Abstract

Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) have a strategic role in national economic development, in addition to playing a role in economic growth and labor absorption. The goal to be achieved in this study is to find out and analyze the superior performance of MSMEs (MSME Excellent Performance) by implementing Training through Work Creativity. This research is a quantitative research that examines scientifically and systematically the parts, phenomena and relationships between variables. The results of this study have significant implications for human resource development strategies and improving organizational performance, especially in the context of small and medium enterprises (MSMEs/SMEs). The findings show that training plays an important role in increasing work creativity (WCR), which directly affects the superior performance of MSMEs (SEPs). Referring to the formulation of the problem, the conclusion of this study is: training, which is good, has a significant influence in increasing Work Creativity significantly, but does not significantly contribute to improving the Superior Performance of MSMEs/SMEs's EXcellent Performance directly. Thus, this study proves that good Work Creativity is proven to be a good mediator and is able to increase the influence of training, coaching, and mentoring on the Superior Performance of MSMEs / SME's EXcellent Performance.

Abstract

Dalam proses belajar mengajar melibatkan dua peserta utama: instrukturdan peserta kursus. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran merupakan proses interaktif antara instrukturdan peserta kursus, berakar pada hubungan pendidikan dengan tujuan mencapai tujuan pendidikan. instrukturmemiliki tanggung jawab yang kompleks untuk memastikan keberhasilan pembelajaran. Mereka tidak hanya diharapkan memiliki penguasaan atas materi pelajaran tetapi juga berfungsi sebagai panutan dan menginspirasi siswa untuk belajar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) untuk mengkaji pengaruh simultan kepribadian instrukturdan motivasi belajar peserta kursus terhadap hasil belajar, (2) untuk menilai dampak individu kepribadian instrukturdan motivasi belajar peserta kursus terhadap hasil belajar, dan (3) untuk mengidentifikasi variabel yang paling dominan mempengaruhi hasil belajar peserta kursus di LKP MELATI. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah korelasi kuantitatif. Populasi terdiri dari seluruh peserta kursus aktif dalam program mata kuliah LKP Melati, dengan sampel yang dipilih menggunakan rumus Slovin. Pendataan melibatkan pemberian kuesioner tentang kepribadian dosen, motivasi belajar peserta kursus, dan hasil belajar. Sebelum menganalisis data, uji prasyarat untuk regresi linier dilakukan. Temuan penelitian adalah: (1) kepribadian instrukturberpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar peserta kursus, baik secara bersamaan maupun sebagian (Fhit=97,623 > Ftab=2,44 dan thit=2,930 > ttab=1,677); (2) motivasi belajar siswa juga berdampak signifikan terhadap hasil belajar, baik secara bersamaan maupun sebagian (Fhit=97,623 > Ftab=2,44 dan thit=4,506 > ttab=1,677); (3) variabel yang paling mempengaruhi hasil belajar adalah motivasi belajar peserta kursus (r² = 30,1%), sedangkan kepribadian instrukturmenyumbang 15,4% dari varians. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi belajar peserta kursus merupakan penentu utama hasil belajar, dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal dan lingkungan eksternal, meskipun kepribadian instrukturjuga berperan penting dalam membentuk prestasi peserta kursus di LKP Melati Makassar.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the determinants of village financial management performance and the moderating effect of malaqbi culture in Mamuju Regency, West Sulawesi Province. The main focus of this study is to examine the relationship between leadership, commitment, and competence of village financial managers with financial management performance, and how malaqbi culture can moderate the relationship. Malaqbi, which is a local culture that emphasizes the values ​​of honesty, responsibility, and integrity, is believed to play an important role in increasing transparency and accountability in village financial management.Specifically, this study identifies the main problems in village financial management in Mamuju Regency, which include violations, abuse of authority, and corruption that still occur. The existence of these problems indicates deficiencies in financial management caused by institutional factors, such as lack of effective leadership, low commitment, and limited competence of village financial managers. This study proposes that the application of malaqbi culture based on local moral and ethical values ​​can function as a moderation that can increase the influence of leadership, commitment, and competence on village financial management performance.Using a quantitative approach, this study will examine the direct influence of these variables and how malaqbi can strengthen or weaken these relationships. It is hoped that the findings of this study can contribute to a deeper understanding of the importance of local culture in improving the performance of village financial management, as well as offering solutions to overcome various village financial problems that still occur, including violations and corruption.
