Abstract

The intermediate puerperium (taking hold) is a period of complete recovery of the genitalia, which lasts about 6-8 weeks. The taking hold phase shows the emotional changes that mothers feel after becoming mothers and after mothers see their babies for the first time and experience caring for babies. The Taking Hold phase is a post partum period that lasts between 3-10 days. This study aims to relate the length of labour with the taking hold of postpartum mothers in the Ponrang Health Centre working area in 2023. The research design used Cross Sectional. The research subjects were all postpartum mothers in June-July 2023, 87 people. Based on the results of the chi-square statistical test using the Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS) application, the relationship between the length of labour with the taking hold of postpartum mothers obtained a p value = 0.003 < α = 0.05 which means that there is a relationship between the length of labour with the taking hold of postpartum mothers.

Abstract

Regurgitation or Spitting Up is a normal thing that happens to babies, especially after breastfeeding. Regurgitation in small amounts, which is sometimes accompanied by burping, is usually nothing to worry about. However, if spitting up happens very often and in large amounts, it could be caused by giving too much milk. To overcome this, use a harder nipple and a smaller hole if the baby drinks milk from a bottle. In addition, get used to burping the baby more often during and after breastfeeding, both for babies who drink breast milk and formula milk. study aims to analyze the relationship between Pregnant Women's Knowledge Regarding Bottle Feeding on Neonatal Regurgitation Incidents at Seko Barat Health Center, North Luwu Regency. The research design used Cross Sectional Study. The subjects of the study were mothers who had babies aged 0-3 months with a total of 30 samples. The data collection technique used a questionnaire then the data was analyzed using the chi square test. The results of the study were obtained from the analysis test using the Chi Square Test method indicating a significant relationship between Pregnant Women's Knowledge Regarding Bottle Feeding and the Incident of Neonatal Regurgitation at the Seko Barat Health Center, North Luwu Regency in 2024. workers can improve the quality of health services by regularly providing information and counseling to mothers of toddlers about bottle feeding and how to burp babies. This effort is expected to increase knowledge and improve maternal behavior so that babies do not experience regurgitation.

This type of research is quantitative with a pre-experimental design using One Group Pre test – Post test design. The sampling technique used in this study is non probability sampling by accident sampling. Tool The research used a questionnaire. The analysis technique used one of the non-parametric statistical tests, namely the Wilcoxon Match Pair Test. The results of the Wilcoxon test obtained a p value of 0.000 smaller than the α value of 0.05 so it was concluded that there was an influence of health education using the Bugis language on knowledge about Exclusive Breastfeeding in postpartum mothers at the Ponrang Health Center UPTD. Abstract

Background: Challenges in adolescent reproductive health, particularly the adolescent reproductive health triad (sexuality, HIV/AIDS, and substance abuse), are a global health concern. Traditional health education approaches are unable to address the learning preferences of Generation Z, who are digital natives. This requires culturally responsive and technology-based interventions. Purpose: To evaluate the effectiveness of local wisdom-based digital storytelling in improving adolescents' knowledge and attitudes towards the reproductive triad. Method: A quasi-experimental pre-test and post-test design with a mixed-methods approach was used in this study. Adolescent girls were randomly assigned to either an experimental group (digital storytelling integrating Sipakatau-Sipakainge values) or a control group (conventional lecture and discussion). The study was conducted from August to September 2025 at two schools: SMP Negeri 3 Makassar and SD Pabundukan, Gowa Regency. Knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors related to the reproductive health triad were measured using a validated questionnaire. Qualitative data was collected through focus group discussions and in-depth interviews. Data analysis included descriptive and inferential statistics, with N-Gain scores calculated for effectiveness comparisons. Results: Digital storytelling demonstrated superior effectiveness with high N-Gain scores for HIV knowledge (0.71) and substance abuse (1.00) compared to conventional methods, which showed moderate to low scores (0.30 and 0.25). Sexuality knowledge achieved a moderate increase (0.50 vs. 0.33). Qualitative findings revealed a 76% preference for visual and interactive learning modalities. The digital approach demonstrated consistent effectiveness across all domains with no low scores, while conventional methods showed deficits in substance abuse education. Conclusion: Digital storytelling based on local wisdom significantly outperformed conventional health education in addressing adolescent reproductive health challenges among Generation Z learners.   Keywords: Adolescents; Attitudes; Digital Storytelling; Knowledge; Local Wisdom; Reproductive Health.   Pendahluan: Tantangan kesehatan reproduksi remaja, khususnya triad kesehatan reproduksi remaja (masalah seksualitas, HIV/AIDS, dan penyalahgunaan zat), menjadi perhatian kesehatan global.
