Abstract

The compression process should be carried out carefully in each asphalt coating sheet, in addition to the availability of heavy equipment should be taken into account its productivity. Problems that are often faced by contractors in the field sometimes cause damage to heavy equipment and decrease in productivity, although the material mixture is already in accordance with the quality and the compression process follows the number of tracks planned, but the results of the field compression tests do not meet the specifications as long as the contractor in execution has to increase the amount of compression tracks and working hours of use of heavy equipment on the field. Concrete measures are needed to suppress the reduction in the efficiency of work so as not to affect increased costs and time. The daily additional load factor of traffic can be used as a parameter that helps the compression process, so in achieving the expected quality target does not always depend on the use of heavy equipment. This study analyzed the comparison of the percentage of AC-WC density to the repetition value of the load growth of post-sourcing traffic and the PHO time of the project. The results of the calculation showed that the AC - WC density value in segment 1 was 100.42%, while segment 2 was 99.73%, and segment 3 was 98.82%. Then the PHo time value of project 1 was 104.44% with a load repeat of 43.708,75 cesa, while in segment 2 it was 100.20% with load repeats of 1.277.57 cesa and in segment 3 it is 99.20%, with a charge repeat value of 1.368.75 cesa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengevaluasi karakteristik dan kondisi infrastruktur transportasi maritim perahu tradisional di Pelabuhan Bima, dengan fokus pada keselamatan, kenyamanan penumpang, dan efisiensi waktu perjalanan. Metode penelitian empiris digunakan dengan mengandalkan data lapangan, wawancara, observasi, dan tinjauan literatur. Survei karakteristik angkutan perahu tradisional menghasilkan informasi rata-rata waktu tunggu, durasi perjalanan, dan jumlah penumpang pada rute Pelabuhan Bima - Soromandi. Ukuran sampel sebanyak 72 individu, ditentukan dengan rumus Slovin. Analisis menggabungkan Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) dan Important Performance Analysis (IPA). Nilai CSI menunjukkan kepuasan masyarakat terhadap fasilitas transportasi maritim, dengan skor 54,30% untuk fasilitas perahu dan 59,19% untuk dermaga. Namun, temuan IPA menyoroti fasilitas tertentu, seperti Denah Kapal, Ketersediaan Pelampung, Area Tunggu Penumpang, Tempat Parkir, dan Toilet, berada di bawah ambang batas kesesuaian 70%, menandakan kebutuhan perbaikan. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman mendalam tentang karakteristik unik transportasi maritim di Pelabuhan Bima. Rekomendasi perbaikan mencakup Denah Kapal, Ketersediaan Pelampung, dan fasilitas Dermaga, dengan tujuan memastikan kelengkapan, keselamatan, dan kenyamanan penumpang. Meskipun skor CSI memuaskan, peningkatan kinerja fasilitas menjadi faktor utama dalam meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna dan mendukung keberlanjutan transportasi maritim tradisional di Pelabuhan Bima. Penelitian ini berpotensi memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan kebijakan dan strategi perbaikan infrastruktur angkutan perahu tradisional, memajukan pelayanan publik, dan meningkatkan keberlanjutan sistem transportasi maritim di wilayah tersebut.

Abstract

Pada tahun 2023 Pemerintah Kota Bima menyelenggarakan proyek penanganan long segmen jalan Melayu-Kolo untuk meningkatkan mobilitas antara masyarakat pesisir dan perkotaan. Kegiatan proyek dilakukan dengan sistem pemeliharaan jalan pada batas segmentasi penanganan secara berurutan dan mememiliki beberapa ruas dalam satuan panjang jalan, bertujuan untuk mendapatkan kondisi jalan yang memenuhi standar operasional secara menyeluruh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengetahui mengetahui perencanaan tebal perkerasan lentur dan kaku. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berdasarkan pedoman manual desain perkerasan jalan 2017. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan penanganan perkerasan lentur dapat dilakukan pada semua segmen memiliki dengan hasil tebal perkerasan yang sama, AC-WC 4 cm, AC-BC 6 cm , AC Base cm LPA Kelas A 40 cm. Sedangkan perkerasan kaku dihitung pada segmen 2 dikarenakan disegmen ini kondisi eksisting lapangan pada beberapa titik sering terjadi genangan dan longsoran tebing yang menimbun badan jalan. Berdasarkan hasil perhiungan didapat tebal pelat beton 265 mm, lapis pondasi (LMC) 100 mm, lapis drainase (LFA Kelas A), Sambungan Dowel dan Beton.

Abstract

Walkability Index (WI) is a method to assess the walkability level on pedestrian facilities with the main components of: safety and security, convinience and attractiveness, as well as government policies. Generally, this method is utilized to review the pedestrian facilities walkability in urban areas, particularly in CBD (Central Business District) which is the hub for activities center, such as economic, business, education, healthcare, transit to tourism areas. The rapid development of activities leads to the increasing number of visitors in those areas, such as on Jalan Slamet Riyadi, Surakarta. This condition needs to be balanced with the availability of adequate facilities and infrastructure, one of them is the sidewalks to facilitate the pedestrian movement from one place to another. Indonesia did not have any assessment criteria for sidewalks in terms of scoring even though some variables on WI have already existed in the Circular Letter of the Minister of Public Works and Public Housing 02/SE/M/2018 on the Guidelines for Pedestrian Facility Planning. This paper presents the recommendation of assesment and category based on the regulation in Indonesia. It is expected to benefit the determination of priority on pedestrian facility handling in the field. Literature study as the foundation of this paper attempts to accomodate the pedestrian facility variables contained in the regulation of Indonesia using the scoring method with several recommendations in the category of handling, with the basis of WI analysis method. The results of the analysis show that there are 3 variables that need to be considered more in the planning criteria for sidewalk in Indonesia that affect the determination of handling recommendation including the supporting and additional facilities, facilities for disabled pedestrians, and the needs of wide space for pedestrians.
