Abstract

The lack of precise learning media causes students to have low problem-solving ability and Self Confidence. This research aims to produce interactive multimedia that is valid, practical, and effective in improving students’ problem-solving skills and Self Confidence. The development of this product uses ADDIE’s research procedure. The trial was conducted on linear regression material in class XI of SMA Negeri 4 Kotabumi for the 2024/2025 school year. The data collection techniques used were interviews in preliminary research, tests, and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques include validity tests, practicality tests, and effectiveness tests using t-tests and proportions tests. The development results show that interactive multimedia is categorized as valid and practical, with a material validation score of 85% and an average media score of 88%. The average response score of teachers was 94.21% and students 92.61%, so the product was declared very practical. Based on the t-test, there was a difference in post-test scores between students who used interactive multimedia and those who did not. The results of the proportion test showed that the problem-solving ability and Self Confidence of students who used interactive multimedia reached more than 60% completeness. In conclusion, interactive multimedia meets valid, practical, and effective criteria to improve students’ problem-solving skills and Self Confidence.

Abstract

This study analyzes the process of solving students' mathematical problems based on Polya's level and self-confidence. This research is a type of qualitative research with a case study approach. The subjects used in this study consisted of three students representing the level of confidence. Data collection in this study was conducted using triangulation techniques, which included tests, non-tests, and interviews. The results of the study were obtained based on the Polya level: Students with a high level of confidence will understand the problem clearly, plan steps to solve it, implement the solution plan, and check the results obtained. Students with moderate confidence only understand the problem clearly and plan the solution steps. Students with low self-confidence can only meet a few levels of Polya. Therefore, students with a high level of confidence do not hesitate and maximize their potential in solving problems so that they can solve them.

Abstract

Deep Learning is being intensively studied as it emphasizes a mindful, meaningful, and joyful learning environment and process. Indonesian Realistic Mathematics Education (PMRI) is an approach to mathematics education that connects the learning materials with real-life situations. Based on the alignment between the definitions of the Deep Learning approach and the PMRI approach, this study aims to illustrate that Deep Learning can be achieved by integrating PMRI into learning activities. This research is a literature review that examines Indonesian Realistic Mathematics Education in the context of Deep Learning. In this study, four stages were carried out: designing the review, conducting the review, abstracting and analyzing the data, and writing and compiling the review result. The data for this study were collected from articles that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria outlined in the research methodology and filtered through Publish or Perish. Based on a review of 15 articles, the findings indicate that Indonesian Realistic Mathematics Education can be an alternative approach to achieving Deep Learning.

Abstract

Kesulitan dalam mencapai tujuan pembelajaran yang disebabkan oleh tidak diterapkannya kemampuan mengajar fundamental menjadi pendorong utama penelitian ini. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat 8 paket video pembelajaran KDM yang bermanfaat. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (RnD) dengan menggunakan model ADDIE. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas tiga dari SDN 2 Ngantru Malang, beserta instruktur, spesialis bahasa, dan spesialis materi pembelajaran. Kuesioner dan dokumen pendukung berfungsi sebagai alat pengumpul data. Temuan validasi dinilai sangat bermanfaat setelah dilakukan uji oleh para ahli, dengan 92,30 persen ahli materi, 96,87 persen ahli bahasa, dan 88,63 persen ahli media memberikan penilaian setuju. Karena konten kursus ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan kompetensi profesional guru dalam menggunakan kemampuan mengajar fundamental di kelas, total 90,38% tanggapan guru dan 97,30% tanggapan siswa masuk dalam kategori "Sangat Praktis" pada kuesioner. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa video pembelajaran 8 KDM merupakan sumber yang sah dan berguna untuk melengkapi pembelajaran di kelas.
