Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan  mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mendorong konsumen memutuskan untuk membeli buah lokal selama masa pandemi Covid 19.  Penelitian dilakukan pada masa pandemi Covid 19 tahun 2020 dengan pendekatan  kuantitatif.  Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner pada 322 sampel, yang kemudian dianalisis dengan analisis faktor Pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner terhadap responden penelitian selama masa pandemi Covid 19 pada tahun 2020. Sampel ditarik dengan dengan simple random sampling dari populasi konsumen yang mengonsumsi buah lokal selama tahun 2020, 322 responden bersedia melakukan pengisian kuesioner.  Hasil  penelitian diolah dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 26.  Hasil penelitian  membuktikan hipotesis dengan nilai signifikansi 0,00 bahwa faktor yang diteliti memiliki korelasi untuk dianalisis lebih lanjut.  Selain itu, hasil  penelitian  menunjukkan bahwa dari 10 faktor yang diteliti yaitu keragaman buah lokal, kualitas buah lokal, kebersihan buah lokal, kesegaran buah lokal, harga buah lokal, gaya hidup sehat, tingkat pendapatan, keinginan dan kebutuhan, bentuk buah lokal, dan warna buah lokal kemudian tereduksi menjadi dua variabel yaitu variabel persepsi kualitas dan variabel preferensi konsumen.

Abstract

The aim of this activity is to increase the understanding of mothers who are members of Posyandu in RW 1 Kayumanis Village, Bogor City. The extension method was decided to be the method for this activity, with socialization activities as the activity that started the extension activities, then mentoring was carried out. This community service activity takes place from January to July 2023, with activity stages: Stage 1 (January 2023): Socialization of activities through RW Management and PKK Posyandu Cadres, Stage 2 (February 2023): Stunting education to PKK Posyandu Cadres, Stage 3 (March-May 2023): Prevention Assistance Stunting through Handling Food Materials and Managing Household Finances in Posyandu RW Activities (distribution of brochures and advice regarding the contents of the brochures), Stage 4 (June - July 2023): Evaluation of Activities through interviews and questionnaires. This community service activity has been able to increase understanding of mothers Posyandu members in RW 1 Kayumanis Village, Bogor City. This is indicated by the results of the questionnaire after the activity, in addition, interviews before and after the activity was carried out. Henceforth, it is recommended to provide assistance to the implementation of the socialization material provided, as well as the area coverage of the activities carried out.

Abstract

The advancement of e-commerce marketplace applications has made small and medium entrepreneurs (SMEs) in the e-commerce sector, grow rapidly in the current Era Industrial Revolution 4.0 Era. With limited capital, SMEs businesses must compete by increasing the inventory of various merchandise and large stocks, thus requiring an increase in warehouse capacity to become larger. There is a phenomenon related to the need for large warehouses and inventory for merchandise products of SMEs in the e-commerce sector, to e-commerce marketplace applications that have a virtual warehouse concept.The purpose of this study was to determine the concept of virtual warehouses, inventory management in virtual warehouses and the advantages of virtual warehouses, for SMEs in the E-commerce sector in the Industrial Revolution Era 4.0. This research method is descriptive qualitative. Informants in this study were determined purposively.The Virtual Warehouse is a virtual storage place to accommodate and store inventory data, it’s a product of a digital application system program that functions to accommodate, storage, and record inventory data stock. In the e-commerce marketplace application, the warehouse facility feature is provided virtually by the application system. It’s implementation greatly reduces costs and is very efficient compared to conventional physical warehouses. With mobile device or computer that can operating online and within internet signal range, operating of virtual warehouse can be carried out anytime and anywhere

Abstract

The existence of customer dissatisfaction on the price and timeliness of delivery of goods carried out by Shopee Express Hub Koja, and in the last 3 months experienced price instability and timeliness in delivery of goods. This study aims to determine how much influence the price and timeliness of delivery to customer satisfaction on Shopee Express, Hub Koja, Plumpang, Semper, North Jakarta. The independent variables in this study are the price (X1) and timeliness of delivery (X2), and the dependent variable is customer satisfaction (Y). This study uses quantitative methods with a population that is not known to ensure the number of customers. The sample size was 108 respondents. Sampling is done by Accidental Sampling method. Data analysis techniques used in this study are research instrument test and hypothesis test. The results showed that based on the correlation test variable price and delivery timeliness together have a very strong relationship of 0.810 or 81%. And known by the test coefficient of determination of 65.6% while the remaining 34.4% is influenced by other variables not studied in this study. In addition, based on the results of the simultaneous Test (Test F) has a value Fcount > Ftable is equal to (99.903 > 3.08) which means that the price and timeliness of delivery simultaneously positive effect on customer satisfaction variables. H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted

