Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganilis sejauh mana pengaruh penilaian kinerja, kompensasi terhadap produktivitas kerja serta sejauh mana pengaruh penilaian kerja dan kompensasi  secara bersama-sama terhadap produktivitas kerja. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dalam bentuk kuisioner dengan menggunakan sampel sebanyak 25 orang atau 35% dari jumlah populasi yang diteliti sebanyak 70 orang. Hasil analisis diketahui hubungan antara variable penilaian kerja dengan produktivitas kerja karyawan berdasarkan hasil kuisioner diperoleh nilai r (korelasi) = 0,647, artinya kedua variabel memiliki hubungan positif dan kuat. Hubungan antara variabel kompensasi dengan produktifitas kerja karyawan berdasarkan hasil kuisioner diperoleh nilai r ( Korelasi ) = 0,876, artinya kedua variabel memiliki hubungan positif dan sangat kuat. Besarnya pengaruh kedua variabel X2  (Kompensasi) secara bersama-sama terhadap Y (produktivitas kerja) dapat dilihat dari nilai R2 (koefisien determinasi) sebesar 0,889. Dari hasil uji F, nilai F hitung = 88,319 > F table (0,05) = 3,443, artinya kedua variabel X1 (Penilaian Kinerja) dan X2 (Kompensasi) secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap variable Y (Produktivitas Kerja). Sedangkan dari hasil  uji t diperoleh  t hitung X1 = 9,675 dan t hitung X2 = 4,92 > t tabel (0,05) = 1,71, artinya terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara Penilaian Kinerja dan Kompensasi terhadap Produktivitas Kerja.

Abstract

Pembelajaran jarak jauh adalah pola pembelajaran yang berlangsung dengan pemisahan antara guru dan siswa. Pembelajaran jarak jauh biasanya dilakukan secara online untuk mengatasi keterbatasan tersebut. Penggunaan Zoom Meeting sebagai media pembelajaran di masa pandemi COVID-19 perlu ditelaah lebih dalam, agar pembelajaran jarak jauh berhasil. Khusus untuk semua sekolah yang melaksanakan pembelajaran menggunakan aplikasi Zoom Meeting salah satunya SMA Negeri 2 Klari. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, populasinya adalah 144 siswa kelas XII SMA Negeri 2 Klari. Sampel penelitian siswa kelas XII IPS 1 dan XII IPS 2 sebanyak 54 siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Pada masa Pandemi atau social distancing, penggunaan aplikasi zoom meeting untuk pembelajaran dinilai efisien, karena ada interaksi antara siswa dengan guru namun pemahaman siswa belum maksimal karena keterbatasan waktu juga dalam mengajar menggunakan media online. Namun kelebihan menggunakan Zoom Meeting dinilai praktis dan efisien bagi siswa, karena dengan menggunakan Zoom Meeting komunikasi antara siswa dan guru lebih mudah dibandingkan berkomunikasi secara tertulis maupun melalui chat.

Abstract

Kompensasi dan pengawasan Kinerja merupakan salah satu langkah dalam menghasilkan kinerja karyawan yang produktif. Hal ini dilakukan pada karyawan PT Global Media, sebagai upaya untuk menghasilkan kinerja karyawan yang produktif. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi dan pengawasan secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Global Media. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitaatif dengan sumber data primer yang diolah dari hasil kuisioner dari 97 sampel dari 2.488 orang karyawan PT Global Media. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan bahwa Ho: Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan upah terhadap produktivitas. Hipotesis tersebut tidak dapat ditolak, Dari hasil perhitungan uji secara parsial diperoleh nilai thitung 1.193 < ttabel 1.661 dan nilai Sig 0.236 > 0.05 ini berarti tidak ada pengaruh yang signifikan variabel kompensasi terhadap variabel produktivitas. H1 : Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pengawasan kerja terhadap kinerja. Hipotesis tersebut tidak dapat ditolak, karena dari hasil perhitungan uji secara parsial diperoleh nilai thitung 1.185 < ttabel 1.661 dan nilai Sig 0.239 > 0.05 ini berarti tidak ada pengaruh signifikan antara variabel pengawasan kerja terhadap variabel kinerja. H2: Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan variabel kompensasi dan pengawasan kerja terhadap kinerja. Hipotesis tersebut tidak dapat diterima. Secara simultan kompensasi dan pengawasan kerja mempengaruhi variabel kinerja diperoleh nilai Fhitung 20.910 > Ftabel 3.09 dan nilai Sig 0,000 < 0.05.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh harga diri dan efikasi diri terhadap kepuasan kerja serta implikasinya terhadap kinerja guru SMAN 4 Karawang, penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengambil sampel SMAN 4 Karawang yang berjumlah 39 orang. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendeketan deskriptif yakni penelitian yang dilakukan untuk mengetahui nilai variabel mandiri, baik satu variabel atau lebih (independent) tanpa membuat perbandingan, atau menghubungkan dengan variabel yang lain. Analisis hasil penelitian ini menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menujukan bahwa variabel Harga diri secara langsung menentukan perubahan-perubahan variabel kepuasan kerja adalah 31,5%. Jika melalui variabel efikasi diri (pengaruhnya terhadap variabel kepuasan kerja adalah sebesar 13,5%. Jadi pengaruh total Harga diri terhadap kepuasan kerja adalah sebesar 45,1%. Variabel efikasi diri memiliki pengaruh secara langsung terhadap kepuasan kerja sebesar 16,9%. Untuk pengaruh tidak langsung, yakni yang melalui variabel harga diri pengaruhnya terhadap kepuasan kerja adalah sebesar 13,6%. Jadi pengaruh total variabel efikasi diri (terhadap kepuasan kerja adalah sebesar 30,5%. Pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja guru secara simultan adalah sebesar 80,3%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 19,7% kinerja Guru (disebabkan oleh variabel-variabel lain diluar variabel independen tersebut yang tidak dilibatkan dalam penelitian ini, seperti variabel-variabel motivasional, Locus of Control, Kepemimpinan dan lain-lain.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the types of opting out of maxim strategies and to analyze the reason of conflict found in the Kung Fu Panda 2 movie. This research uses descriptive qualitative method as the purpose of making this research is to analyze the type of opting out strategies and the reason of conflict the use of opting out strategies. The main theory used to identify opting out strategies is taken from Grice (1975) and Perrine (1984:56) in Amanda, A (2017) dealing with reason of conflict. The results type of opting out of the research showed that there were 23 data obtained which respectively consisted of 5 data (22%) on opting out of maxim quantity, 6 data (26%) on opting out of maxim quality, 7 data (31%) on opting out of maxim manner, and 5 data (21,7%) on opting out of maxim relation. Meanwhile, the reason of conflict that influenced the use of opting out strategies consisted of 15 data (65,2%) on internal conflict, 8 data (34,7%) on external conflict. Based on the data obtained above, it could be clearly seen that the most common type of opting out strategies found in Kung Fu Panda 2 movie was opting out of quality (31%) and the most common type of conflict found in the use of opting out strategies was internal conflict (65,2%). Abstract

