Abstract

Violence and radicalism in the name of religion which leads to terrorism has emerged as a complicated issue in contemporary Indonesian Islam. The emergence and development of radicalism were actually caused by a lack of understanding of the Qur?an. The verse of the Qur?an has been interpreted textually and partially. This, by far, are happened in Paciran Lamongan in the recent years. Reconstruction of understanding verse of the Qur?an on vulnerable communities that is easily affected by movement of Islamic radicalism has been properly carried out, so that it can give a new atmosphere, and it can be the prevention to face the violence movement. Deradicalization of understanding to the Qur?an is a solution-based action to prevent violence and radicalism in the name of religion.

Abstract

Pemberdayaan ini bertujuan untuk melakukan perubahan pola pikir da’iyah agar mampu melakukan upaya deteksi dini pada ekstrimisme melalui pemahaman moderasi beragama, khususnya di kecamatan Solokuro. Selain itu melalui kegiatan ini diharapkan mampu mendorong para da‟iyah untuk terlibat aktif dalam gerakan moderasi beragama sehingga mampu mencegah ekstrimisme kekerasan di masyarakat. Kegiatan ini menggunakan metode Participatory Action Research (PAR). Kegiatan dimulai dari identifikasi masalah, dilanjutkan dengan perencanaan aksi yang disusun secara partisipatif bersama seluruh stakeholder pendampingan. Langkah berikutnya adalah melakukan kegiatan aksi dan diakhiri dengan evaluasi-refleksi. Berdasarkan proses pemberdayaan pada da‟iyah ini dapat dihasilkan bahwa para da’iyah memiliki kesadaran bahwa perilaku ekstrimisme dapat terjadi di lingkungan masyarakatnya. Oleh karena itu perlu bekerjasama dengan seluruh komponen masyarakat untuk melakukan deteksi dini atas perilaku ekstrimisme kekerasan yang terjadi di msyarakat, para da’iyah berkomitmen untuk menjaga lingkungan masyarakat agar terhindar dari perilaku ekstrim, melalui forum daiyah yang terbentuk untuk menyebarkan gagasan moderasi beragama agar masyarakat semakin meyakini bahwa Islam adalah rahmat bagi seluruh alam, bukan hanya milik sekelompok orang semata.

Abstract

This study aimed to describe the teaching and learning of Islamic Education for children with special needs in the school (SLB). Conducted at SLB Dharma Wanita, Ujung Pangkah Gresik, design of the research used a case study. Data collection used participant observation, interview and documentation. The results of the study showed that Islamic learning and education for children with special needs at SLB Dharma Wanita was carried out not only emphasizing in the cognitive aspects, but also in effective and psychomotor aspects. Teachers prepared lesson material, determined media, method and evaluation of teaching. The factors, which supported the learning of Islamic Religious Education for students with special needs included presence of teacher, pleasant of school building, and completeness of facilities of school. The obstacle factors in learning for student with special needs are the classroom condition, the level of intelligence and sensitivity of children, student tardiness at school and parental factors. For solution of obstacle factors, school could implement teaching and learning in the open area, provide an access to pick-up facilities and provide the control books of parent and teacher as well as provide special teachers to the students.

Abstract

Learning is a fundamental process of behavior change as a result of experience in an organization/institution (George & Jones, 2008). Learning is not only important for new members, but also long-time members at all levels of the organization because old members are often assigned tasks they have never worked before. Learning is a change in behavior and knowledge that is relatively long from the results of practice and experience.

Abstract

Gender issues and women's empowerment are an important issues in education, especially in the madrasa. A number of female teachers that don’t balance with women principals proved the persistence of discrimination against women in education. This article aims to identify problems experienced by women's leadership. There are three problems experienced by women in becoming the principal of the madrasah, a psychological problem, structural probblem, and socio-cultural problem. Among those three problems, socio-cultural issues are most pressing problem to be solved. With socio-cultural problem solving it can be expected to provide awareness not only for society but also for women can minimize resistance has emerged in public consciousness, and can rise fair competition in achieving a career.

Abstract

Developing a science based on indigenous knowledge not only in the religious sciences, but also in other scientific fields, including psychology. The emergence of raos psychology can be interpreted to be a milestone in the development of psychology of nusantara.Tulisan aims to peel the psychology of raos derived from the thought of Ki Ageng Suryomentaram as part of indigeneus psychology characterized by raising indigenous knowledge to a more universal aspect. In addition, this paper takes the perspective of raos psychology to dissect the happiness of human life.Why happiness? One of the goals of life of a human being is to seek happiness. In a positive positive psychology it is attributed directly to the attainment of matter. But in the perspective of the psychology of happy raos can occur when humans successfully manage karep (desire) so that human happiness can be more lasting.