Abstract

PT. United Tractors has a warehouse to support its business activities, storing goods in the warehouse. Problems that often occur in warehouses are stock differences and actual goods not matching the system. The aim of this research is to find the cause of the problem and overcome it. Six Sigma method with DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve, Control, and Evaluation) stages Used to overcome warehouse stock discrepancy problems. The subject of this research is a case study at PT. United Tractors East Jakarta. The dependent variable in this research is the Six Sigma method, and the independent variable is the difference in warehouse stock. The data used in the research are field studies and observations carried out in the PT warehouse. United Tractors East Jakarta The results of this research use the Six Sigma method to determine inventory control over stock discrepancy problems by going through stages. obtained results of 4 causes of stock discrepancy problems; the measurement stage looked for the highest percentage of values causing stock problems; from the high percentage results, the factors causing stock discrepancy problems were analysed; proposals for improvements were made that could have a good impact; and a monitoring stage was made of the factors causing stock discrepancy problems.

Abstract

Pengelolaan gudang terkait layout, penentuan lokasi penyimpanan dan cara penempatan barang menjadi sangat penting bagi perusahaan dalam memgoptimalkan kapasitas gudang untuk mencapai operasional yang efektif dan efisien. Dalam penelitian ini didasari dari fenomena masalah gudang penyimpanan pada PT. ATS Inti Sampoerna. Dimana dalam melakukan penyimpanan dan penempatan barang belum maksimal. Penempatan dilakukan secara acak, tercampur bahkan barang bertumpuk satu dengan yang lainnya. Penelitian ini mengkaji penerapan metode pengelolaan gudang dalam hal peningkatan kapasitas gudang dengan cara kombinasi beberapa metode pengelolaan gudang, yaitu: (1) Perubahan Layout Gudang menjadi Model U-Flow); (2)penentuan lokasi penyimanan dengan Metode Dedicated Storage; (3) penempatan barang dengan mengelompokkan barang berdasarkan karakteristik kecepatan perputaran barang persediaan serta, (4) bedasarkan karakteristik ukuran dimensi barang.Penelitain ini bertujuan sebagai usulan bagi PT. ATS Inti Sampoerna dan pihak lainnya dalam pengelolaan gudang. Data yang dikumpulkan dilakukan secara observasi. Hasil penelitian akan dijadiakn evaluasi dan usulan dalam melakukan pengelolaan gudang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan layout yang ada saat ini dapat dilakukan perubahan dan sekaligus diterapkan beberapa metode pengelolaan gudan secara kombinasi bersama. Perbandingan hasil perhitungan menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan kapasitas penyimpanan sebesar 32%. Selain itu terdapat perluasan area sebagai mobilitas kegiatan, yang sebelumnya hanya untuk mobilitas orang, dengan usulan perubahan terdapat perluasan area hingga dapat dijadikan area mobilitas forklift sampai lokasi penyimpanan gudang paling belakang.

Abstract

The issues faced by Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in tourism villages, particularly regarding efficiency and effectiveness in the production process, remain an under-researched area. Most studies focus more on the development of tourism attractions and accommodations. However, within the 3S tourism concept (something to see, something to do, something to buy), the aspect of "something to buy" also deserves attention. This study aims to analyze the challenges and opportunities of utilizing technology to support product development for SMEs in Desa Wisata Wates Jaya, as well as to explore appropriate strategies for implementing technology in SME operations. Preliminary research has revealed that, in addition to capital issues, the workforce driving the SMEs in Wates Jaya Village lacks motivation in production. Problems related to calculating the cost of goods sold (COGS), forecasting raw material needs, and manual and disorganized bookkeeping/administrative processes have been identified as key concerns. This study adopts a qualitative approach using a case study of SMEs in Desa Wisata Wates Jaya. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation, and documentation. The findings show that SMEs in Wates Jaya Tourism Village already have a "local champion" who acts as a driving force, serving as a mediator, facilitator, and mobilizer. Support from village officials also strengthens the development of SMEs in the area. However, the lack of trained human resources, particularly in administrative tasks, and the underutilization of technology are notable weaknesses that hinder progress. An integrated system is expected to reduce minor errors through automation, which could also assist with administrative tasks, allowing SMEs in Desa Wisata Wates Jaya to become more resilient and thrive in the future

