Abstract

Pengumpulan donasi pembangunan masjid kampus UIN KH Abdurrahman Wahid oleh panitia pembangunan masjid dan PAGOMA (Paguyuban Orang Tua Mahasiswa) selama ini dilakukan melalui cara manual seperti hanya menggunakan satu rekening penampungan donasi dan menggerakkan tenaga relawan untuk mengumpulkan donasi dari para donatur. Hal ini menyebabkan transparansi pengelolaan dana donasi dipertanyakan karena laporan tidak bersifat real time dan merepotkan pengelola dana donasi dalam menyiapkan laporan ke masyarakat. Oleh karenanya melalui kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dikembangkan aplikasi payment gateway yang diharapkan akan mampu memberikan manfaat bagi pengelola dana donasi berupa potensi kenaikan penerimaan dana donasi dan kemudahan pelaporan pengelolaan dana donasi secara berkala. Sedangkan manfaat bagi para donatur berupa kemudahan dalam berdonasi karena banyaknya channel pembayaran donasi yang disediakan. Pendekatan PAR (Participatory Action Research) yaitu pendekatan yang berorientasi kepada upaya peningkatan peran   serta   masyarakat   secara langsung   dalam    berbagai    proses    dan    pelaksanaan pengabdian dipilih dalam kegiatan pemberdayaan ini. Hasilnya berupa aplikasi payment gateway yang dapat diakses di https://donasi-masjid.uingusdur.ac.id/ dan telah disertakan pula panduan cara penggunaannya agar pengelola dana donasi dapat memantau dana yang masuk dan melihat laporannya secara real time.Kata Kunci: Masjid kampus UIN K.H. Abstract

This study aims to analyze trends and patterns in research related to work-life balance (WLB) and employee well-being using a combined approach of Systematic Literature Review and bibliometric analysis. A dataset consisting of 151 articles published between 2013 and 2025 from the Scopus database was used. The findings highlight the growing scientific interest in work-life balance (WLB) and its impact on well-being in a post-pandemic context, especially under hybrid work models. VOSviewer is used to visualize the occurrence of keywords and research groups. The review identifies dominant themes, prolific authors, and geographic contributions, which provide a roadmap for future research.

Abstract

The low level of students' understanding of the dangers of smoking is a common problem among junior high school students, influenced by peer pressure, curiosity, and the lack of engaging educational media. Based on the Student Needs Questionnaire (AKPD) conducted at SMPN 3 Banjarmasin, several students demonstrated a low level of understanding regarding the dangers of smoking and smoking prevention efforts. This study aimed to improve students’ understanding of smoking prevention through group guidance services using KERTAS (Smoke-Free Youth Education Card) media. The study employed the Guidance and Counseling Action Research (PTBK) method, conducted in three cycles consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection stages. The participants were 10 seventh-grade students with low understanding of the dangers of smoking. Data were collected through observation, tests, and documentation, while descriptive analysis is used to present the results across pre-cycle, cycle I, cycle II, and cycle III. The findings showed a gradual and significant improvement in students’ understanding. In the pre-cycle, all students were categorized as low. After the intervention, 60% of students reached the high category and 40% the very high category in cycle I. In cycles II and III, 70% achieved the very high category and 30% remained in the high category, with three students obtaining perfect scores in cycle III. Process evaluation also indicated improvements in participation, self-confidence, critical thinking, and active engagement. Therefore, group guidance services using KERTAS media were effective in enhancing students’ understanding of the dangers of smoking and supporting early smoking prevention efforts.
