Abstract

ABSTRACT   This research aims to find out the impact preference customer of product mitra emas iB maslahah Bank JabarBanten Syariah KCP Rawamangun. The author attempted to examine and analyze five (5) factors ; service ,promotion , profit , religious and location. The sample of this research is customer of Bank Jabar Banten SyariahKCP Rawamangun and sample used counted 85 Respondents. The research method used is descriptive,quantitative. While the analytical techniques used are the validity, reliability, and analysis factor. The result foundthere were four factor in order are as follows ; the location as a factor most dominant, religious, service, andprofit . This research is expected to be benefitual for the Bank Jabar Banten Syariah KCP Rawamangun Bank asa addition refference.Keywords : gold pawn sharia, preferences, sharia bank. ABSTRAK Penelitian  ini  bertujuan  untuk  mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi  preferensi nasabah terhadapproduk mitra emas iB Maslahah Bank Jabar Banten Syariah KCP Rawamangun.  Dengan menguji danmenganalisis 5 (lima) faktor yang diduga mempengaruhi preferensi nasabah terhadap produk mitra emas iBMaslahah yaitu, faktor pelayanan, promosi, profit, religius dan lokasi.  Sampel penelitian  ini adalah nasabah BankJabar Banten Syariah KCP Rawamangun dan  sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 84 Responden. Metode penelitianyang digunakan adalah deskriptif, kuantitatif. Sedangkan teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah uji validitas,reliabilitas, dan analisis factor. Hasil penelitian menunjukan empat faktor yang mempengaruhi preferensi nasabahterhadap produk mitra emas iB maslahah Bank Jabar Banten KCP Rawamangun yaitu, faktor lokasi sebagai faktoryang paling dominan, selanjutnya faktor religius, pelayanan, dan profit.  Penelitian ini diharapkan dapatbermanfaat bagi Bank Jabar Banten KCP Rawamangun sebagai referensi tambahan.Kata Kunci:  Gadai Emas Syariah, Preferensi, dan Bank Syariah. Perkembangan gadai emas syariah mengalami

Abstract

The advent of the digital world does not always have positive impacts, it often poses serious attacks that can be highly detrimental to its users, one of which is phishing. Phishing attacks are among the attacks that have been continuously rising in the digital world. With its various forms, phishing stands out as a significant attack, particularly harmful to housewives. Therefore, cultivating security awareness is of paramount importance in preventing customers from becoming victims of phishing attacks. This research aims to explain the importance of security awareness in preventing phishing and to describe the forms of security awareness in combating phishing attacks. The methodology used in this research is quantitative and qualitative methods with simple linear regression analysis, using SPSS 29.0. The sample consists of 80 respondents who are housewives using BRI mobile banking in RT.003, West Tanjung Village, Jagakarsa District, South Jakarta. Primary data collection was conducted through an interview with a BRI informant. The results of the study show that security awareness has a significant impact on reducing phishing attacks. Therefore, enhancing security awareness to prevent phishing is crucial for both individuals and banks to protect information security and avoid becoming victims of digital crimes such as phishing.

Abstract

Purpose This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of financial literacy and financial behavior on mutual fund investment decisions at Wealth Management (WELMA) MyBCA. Design/methodology/approach The research method used in this research is quantitative research with a purposive sampling approach. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression based on the results of the questionnaire using SPSS 26.0. Findings Financial literacy and financial behavior partially or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on mutual fund investment decisions at WELMA-MyBCA. Research limitations/implications The limitations in this study are that BCA Bank customers use WELMA-MyBCA in conducting investment transactions and are millennial generations domiciled in Java Island. Originality/value This research is expected to be a policy evaluation of the WELMA feature provided by BCA with a view to assessing the prospects and challenges in investing which are factor in encouraging financial literacy and financial behavior for the millennial generation. Abstract

It comes from the routine activities of an MSME Nyiur Gading community, a social gathering which is called Arisan. It has been running for 3 years, and all members have felt the benefits of the arisan. It turns out that there are members who are en tangled in illegal online loans (pinjol). Due to the need for fast and relatively large funding but the ability of the arisan to be relatively small, the idea arose to turn the arisan into a business that could help finance its members in the form of sharia microfinance. The main purpose of this activity is to enhance the role and improve the welfare of members, as well as to help free themselves from financial dependence on parties outside the community. The Community Based Participatory Research (CBPR) method is used in this service activity because it is community-based and involves the community members themselves. In the service activity, the material was also given about understanding Islamic finance and Sharia microfinance, as well as financial literacy about personal financial management as a guideline to becoming financially independent. The 30 participants in this activity, who are members of the Nyiur Gading MSMEs, agreed to improve the financial management of social gatherings in a more professional manner and agreed to form a Sharia financial services startup as a source of financing to overcome dependence on parties outside the community. The team provides an application for this Sharia financial services startup, which is based on Ms. Excel, so it is easy to learn. After running for two months with assistance, this Sharia financial startup has helped its members get financing quickly and easily, and the payment process runs smoothly. Providing material on understanding the impor tance of personal financial planning has also been proven to increase participants’ financial literacy from 70% to 91%.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the significant performance decline of PT Bank KB Bukopin Tbk. after being acquired by KB Kookmin Bank, marked by a drastic increase in Non Performing Loan and net profit losses. The purpose of this study is to analyze the health level of PT Bank KB Bukopin Tbk. before and after the acquisition. This study uses the Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings, and Capital (RGEC) method, represented by the ratios of NPL, LDR, GCG, ROA, ROE, NIM, and CAR as financial performance indicators. The research method used in this study is descriptive comparative with a quantitative approach. The data used are secondary data obtained from Bank Bukopin's annual financial statements for the period 2017-2022. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. This study uses RGEC method analysis, normality test, and hypothesis test. Based on the results of the study, the financial performance of PT Bank KB Bukopin Tbk. before the acquisition was better, with a decrease in NPL ratio and an increase in net profit. However, after the acquisition, the NPL ratio increased significantly, and net profit experienced losses. There is a significant difference with the ROA and BOPO ratios before and after the acquisition.

Abstract

BRI is one of the state-owned bainks which became the first state-owned bank in 1946. And BRI has mobile banking called BRImo. This research aims to determine the usefulness, convenience and service quality of BRImo services on customer satisfaction in using BRImo. This was done using a questionnaire and the number of respondents was 100 responidents, who were BRImo users in the Jabodetabek area. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression with SPSS 29.0 tools. The results of this research partially show that the usefulness and service quality riesults have a significant influence on BRImo cusitomer saitisfaction. Meanwhile, the convenience variiable has no effect on BRImo customer satisfaction. And, simultaneously the variables of usability, convenieince and serviice quality have a significiant effect on customer satisfaction using BRImo.