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah/ UMKM berperan dalam membantu pemerintah dalam mengurangi tingkat pengangguran yang ada di Indonesia. UMKM memberikan kontribusi dalam meningkatkan pendapatan daerah maupun pendapatan negara, termasuk pada masa pandemi Covid 19. Namun UMKM perlu ditingkatkan kapabilitasnya dengan kemampuan terhadap manajemen persediaan dan akuntansi sederhana, supaya dapat mengendalikan atau mengevaluasi kegiatan usahanya. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan Kegiatan pelatihan dilakukan sebanyak satu kali pelatihan secara daring karena dilakukan pada masa pandemi Covid. Pelatihan berupa pemberian materi dan praktikum. Kemudian dilakukan pendampingan terhadap para peserta kegiatan selama 2 bulan (Oktober sampai dengan Desember 2020). Dari kegiatan pendampingan, diketahui bahwa kegiatan ini efektif, karena para peserta mampu memahami dan menerapkan pengelolaan persediaan serta pembuatan laporan keuangan dalam kegiatan usaha bisnis UMKMnya.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) serve as one of the pillars of the national economy and provide significant employment opportunities. MSMEs located in tourist villages also play a crucial role. In the tourism sector, tourist villages also act as key drivers of economic growth. Therefore, MSMEs and tourist villages are interconnected in a mutually reinforcing relationship. In the tourism activity framework known as the 3S concept (something to see, something to do, something to buy), MSMEs serve as the primary actors in the "something to buy" aspect. Wates Jaya Tourist Village, located in Bogor Regency, is an emerging tourist destination. Apart from issues related to capital and marketing, MSME entrepreneurs in Wates Jaya Village face challenges in raw material supply, cost of goods sold (COGS) calculations, and suboptimal record-keeping or administrative management. Training programs have been conducted to address these challenges by developing an integrated inventory management system that facilitates calculation and record-keeping through simple digital technology. However, evaluation results indicate that regular mentoring is still needed to enhance MSMEs' proficiency in utilizing the system effectively.

Abstract

Perkembangan bisnis logistik pada era digitalisasi dan e-commerce saat ini menuntut perusahaan logistik melakukan inovasi yang sangat cepat. Tingkat keunggulan persaingan ditentutkan dengan salah satunya penilaian kepuasan pelanggan. Penilaian Kepuasan pelanggan pada perusahaan logistik tentunya tidak terlepas dari penerapan konsep Seven Rights of Logistics, yaitu: right product, right quantity, right condition, right place, right time, right customer, dan right price. Shopee Express merupakan anak perusahaan dari Shopee Indonesia, sebagai salah satu pemain utama dalam industri logistic Indonesia, yang telah mengembangkan layanan pengiriman yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan melalui penerapan Seven Rights of Logistics. Tujuan dari dilakukannnya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar penilaian pelanggan dengan Customer Satisfaction Index atas Penerapan Seven Rights Logistics, terkait kegiatan pengiriman pada shopee express di area tanjung priok. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode rumus perhitungan Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). Dengan ukuran populasi besar yang tidak dapat diketahui jumlah pastinya membuat sampel penelitian ini menerapkan teori Hair et. al. Hasil penelitian ini adalah nilai indeks kepuasan pelanggan berada pada kriteria “pelanggan sangat puas”, dengan hasil rekapitulasi total nilai rata-rata kinerja pada instrumen “Jangkauan Area Pelayanan” adalah tertinggi dengan skor 4,57 dan instrumen “Jumlah Sumber Daya” adalah terendah dengan skor 3,55.
