence of early marriages. The problem that occurs is that the government through the Department of Population and Civil Registry of North Sumatra Province cannot predict early marriage due to the impact of COVID-19, this is due to the lack of community activity in obtaining knowledge and the difficulty of obtaining information about the occurrence of early marriage. Therefore we need a way that can help the government in predicting early marriage. This study uses single exponential smoothing (SES) to predict an increase in early marriage due to the impact of COVID-19. With the application to predict the increase in marriage due to the impact of COVID-19 using the single exponential smoothing method, it is hoped that the Population and Civil Registry Office of North Sumatra Province will be able to find out the increase in the number of early marriages in the coming period. The Department of Population and Civil Registry of North Sumatra Province must know the prediction of the number of early marriages in the following year so that they can anticipate the occurrence of early marriages.
