Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi di era digital saat ini sangat berperan penting dan memberikan manfaat dalam bidang komunikasi dan kegiatan jual beli. Desain grafis adalah salah satu perkembangan teknologi yang memiliki dampak sangat signifikan dalam dunia pemasaran, desain grafis juga dapat membuat media pemasaran menjadi lebih menarik dan berbeda. Pelaku usaha dapat menggunakan desain grafis sebagai strategi promosi dengan berbentuk iklan digital, untuk membuat desain iklan digital yang menarik dan interaktif diperlukan sebuah aplikasi salah satunya Canva. Canva adalah platform desain online yang menawarkan berbagai macam alat untuk persentasi, brosur, poster, banner, logo dan lain-lain. Aplikasi ini sangat mudah digunakan dan banyak desain menarik yang dapat digunakan oleh pelaku usaha khususnya UMKM sehingga dapat menentukan dan meningkatkan kreativitas dalam promosi yang digunakan. Dalam program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini, kami memberikan edukasi dengan melakukan pelatihan kepada masyarakat pelaku UMKM untuk membuat logo sebagai identitas dan ciri khas selain itu membuat suatu konten desain grafis yang menarik, serta teknik dalam pemilihan kombinasi warna, teks dan gambar sebagai media promosi untuk di unggah pada akun media sosial masing-masing sehingga dapat menarik pelanggan lebih banyak dan omset penjualan naik.

Abstract

Ketersediaan fasilitas industri sangatlah diperlukan. untuk menunjang performansi pekerjaan. Produktivitas produksi menjadi tolak ukur kemajuan perusahaan serta efektivitas pada mesin dalam mencapai target produksi. Dari data downtime pada mesin Filling Up A11101 dalam setahun terakhir menunjukan kinerjanya yang kurang maksimal sehingga berdampak kepada target produksi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui nilai downtime pada mesin Filiing Up A11101 maka dianalisa menggunakan metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) dengan mengetahui tingkat Aviablity, Performance dan Quality dari mesin tersebut. Hasil dari penelitian ini diperoleh nilai Overall Equipment Efectiveness dengan persentase terendah di bulan Oktober 2021 sebesar 66,15% , sedangkan untuk persentase tertinggi terjadi di bulan September 2021 dan Agustus 2022 sebesar 76,39% dengan persentase rata-rata nilai Overall Equipment Effectiveness dalam 1 tahun sebesar 72,18%. Tindakan perbaikan terhadap permasalahan meningkatkan nilai Overall Equipment Efectiveness (OEE) dan mengurangi persentase Six Big Losses pada unit mesin Filling Up A11101 maka perbaikan difokuskan pada penangan secara komprehensif terhadap faktor penyebab yaitu Yield/Scrap Losses dan Equipment Failure Loss. Kata Kunci: Efeketifitas mesin, Aviability, Performance, Quality, OEE.

Abstract

A common problem faced by companies is how to predict future production of goods based on previously collected data. Companies only produce according to orders, so that companies carry out the production process only according to the amount requested by consumers. When there is excess, this excess is stored in stock, this is to meet sudden consumer demand. Forecasts greatly influence management decisions to determine the amount of production of goods to be supplied by the company, general business and economic conditions, competitor reactions and actions, government actions, market trends, product life cycles, styles and fashions, changes in demand and innovation in consumer technology. This study aims to identify and analyze the results of forecasting red ginger powder production using the moving average forecasting method and exponential forecasting. This method has the advantage of greatly reducing data storage problems, so there is no need to store all historical data. This method is also simple and transparent which is widely used in various organizational activities such as inventory management, scheduling, and revenue management. For forecasting, the more data used for forecasting, the more accurate the forecasting results. The results of this study have succeeded in creating a forecasting system for the production of red ginger powder at PT Natrindo Surya Prima, namely using exponential smoothing forecasting with a value of α = 1. So it is easier to determine the amount of red ginger powder production in the following years.

Abstract

Global pressures on the manufacturing industry to enhance competitiveness while simultaneously meeting sustainability demands have intensified the need for integrated managerial approaches. Total Quality Management (TQM) has long been recognized as a fundamental driver of organizational performance through continuous improvement and customer orientation, while green manufacturing has emerged as a key strategy for reducing the environmental impacts of production processes. However, existing literature indicates that these two approaches are often implemented in isolation, limiting their potential synergy in building sustainable manufacturing competitiveness. This article aims to conduct a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) to comprehensively examine the integration of TQM and green manufacturing and its contribution to enhancing manufacturing competitiveness. The SLR method was applied by reviewing peer-reviewed and reputable scientific publications from the past five years, including empirical studies, conceptual frameworks, and prior systematic reviews. The findings reveal that TQM functions as an organizational capability that facilitates the adoption of green manufacturing practices through the strengthening of quality culture, leadership commitment, and employee involvement. The integration of TQM and green manufacturing is shown to have a positive impact on sustainability performance, environmental performance, green innovation, and competitive advantage in manufacturing firms. This study contributes by developing an integrative conceptual framework that positions TQM as a strategic enabler of green manufacturing within the context of sustainable manufacturing competitiveness, while also identifying research gaps and future research agendas, particularly in developing countries.
