Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan  mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mendorong konsumen memutuskan untuk membeli buah lokal selama masa pandemi Covid 19.  Penelitian dilakukan pada masa pandemi Covid 19 tahun 2020 dengan pendekatan  kuantitatif.  Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner pada 322 sampel, yang kemudian dianalisis dengan analisis faktor Pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner terhadap responden penelitian selama masa pandemi Covid 19 pada tahun 2020. Sampel ditarik dengan dengan simple random sampling dari populasi konsumen yang mengonsumsi buah lokal selama tahun 2020, 322 responden bersedia melakukan pengisian kuesioner.  Hasil  penelitian diolah dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 26.  Hasil penelitian  membuktikan hipotesis dengan nilai signifikansi 0,00 bahwa faktor yang diteliti memiliki korelasi untuk dianalisis lebih lanjut.  Selain itu, hasil  penelitian  menunjukkan bahwa dari 10 faktor yang diteliti yaitu keragaman buah lokal, kualitas buah lokal, kebersihan buah lokal, kesegaran buah lokal, harga buah lokal, gaya hidup sehat, tingkat pendapatan, keinginan dan kebutuhan, bentuk buah lokal, dan warna buah lokal kemudian tereduksi menjadi dua variabel yaitu variabel persepsi kualitas dan variabel preferensi konsumen.

Abstract

The emergence of the New Public Service is an approach in public administration that addresses the shortcomings of both the Old Public Administration (OPA) and New Public Management (NPM), particularly in the context of cultural change and good governance. Old Public Administration (OPA) focuses more on bureaucracy oriented towards rules and procedures but is less responsive to cultural changes and societal needs. On the other hand, New Public Management (NPM) emphasizes the use of business management principles in public administration but pays less attention to cultural changes and good governance aspects. In the context of cultural change, the New Public Service offers a more adaptive and responsive approach. This approach recognizes the importance of understanding and adapting to cultural changes within society to provide relevant and effective public services. Additionally, the New Public Service is closely related to good governance. This approach emphasizes values such as fairness, rule of law, public participation, and transparency. By incorporating the principles of good governance, the New Public Service strives to build a sound, efficient, and accountable governance system. In summary, the emergence of the New Public Service is a response to the shortcomings of OPA and NPM in addressing cultural changes and in the context of good governance. This approach combines adaptability to cultural changes with the application of good governance principles to ensure that public services provided by the government are responsive, fair, and transparent.

Abstract

HR planning is a strategic matter in implementing corporate strategy, through HR planning it can increase the company's chances of getting the right people, in the right place, at the time needed. Good HR planning must be in-line with the company's vision, mission, long-term objectives, and short-term objectives. This HR planning must be able to be implemented properly by the HR division in order to find the best candidate for the company. This research is a descriptive qualitative research by analyzing the relevant literature related to HR planning. The results showed that the company must be able to compile HR planning that is in line with its vision, mission, long-term objectives, and short-term objectives; the HR division must be able to translate HR planning based on organizational design, job design, in the form of job descriptions, tasks, responsibilities, authorities, as the basis for determining HR planning; HR planning tailored to the company's business development; workload analysis, become the basis for HR planning; and employee turnover rate, can be used as a determination of the company's HR planning.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to find out the strategy of planning and selection of human resources (HR) in PT Kimia Farma, Tbk. This study is qualitative research. This study's primary data were collected from interviews, observation, and recording, while secondary data were collected from the company and other external sources. Furthermore, the data were analyzed, and it is used to present the results of the study. The validity of the data is measured by evaluating the correctness of the data (triangulation). This study found that the company has implemented a human resource development strategy through 1) the planning programs for human resource requirements which support the organization's vision and mission; 2) the recruitment process is conducted openly with a rigorous selection process to determine and obtain qualified candidates based on requirements. This study also presents the results of the synthesis of HR planning & selection that can be used in the pharmaceutical industry and PT Kimia Farma, Tbk in particular.

Abstract

Permasalahan Utama Rawat Jalan adalah kepuasan pasien pada pelayanan yang diberikan oleh tenaga kesehatan di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Khidmat Sehat Afiat Kota Depok Provinsi Jawa Barat belum sesuai harapan. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh kompetensi, kedisiplinan, dan budaya kerja tenaga kesehatan terhadap kepuasan pasien rawat jalan di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Khidmat Sehat Afiat Kota Depok Provinsi Jawa Barat secara parsial dan simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan konsep Teori Kompetensi dari Spencer dan Spencer (dalam Wibowo, 2020:325–326), Teori Disiplin dari Handoko (2020:208–211), Teori Budaya Kerja dari Ndraha (dalam Tubagus, 2019:37), dan Teori Kualitas Pelayanan dalam menciptakan kepuasan pelanggan dari Lovelock (dalam Latunreng, 2012:160). Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan explanatory. Populasi penelitian penerima layanan Rawat Jalan di Poliklinik Mata pada Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Khidmat Sehat Afiat Kota Depok Provinsi Jawa Barat pada bulan September 2023 berjumlah 781 pasien menggunakan Slovin dengan standard error 5% didapat 265 sampel. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian: (1) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Kompetensi terhadap Kepuasan Pasien Rawat Jalan di RSUD Khidmat Sehat Afiat Kota Depok dengan besarnya pengaruh 61,62%. (2) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Kedisiplinan, terhadap Kepuasan Pasien Rawat Jalan di RSUD Khidmat Sehat Afiat Kota Depok dengan besarnya pengaruh 59,14%. (3) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Budaya Kerja Tenaga Kesehatan terhadap Kepuasan Pasien Rawat Jalan di RSUD Khidmat Sehat Afiat Kota Depok dengan besarnya pengaruh 59,91%. (4) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Kompetensi, Kedisiplinan, Budaya Kerja Tenaga Kesehatan, secara bersama-sama terhadap Kepuasan Pasien Rawat Jalan di RSUD Khidmat Sehat Afiat Kota Depok dengan besarnya pengaruh 72,9%. Kata Kunci: Budaya Kerja, Kedisiplinan, Kepuasan, dan Kompetensi.