Abstract

Kesehatan mental merupakan suatu keadaan emosional dan psikologis yang baik, dimana individu dapat memanfaatkan kemampuan kognisi dan emosi, berfungsi dalam komunitasnya, dan memenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya sehari-hari. Inti dari kesehatan mental sendiri adalah lebih pada keberadaan dan pemeliharaan mental yang sehat. Pemeliharaan mental yang sehat bagi siswa yang berhadapan hukum dengan menggunakan pendekatan logoterapi. Penelitian transformatif ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan menguatkan diri siswa agar kesehatanmentalnya tetap terjaga dalam menghadapi persoalan hukum melalui logoterapi; meningkatkan kesadaran siswa tentang ketahanan diri dari keputusasaan; dan meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam dalam memanfaatkan potensi diri untuk bangkit dan keluar dari ketakutan. Pendekatan pendampingan berbasis riset ini adalah PAR (Paticipatory Action Research) yang merupakan kolaboratif antara peneliti dengan komunitas untuk melakukan research bersama, merumuskan masalah, merencanakan tindakan, melakukan aksi secara berkesinambungan dan berkelanjutan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa siswa menjadi pribadi yang kuat dalam bersikap dalam menghadapi persoalan hukum; siswa mempunyai kesadaran diri untuk ketahanan dirinya dari keputusasaan; siswa dapat keluar dari tekanan dan ketakutan dalam dirinya.

Abstract

The academic self-efficacy of Madrasah-Aliyah (MA) students is a description of the form of psychological dynamics of students in self-adjustment in Islamic boarding schools. Academic self-efficacy is defined as an individual's belief in his or her ability to do assignments, to manage his own learning activities, to realize academic expectations, both academic expectations from himself and from others. This study aims to describe the dynamics of academic self-efficacy of MA students in self-adjustment in pesantren. The study uses a case study research design, in the process of collecting data the researcher uses observation, interview and documentation methods. The research uses data analysis techniques that reduce data, present data and draw conclusions or verification. The research was carried out at MA Tarbiyatut Tholabah Kranji Lamongan. The results of the study show that students at MA Tarbiyatut Tholabah Kranji Lamogan who have high self-efficacy tend to be more successful in adjusting to the pesantren environment. They showed the ability to manage their time well, which had an impact on discipline and efficiency in carrying out daily routines. In addition, strong self-efficacy improves their performance, as they carry out each task with seriousness and confidence, which results in optimal results

Abstract

Keragaman yang menjadi fitrah suatu bangsa kini sedang diuji dengan munculnya ideologi keseragaman. Sudah menjadi nilai dasar, bahwa kehidupan manusia terdiri dari berbagai bangsa dan suku, karena dimanapun tempatnya di muka bumi ini manusia senantiasa hidup bersosial dengan manusia lain. Namun demikian, tarikan upaya untuk menyeragamkan bangsa dan suku tersebut tidak dapat dipungkiri. Ada perasaan tidak menerima keragaman itu karena dianggap sebagai sesuatu yang bisa memecah persatuan nasional. Padahal sesungguhnya dengan memahami dan menghargai keragaman itulah justru menjadi sumber pemersatu bangsa itu sendiri. Menghargai keragaman pada hakekatnya adalah menghargai dan memahami diri sendiri. Pentingnya memahami diri dan orang lain perlu dilakukan. Tulisan ini berupaya menjelaskan bagaimana memahami diri dan orang lain dalam kehidupan yang beragam berbasis perspektif kawruh jiwa Ki Ageng Suryomentaram. Dengan melakukan analisis diskriptif, Eksplorasi dari tulisan ini menunjukkan bahwa pemikiran tentang diri sendiri Ki Ageng Suryomentaram, yang berkaitan dengan relasi sosial, memiliki tiga konsep nandhing salira, tepa salira, dan mulat salira. Konsep nandhing salira kiurang dapat menghargai keragaman sementara. tepa salira, dan mulat salira sangat baik dikembangkan karena dapat mendorong untuk menghargai adanya keragaman dalam kehidupan masyarakat

Abstract

There were two points that moderate Islamic groups face when coexisting with the millennial generation in Indonesia. The first was the strengthening of radical militant groups, and the second was the emergence of the era of disruption. Changes in the pattern of movement patterns from radical militant groups had become a separate dynamic for socio-political discourse in Indonesia. Meanwhile, the era of disruption was like a demand and necessity for the millennial generation, so that both radical militant groups and moderate Islamic groups must be good at playing a role in this era of disruption. This paper explains how to strengthen moderate Islam in the millennial generation in Indonesia.
