Abstract

Islamic This community service program aims to socialize the importance of a saving culture to the students of BLK Darul Musthofa using the digital platform Dinaran. The Dinaran platform, designed to facilitate the saving process with advanced digital features, is introduced as an effective tool in forming sustainable saving habits. The socialization activities include seminars and training that provide in-depth understanding of personal financial management and the benefits of saving. By using the Dinaran platform, participants are taught how to create savings plans, monitor expenses, and leverage technology to achieve their financial goals. Gold is an instrument that can protect wealth due to its inflation-resistant nature compared to paper money. The community service activities held at the Darul Musthofa Vocational Training Center (BLK), specifically attended by the students of BLK Darul Musthofa, provide the younger generation with the opportunity to understand the importance of saving from an early age. In these activities, the community is also introduced to the concept of saving in gold through the Dinaran platform. Saving in the form of gold has various advantages, such as protection against asset value from inflation and economic fluctuations. The Dinaran platform provides convenience for the community to buy, store, and manage gold digitally, making gold investment more accessible and safe. Students are taught how to use the Dinaran platform to buy gold in small amounts regularly, enabling them to start saving with affordable capital. Additionally, through this platform, they can monitor the value of their investments in real-time and sell their gold whenever needed. This offers greater flexibility and accessibility compared to traditional methods of storing physical gold. In this socialization, practitioners or lecturers provide insights into the history and market trends of gold, as well as effective investment strategies. They also discuss potential risks and how to manage them. Thus, participants gain a comprehensive understanding of saving in gold and how to utilize it to achieve long-term financial stability. Although the activities mainly involve students, it is hoped that the students will also share the information with their parents and the community. This aims to create collective awareness about the importance of saving and investing culture. With collaboration between students, parents, and the community, it is expected that the saving culture can be implemented comprehensively and sustainably. This program is expected to increase public awareness of the importance of saving and provide them with the necessary knowledge to manage their finances better in the digital era. By saving through the Dinaran platform, students are expected to achieve better financial security and more effective wealth protection through digital gold saving.

Abstract

The Inheritance issues frequently become a source of conflict within families, primarily due to the limited understanding among Muslim communities regarding the distribution of inheritance in accordance with Islamic law (fara’id). One of the main obstacles faced is the difficulty in accurately calculating each heir’s rightful share based on Sharia principles. In many cases, confusion also arises even among religious leaders when determining inheritance portions according to Islamic jurisprudence (fiqh). To address this challenge, this community service initiative focused on the socialization of Islamic inheritance distribution through the use of a digital application called “Hitung Waris” (Inheritance Calculator). This application is designed with informative and interactive features, including definitions of inheritance, relevant Quranic and Hadith-based legal foundations, identification of heirs along with their respective rights and conditions, and a simulation for inheritance calculations. The application’s calculation process follows several stages, beginning with input on the deceased (muwarris), total estate (tirkah) including assets, debts, wills, and funeral expenses, followed by identifying the primary heirs, and ultimately presenting the results in accordance with fara’id rules. The socialization activity was conducted on Thursday, May 29, 2025, at Al-Ikhlas Mosque, Pasar 1 Rel, Medan Marelan District, and was attended by the mosque’s Subuh prayer congregation. The evaluation of this activity revealed strong enthusiasm from participants during discussions and Q&A sessions, along with improved understanding of Sharia-compliant inheritance distribution. The digital application proved to be a practical and accurate tool in helping the community understand and calculate inheritance in accordance with Islamic justice principles. Thus, this initiative makes a tangible contribution to promoting literacy in Islamic inheritance law and fair wealth distribution through a technology-based approach in the digital era.

