Abstract

This research is motivated by the difficulty in appreciating a poetry that uses a lot of indexes and symbols that are rarely used and not yet known by the public such as in the work of "Pelayaran Tuhan" by Afrizal Malna. The purpose of this research is (1) Describing the results of a semiotic analysis of “Pelayaran Tuhan” poetry by Afrizal Malna, (2) Summarizing the theme of the poetry based on the analysis results. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with Peirce's semiotic approach which divides the signification process of sign into three factors: representamen, object, and interpretant. The results of the study found that this poem tends to use more tangible signs of index objects and symbols, most of which is not a familiar symbols. The system of meaning in this poem uses many imageries and emotions conveyed through index and symbols of sailing and sea atmosphere. The results of the analysis in this research show that this poetry is closely related to the theme of God or religious, spiritual and transcendental.

Abstract

Artikel ini menjabarkan program pengabdian yang bertujuan untuk mengedukasi dan memberikan gambaran tentang penggunaan microsite atau aplikasi interaktif S.ID bermuatan profil pelajar Pancasila dalam LKPD Teks Biografi bagi pendidik dan peserta didik di SMA Kota Cimahi. Hal ini dilatarbelakangi oleh salah satu permasalahan yang dihadapi pada pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia khususnya dalam teks biografi yang membutuhkan inovasi dalam pembelajaran yang dapat meningkatkan minat memproduksi konten dan menyelesaikan soal LKPD melalui cara yang inovatif agar pendidik dan peserta didik dapat mengimplementasikan kurikulum merdeka. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah metode pendidikan dan pelatihan. Panduan serta pedoman penggunaan microsite dan aplikasi serta cara membelajarkan yang diberikan pada pelatihan ini diharapkan mampu memberikan rujukan untuk pendidik dan peserta didik dalam menghadirkan pembelajaran yang menarik dan inovatif berlandaskan nilai-nilai profil pelajar Pancasila dengan tools interaktif.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the results of observations by researchers who encountered obstacles regarding learning to write, one of which was in the fable text, because the difficulty level of expressing ideas in fables was considered higher than in other texts. The information is taken from the results of pre-research conducted with field observations. Therefore, this study formulated a problem that was carried out using a problem-based learning learning model. From this formulation, the researcher had a specific goal regarding the impact of writing fable text skills on the aspect of value evaluation, which aims to improve students' writing skills. During the process, the problem-based learning model is implemented in groups of 4-5 students so that students can exchange ideas in a structured manner.The method used in this study combines qualitative description with data collection techniques in the form of writing skills involving five aspects, namely, content, structure, linguistic rules, EBI, and writing. The object of the research is 31 grade VII students at SMPN 1 Cihampelas. The data collection technique was by taking writing skills test data and paying attention to five aspects, namely content, structure, linguistic rules, EBI, and writing. By using a problem-based learning model that is systematically arranged to achieve the learning objectives to be achieved and a learning method that is able to assist the learning process and can facilitate students in discussing in groups about writing fable texts, The results of this study showed that 4 students got the highest score and 27 students got a sufficient score with an average value of 88.9, so it can be concluded that the use of the problem-based learning learning model in learning to write fable texts is effectively used in class VII 7 students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hubungan antara tingkat penggunaan teknologi dan kondisi kesehatan mental mahasiswa. Metode survei kuantitatif digunakan dengan analisis statistik deskriptif dan korelasi Pearson. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah DASS-21. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas mahasiswa (72%) memiliki penggunaan teknologi tinggi hingga sangat tinggi. Namun, sebagian responden mengalami stres berat (8 orang), kecemasan sangat berat (13 orang), dan depresi ringan hingga berat (12 orang). Analisis korelasi menunjukkan hubungan yang sangat lemah dan tidak signifikan antara penggunaan teknologi dengan stres (r = 0,08), kecemasan (r = 0,05), dan depresi (r = 0,07). Hasil ini mengindikasikan bahwa penggunaan teknologi bukan faktor utama gangguan mental mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menyarankan eksplorasi lebih lanjut terhadap faktor-faktor lain yang memengaruhi kesehatan mental mahasiswa secara kuantitatif maupun kualitatif.
