Abstract

Pada penelitian ini menganalisa terkait adanya pengaruh Work Life Balance dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Provinsi Jawa Barat. Metode kuantitatif yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini beserta dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan verifikatif. Data primer yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu kuesioner, teknik probability sampling menjadi teknik dalam pengumpulan data penelitian ini. Pegawai di Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Provinsi Jawa Barat menjadi populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 141 pegawai, untuk menentukan sampel dengan menggunakan simple random sampling sebanyak 104 pegawai ASN. Keberhasilan penelitian ini dengan menggunakan Microsoft Word, Excel dan SPSS 24. Pada penelitian ini memberikan fakta adanya pengaruh secara parsial signifikan pada variable Work Life Balance sebesar 42,1% dan variable lingkungan kerja 71,8% terhadap kinerja pegawai pada INDAG Provinsi Jawa Barat. Selanjutnya terdapat pengaruh simultan pada variable Work Life Balance dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai INDAG Provinsi Jawa Barat dengan kontribusi nilai simultan mencapai 67,3% dan sisanya 33,3% adalah kontribusi dari variable lain yang tidak diteliti pada penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of managing disaster incident reports in rehabilitation management at the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) Karawang Regency. Descriptive research methods were used in this study to describe and explain the process of managing disaster incident reports and rehabilitation management carried out by BPBD Karawang Regency. Primary data was obtained through observation, interviews, and document studies at the BPBD, while secondary data was obtained from related literature and statistical data. The results of the study show that BPBD Karawang Regency has made sufficient efforts in managing disaster incident reports and implementing rehabilitation management. However, there are still a number of obstacles and challenges that affect the effectiveness of report management and the rehabilitation process, such as limited resources, coordination between agencies that is not yet optimal, and a lack of community participation. In conclusion, BPBD Karawang Regency needs to improve the effectiveness of managing disaster incident reports through steps such as increasing coordination with related agencies, increasing public awareness, and optimizing the use of available resources. This research can be a reference for BPBD and related parties in improving disaster rehabilitation management in Karawang Regency

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of human resource management (HR) in improving the careers of workers in the digital era in an agency/organization, with a focus on adaptation to technological developments and the need for quality human resources. This research method involves a case study at XOXO Coffee Pondok Hijau Bekasi Branch as a representation of an organization in facing the challenges of the digital era. A qualitative research approach was used by collecting data through interviews, observations, and document analysis related to HR management and career development. The research results highlight the importance of effective HR management in designing competency-based recruitment policies, digital skills development, and performance assessments that are adaptive to technological changes. Organizations need to ensure that workforce careers can continue to develop in line with advances in digital technology. The findings of this research provide insight into HR management strategies and implementation that support employee career advancement in the digital era, contributing to the literature on human resource management and career development.

Abstract

Abstract

Human Resource Management has become important for Companies where it can influence Company Finance but by managing its People or Workforce. This research uses a case study at PT. BOAK GLOBAL SMARTINDO to find out how Human Resources Management influences the Quantity of its Workforce. This research uses quantitative research methods with a case study approach and is followed by materials including primary, namely internship reports, secondary, namely previous research journals and tertiary materials, namely from the internet and other sources.

Abstract

High employee performance can be achieved when every aspect of the organization is connected efficiently and can carry out their respective functions. In this research, this aspect refers to the leadership variable. Initial survey results show that employee performance has not yet reached optimal levels. The aim of this research is to identify the impact of leadership and work motivation on employee performance in the banking sector in Southeast Sulawesi. The method applied in this research is a descriptive and explanatory survey. Hypothesis testing uses the Structural Equation Model (SEM), while data processing is carried out using the LISREL 8.72 (Linear Structural Relationship) program. The findings from hypothesis testing show that both leadership and work motivation have a significant influence, both individually and simultaneously, on employee performance. This indicates that increasing the implementation of organizational leadership and work motivation can optimize the achievement of banking employee performance in Southeast Sulawesi.

Abstract

Indonesia is a large country that has a large population. This data shows that the number of human resources in the work group is very high. Companies that have a workforce must be able to manage and develop the capabilities of their workforce well. This research discusses employee development methods through education and training. The research method uses qualitative methods. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that employee development by PT Daeah E&C Indonesia through education is carried out through training methods, coaching and counseling, and job rotation and planned progression, through training carried out through on the job training, outsider training and specialist courses. Employee development is carried out to increase employee abilities and knowledge in carrying out their duties so as to increase company productivity.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui, menganalisis, dan menjelaskan pengaruh kompetensi kewiusahaa terhadap Kinerja umkm di kecamatan telagasari Menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan verifikatif. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden dihitung dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin, dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan studi pustaka dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis rentang skala dan analisis regresi linier sederhana dengan alat bantu statistik Microsoft Excel dan SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara parsial Kompetensi Kewiusahaan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja UMKM.