Abstract

Pemilihan Raya (PEMIRA) adalah ajang untuk melaksanakan regenerasi atau pergantian kepengurusan di organisasi kemahasiswaan terutama kepengurusan Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa. Dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pemilihan persiden mahasiswa ini sering terjadi beberapa kendala mulai dari masalah dalam penggunaan akomodasi sarana untuk pengalokasian kelengkapan pemilihan hingga terjadinya human error. Dari permasalahan tersebut munculah gagasan dalam melakukan pemilihan raya (PEMIRA) mahasiswa dengan memanfaatkan teknologi berbasis web sehingga lebih mudah dan efisien yang disebut dengan E-voting. Metode Pengembangan sistem yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah extreme programming. Dengan langkah-langkah yaitu planning, design, coding, testing. Alat perancangan sistem yang digunakan yaitu class diagram, activity diagram, use case diagram. Penelitian ini Menghasilkan Aplikasi E-Vote Pemilihan Presiden BEM AMIK Dian Cipta Cendikia Bandar Lampung berbasis Web yang mampu membantu pemilihan raya mahasiswa menjadi efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memahami secara mendalam bagaimana penerapan metode pemasaran direct selling pada produk talangan umrah di PT Bank Sumut Syariah Kantor Cabang Pembantu Hamparan Perak. Latar belakang kajian berangkat dari rendahnya ketertarikan masyarakat terhadap produk pembiayaan tersebut. Minimnya minat ini diduga muncul akibat kurangnya pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai prinsip-prinsip pembiayaan syariah serta masih terbatasnya upaya promosi yang dilakukan bank. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi lapangan, dokumentasi, serta wawancara mendalam dengan pimpinan dan staf pemasaran Bank Sumut Syariah Hamparan Perak sebagai informan kunci.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi direct selling yang selama ini dilaksanakan—seperti kegiatan sosialisasi di masjid, pertemuan komunitas, serta kerja sama dengan biro perjalanan umrah—belum berjalan secara maksimal. Pelaksanaannya masih menghadapi berbagai kendala, antara lain rendahnya tingkat literasi keuangan syariah masyarakat, terbatasnya jumlah tenaga pemasaran yang kompeten, serta kurang lengkapnya media promosi yang dapat mendukung penyampaian informasi produk. Walaupun menghadapi hambatan, metode direct selling dinilai memiliki potensi besar karena mampu membangun komunikasi langsung, menciptakan hubungan yang lebih personal, serta meningkatkan pemahaman calon nasabah mengenai manfaat dan mekanisme produk talangan umrah. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya peningkatan kapasitas tenaga pemasaran, pelaksanaan edukasi keuangan syariah secara berkelanjutan kepada masyarakat, serta penguatan strategi promosi yang lebih komprehensif dan tetap selaras dengan prinsip-prinsip syariah.

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor penyebab yang memengaruhi perceived value dan perceived quality terhadap loyalitas nasabah penerima fasilitas pembiayaan KPR iB Griya pada PT Bank Syariah Sumut KCPSY Hamparan Perak. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain asosiatif, sehingga memungkinkan peneliti untuk mengukur hubungan antarvariabel secara sistematis. Populasi penelitian mencakup seluruh nasabah pengguna produk KPR iB Griya yang berjumlah 76 orang, dengan pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner terstruktur sebagai instrumen utama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perceived value memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa semakin tinggi nilai manfaat yang dipersepsikan nasabah terhadap produk pembiayaan yang diberikan, maka semakin besar pula kecenderungan mereka untuk tetap setia menggunakan layanan bank. Selain itu, perceived quality juga ditemukan berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan dan produk yang baik tidak hanya meningkatkan kepuasan, tetapi juga memperkuat rasa kepercayaan dan keterikatan emosional nasabah terhadap lembaga perbankan. Secara simultan, kedua variabel tersebut terbukti memberikan kontribusi penting dalam membentuk loyalitas nasabah. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa peningkatan persepsi nilai serta kualitas layanan merupakan strategi krusial dalam mempertahankan dan memperkuat loyalitas nasabah pada produk pembiayaan berbasis prinsip syariah. Dengan demikian, bank dapat membangun hubungan jangka panjang yang berkelanjutan serta meningkatkan daya saing dalam industri perbankan syariah
