Abstract

Kepuasan kerja merupakan faktor penting yang memengaruhi kualitas pelayanan keperawatan di rumah sakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kepuasan kerja perawat di Rumah Sakit TK II Iskandar Muda Banda Aceh. Desain penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 190 perawat, dengan sampel 129 responden yang diambil menggunakan teknik proportionate random sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner berbasis Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ) yang dimodifikasi. Analisis data menggunakan uji Chi-Square dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara faktor insentif (p=0,044), kondisi pekerjaan (p=0,016), dan supervisi (p=0,032) dengan kepuasan kerja perawat. Mayoritas responden merasa puas terhadap kondisi pekerjaan (64,3%) dan supervisi yang dilakukan secara rutin (68,2%). Kesimpulannya, kepuasan kerja perawat dipengaruhi oleh faktor insentif, kondisi pekerjaan, dan supervisi yang baik. Peningkatan sistem penghargaan dan pengawasan berkelanjutan disarankan guna meningkatkan kepuasan dan mutu layanan keperawatan.

Abstract

Permasalahan discharge planning tidak hanya terjadi di Indonesia tapi juga terjadi di dunia di mana Menurut World Health Organization (WHO) pada tahun 2020, permasalahan perencanaan pulang sudah lama menjadi permasalahan dunia. Data dunia melaporkan bahwa sebanyak 23% perawat australia tidak melaksanakan discharge planning, dan di inggris bagian barat daya juga menunjukan bahwa sebanyak 34% perawat tidak melaksanakan discharge planning. Tujuan Penelitian Mengidentifikasi Motivasi Perawat Dengan Pelaksanaan Discharge Planning Di Ruang Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit Pertamedika Ummi Rosnati. Metode kuantitatif dengan deskripsi korelasi melalui pendekatan Cross Sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah perawat ruang rawat inap sebanyak 70. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah Total Sampling. Hasil penelitian terdapat Hubungan Motivasi Perawat Dengan Pelaksanaan Discharge Planning Di Ruang Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit Pertamedika Ummi Rosnati dengan nilai p = 0,002. Perawat menyarankan kepada res;onden agar dapat menjadi bahan pengetahuan tentang bagaimana motivasi perawat dalam pelaksanaan discharge planning ruang rawat di rumah sakit.Kata Kunci : Motivasi & discharge planningThe problem of discharge planning does not only occur in Indonesia but also occurs in the world where according to the World Health Organization (WHO) in 2020, the problem of discharge planning has long been a world problem. World data reports that as many as 23% of Australian nurses do not carry out discharge planning, and in southwestern England also shows that as many as 34% of nurses do not carry out discharge planning. Research Objectives Identifying Nurses' Motivation by Implementing Discharge Planning in the Inpatient Room of the Pertamedika Ummi Rosnati Hospital. Quantitative method with a description of the correlation through the Cross Sectional approach. The population in this study were 70 inpatient nurses. The sampling technique used was Total Sampling. The results showed that there was a relationship between Nurse Motivation and the Implementation of Discharge Planning in the Inpatient Room of the Pertamedika Ummi Rosnati Hospital with p = 0.025. The nurse suggested to the respondent that it could become a source of knowledge about how the motivation of the nurse in carrying out discharge planning in the hospital ward.Keywords: Motivation & discharge planning

Abstract

Based on Article 1 paragraph (1) of the UUHT, Mortgage Rights on land and objects related to land are security rights that are imposed on land rights as referred to in Law Number 5 of 1960 concerning Basic Regulations on Agrarian Principles, along with or without other objects that are an integral part of the land, for the repayment of certain debts, which give priority to certain creditors against other creditors. Mortgage rights begin with a debt and credit agreement entered into by the debtor and his creditor. This is followed by the making of a deed of granting mortgage rights (APHT) made by a Land Deed Official (PPAT). Before 2020, APHT registration was carried out by PPAT at the Land Office directly or manually. This is different after 2020, APHT registration is carried out online or electronically, with the enactment of Regulation of the Minister of Agrarian and Spatial Planning / Head of the National Land Agency Number 5 of 2020 concerning Electronically Integrated Mortgage Services. In its implementation after the enactment of the aforementioned regulation, there are several problems in the Implementation of Electronic Registration of Deeds of Granting Mortgage in Agam Regency. With problems: 1) How is the implementation of electronically integrated Mortgage Rights registration in Agam Regency? 2) How are the obstacles and constraints to electronically integrated registration of mortgage rights in Agam Regency? This research uses an empirical juridical approach and the nature of the research is descriptive. The implementation of Electronic Registration of Deeds of Mortgage in Agam Regency has been running well and in accordance with applicable regulations and has fulfilled the principles of electronic registration of mortgage rights, namely fast, precise and easy. Meanwhile, there are still obstacles both at the land office, PPAT and banks. One of them is that there are still many land data that have not been validated and the lack of human resources at the land office. Meanwhile, in PPAT and banking, there are still errors in typing APHT and its application.
