Abstract

Tomuan Holbung Village is a village located in North Sumatra. As a village, there is still information that has not been accessed by many others through public communication, namely the internet. For this reason, it is necessary to develop an information system. Technology changes human life into quick and easy access to information data. Technology contributes to the arrangement of management systems and work processes in government and private institutions. One of the applications of Information Technology in village life is the use of the Village Information System (SID). In the development of this web-based village information system using the spiral method in development which consists of analysis, design, coding and testing as well as entity relationship diagrams in designing the database. The existence of a website-based village information system can facilitate devices in processing village information data to be more effective and efficient in providing information about village government in Tomuan Holbung Village. In addition, researchers also added features of activities that were widely informed. The Village information system is equipped with a web-based display so that users can adjust the contents in the system such as a web-based village information system as a means of information in web development in Tomuan Holbung Village using the spiral method.

Abstract

Bad governance or poor governance by some economic actors is one of the causes of the economic crisis in Indonesia. So that the emergence of public mistrust of government performance. To restore public confidence to the government, good governance is needed, one of which is the application of e-government. E-government is a form of information and communication technology by the government which can provide information and services to the public, business affairs, and matters relating to government. One of the results of the development of e-government is e-Village Budgeting. E-village budgeting is an online-based village budget management application in order to increase transparency and accountability of the village budget. One of the problems that often arises in the administration of village governance is related to the administrative system of village financial management that is not orderly, so that not a few that cause problems of irregularities in the use of the budget. This research will be designed a web-based application that can help make financial reporting easier. The application was made so that budgeting and development monitoring in remote villages are more transparent.

Abstract

In general, official travel is travel undertaken by employees in a company that is related to official work duties. The official duties of the North Sumatra Province General Election Commission still use manual methods by recording documents in the official travel system. And they do not yet have an effective monitoring system designed to facilitate their activities, so that the official travel system does not run according to its development. The method used is waterfall because it has a design flow to find out directly the needs of the secretary, head of section, head of sub-section, treasurer to meet clear needs. With the design of this monitoring system, North Sumatra provincial KPU employees can search for official travel data easily and quickly. These functional requirements can be accessed by Admin, employees and officials.Keywords: Business trips, Monitoring systems, Waterfall.