The background of this study is the absence of professional Physical Education, Sports and Health Teachers at MI Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Fathul Mubin, Bandung Regency. This study was conducted with the aim of finding out how well the implementation of physical education, sports and health learning is at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Fathul Mubin, Bandung Regency. This study is a type of qualitative descriptive research, which describes how the implementation of physical education, sports and health is at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Fathul Mubin, Bandung Regency. The subjects in this study were 6 teachers and 1 principal. The data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used in this study were data reduction and data display techniques. The results of the study showed that the implementation of physical education, sports and health at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Fathul Mubin, Bandung Regency in terms of preparation was quite good, while in the implementation and evaluation stages it was still relatively poor. In addition, the role of class teachers who also serve as Physical Education, Sports and Health Teachers has not been able to show good performance in its implementation

Abstract

Information and Communication Technology (ICT) learning has an important role in supporting the development of education in today's digital era. This study aims to investigate the implementation and effectiveness of ICT learning in lower grades at MI Al Amanah Cijapati, Bandung Regency. The research method used is a case study, with data collection carried out through observation, interviews, and document analysis. The results of the study indicate that ICT learning at MI Al Amanah Cijapati has integrated various technologies and learning methods that are appropriate to the level of development of students in lower grades. Factors such as the availability of facilities, teacher training, and support from schools and parents have a significant influence on the effectiveness of ICT learning. These findings provide an important contribution to the understanding of the implementation and strategies of ICT learning at the elementary education level, as well as providing input for the development of better educational policies and practices in the future

Abstract

This comprehensive literature review explores the multifaceted dimensions of optimizing building an inclusive and tolerant society towards multicultural education. The importance of building an inclusive society with multiculturalism education is the key to creating a society that is just, harmonious and ready to face the challenges of today. In an era of globalization and increasingly real diversity, multicultural education plays an important role in preparing the younger generation to interact in an increasingly connected world. The link between an inclusive society and multiculturalism educational policies lies in joint efforts to create an environment that accepts and promotes equality. Multiculturalism education policy is a tool used in education to achieve an inclusive society. The development of an inclusive society towards multicultural education involves a series of steps and principles designed to create an inclusive educational environment and promote equality. Multiculturalism education policies help remove barriers that hinder social and cultural inclusion. This creates better understanding between different cultural groups and reduces discrimination.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and describe the types of illocutionary act and the most dominant. The method used in this research is qualitative and descriptive method. The data used were taken from Black Adam movie released in 2022. This is a research about pragmatics study. The theoretical basis used in identifying types of illocutionary act is Searle in Hariati (2020). The result of this study show that there are five types of illocutionary act, they are assertive, directive, commissive, expressive, and declarative. The result showed that out of 115 data that have been analyzed, the illocutionary acts types were obtained namely 41 data assertive act or 35%, 33 data directive act or 29%, 17 data commissive act or 15%, 16 data expressive act or 14%, and 8 data declarative act or 7%. The most illocutionary act that occur is assertive act.

Abstract

This paper aims to investigate and examine the mediating role of religio-centric selling strategy in relation to market sensing capabilities with SMEs business performance in religious-based industries. This paper selected 330 Muslim SMEs in Central Java and tested the regressive relationships of the three constructs. Through confirmatory factor analysis and goodness of fit model testing using SEM, the results of market sensing capabilities obtained have a positive effect on the religio-centric selling strategy and SMEs business performance. In addition, the religio-centric selling strategy also has a positive impact on SMEs business performance. Therefore, the religio-centric selling strategy really acts as a partial mediation in relation to market sensing capabilities with SMEs business performance. By examining the literature on various marketing capabilities, selling strategies, religiosity, and SMEs business performance, this paper offers a unique analysis of the relationship between market sensing capabilities and religio-centric selling strategy and their impact on SMEs business performance. Conceptual discussions and empirical results are expected to extend previous research on the culture of market orientation and selling strategy in specific religious-based small businesses.