Abstract

Based on the findings of a literature research, this article intends to investigate the leadership qualities of a great woman as an educator in the family as perceived through the six value elements of humility, excitement, establishing competences, agility, and tactful. Changes in the millennial period now require that women have equal rights as males in all aspects of life. Women’s successes and skills to date have reinforced the assumption that there are little distinctions between men and women. Women’s leadership and role as primary educators in the home demonstrate their accomplishments and talents. According to the findings of a literature review from various sources, a great woman is a family leader because she is the one who can effectively manage household affairs, raise and educate children in the family, and provide input and suggestions to her husband as part of her role as a family educator.

Abstract

PT Jamkrida Jakarta saat ini sedang dalam fase pertumbuhan di industri penjaminan. Sebelumnya, perusahaan fokus membangun dan mempersiapkan infrastruktur sumber daya manusia dan bisnis dengan sistem operasinya. Namun peran digitalisasi tidak dapat dipungkiri dengan pesatnya perkembangan dunia usaha. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran kepemimpinan dalam transformasi bisnis digital PT Jamkrida Jakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan analisis isi Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 2016 tentang Penjaminan, POJK Nomor 2/POJK.05/2017 tentang Perizinan Berusaha dan Lembaga Penjaminan, POJK Nomor 3/POJK.05/2017 tentang Tata Kelola Lembaga Penjaminan, serta sebagai peran kepemimpinan dalam proses transformasi digital yang dilakukan perusahaan dalam penerapan regulasi terkait Teknologi Informasi (TI) dan digitalisasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT Jamkrida Jakarta telah melakukan transformasi bisnis digital mulai dari pembuatan penjaminan, finansial dan aplikasi digital pendukung lainnya. Lebih lanjut, peran kepemimpinan dalam transformasi bisnis menuju digital ditunjukkan dari penyusunan dan implementasi peta jalan pengembangan teknologi informasi PT Jamkrida Jakarta hingga tahun 2023.

Abstract

The guarantee business is a risky business, where the recipient of the guarantee (bank) transfers the debtor's credit risk to the guarantee company. Guarantee companies have been burdened with lousy credit claims and layoff claims since March 2020, following the emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic. Guarantee companies need to manage risk well so that the transfer of this risk can be an advantage in the form of a guarantee fee (IJP) and profit. The research is qualitative research through a review of relevant literature published in 2010-2021. Researchers seek to understand the implementation of risk management that has been carried out, especially in the non-bank financial industry. The study results show that the insurance company needs to prepare to implement risk management and risk mitigation. It can be done by preparing internal SOPs, reinsurance, co-guaranteeing, and subrogating the post-COVID-19 pandemic. Guarantee companies need to identify risks, measure risks, and then accept, reject, mitigate, or transfer risks. It can be done by implementing embedded enterprise risk management (ERM) in enterprise business processes.

Abstract

This study analyzes factors that have implications for employee retention in IT-Startup companies. This study aims to explain factors that contribute to employee retention with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. Employer branding, psychological contract, organizational commitment and job environment are predictors of employee retention. This quantitative study applied a purposive sampling technique, involving 350 employees in IT startup companies as respondents. They were employees who have worked for the company for at least 3 years, held at least a staff-level position, and work in an IT startup company. Data were analyzed using Structural equation modeling (SEM) to depict the direct and indirect effects of the factors on employee retention. Job satisfaction was examined as the mediating variable. The study showed that the employer branding, organizational commitment, and job environment directly affected employees’ job satisfaction. These three variables also indirectly affected employee retention. Meanwhile psychological contract was found not to directly affect employees’ job satisfaction and not to indirectly affect the employee retention IT startups are recommended to improve their psychological contract in order to enhance the employees’ job satisfaction. Employees’ professionalism and contribution are pivotal in improving the company’s business quality. Organizations should be able to meet employees’ need comprehensively according to the business achievement.

Abstract

KPKNL Jakarta II, as a work unit under the Directorate General of State Assets (DJKN), plays a vital role in managing state assets. However, employees face challenges such as demands for professionalism, high workloads, and dynamic policy changes. These conditions require an effective human resource development strategy. Coaching and mentoring are commonly used approaches, where coaching focuses on short-term skill development, while mentoring supports long-term career development. This study aims to analyze the influence of coaching and mentoring on employee performance at KPKNL Jakarta II. A quantitative approach was employed, involving all employees as respondents (53 individuals) using a saturated sampling technique. Data were analyzed using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method. The results of the study indicate that mentoring has a significant positive effect on employee performance, whereas coaching has a negative effect. These findings suggest that mentoring is more effective than coaching in improving employee performance, recommending the optimization of mentoring programs as a human resource development strategy at KPKNL Jakarta II.
