Abstract

This study aims to identify the effect of knowledge of business financial management, and family environment on the interest in entrepreneurship. The population of this study was a S1 student at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muslim Indonesia Makassar, with the sampling technique used was accidental sampling, in 100 semester FEB students as respondents. Quantitative data analysis methods and using several tests such as validity testing, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression tests, and the coefficient of determination test (adjusted r square. positive about entrepreneurial interest. By understanding the effects between these variables, it is hoped that this research can provide insight which is useful in supporting the development of entrepreneurial interests and efforts to increase the number of qualified entrepreneurs.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Fundamental Factors including Current Ratio, Total Debt to Total Assets, Net Profit Margin, and Fixed Assets Turnover Ratio, as well as Risk Management Disclosure, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on the Value of Manufacturing Companies on the IDX. This study took samples on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2021 with the use of an annual period. The data of this study uses secondary data, namely a continuous annual report for the last 3 years using meode purposive sampling. The analysis method of this study is by Descriptive Statistical Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Regression Equation Model and Hypothesis Test.Keywords: Fundamental Factors, Current Ratio, Total Debt to Total Assets, Net Profit Margin, Fixed Assets Turnover Ratio, Risk Management Disclosure, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify research gin on educational stastartups Indonesia. There were five proposed research questions: (RQ1) publication trends; (RQ2) publishers which published the most articles; (RQ3) researcher who was productive; (RQ4) the most cited article titles; and (RQ5) publication network map. The design research was quantitative with a descriptive approach. The research method uses a literature review with bibliometric analysis. The research data was from the Google Scholar database. Data analysis was done using VOSviewer software. The resindicatecates: (1) publications with the theme Education Startup (EdTech) in Indonesia were 49 articles; (2) KhazanahIntelektual was the publisher which publishes the most article on Education Startup (EdTech) in Indonesia; (3) Nurkholifatul Maula was the productive researcher (4 articles); (4) the paper written by Faulinda Ely Nastiti and AghniRizqiNimal Abdu entitled “Indonesian Education Readiness to Face the Era of Society 5.0” was the most cited (261 citations); and (5) there was only one cluster has the opportunity to be a research gap related to Education Startup (EdTech) in Indonesia. The results indicate there was a research gap, so future research has the potential to be renewable research on management science and digital entrepreneurship

Abstract

Current developments and the economy are developing very quickly, thus requiring economic actors to be able to adapt to change. Companies that can compete well will not experience failure or bankruptcy but will continue to grow to get high scores. This study aims to examine the effect of gender diversity on the board on firm performance with firm performance as an intervening variable. This type of research uses quantitative research with an associative approach. The samples in this study were 110 samples. The data analysis technique in this study used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of SmartPLS. The results of this study indicate that gender diversity has no significant effect on firm performance, gender diversity has a significant effect on firm value, firm performance has no significant effect on firm value, and gender diversity has no significant effect on firm value through firm performance in service companies. on the Stock Exchange.
