Abstract

This qualitative research study aims to explore the intersection of human resource management (HRM) practices with psychological dynamics and strategic approaches. The research methodology involves a systematic literature review to analyze existing literature on HRM, psychological theories, and strategic HRM practices. Through comprehensive literature search and selection, relevant sources were identified from academic databases, scholarly journals, and books. Data extraction and analysis were conducted using thematic analysis techniques to identify key themes, concepts, and findings related to psychological dynamics and strategic HRM. The findings reveal the critical role of psychological theories, such as Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs and Herzberg's Two-Factor Theory, in understanding employee motivations and behaviors. Additionally, strategic HRM approaches, including Guest's model and High-Performance Work Systems (HPWS), were identified as effective frameworks for aligning HRM practices with organizational goals. The integration of technology, such as artificial intelligence and predictive analytics, emerged as a key trend in enhancing HRM efficiency and effectiveness. Overall, this research highlights the importance of addressing employees' psychological needs and leveraging strategic HRM practices to foster organizational success and employee well-being.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of partially or simultaneously financial performance and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on firm value at banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data collection using secondary data using purposive sampling technique. The population in this study is the financial statements of banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2019 period of 41 banks, while the sample taken is the number of observations for 3 years (2017-2019). The data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test and the Coefficient of Determination (R²) test whose processing was carried out with the SPSS version 23 program. The results showed that the first, second and third hypotheses proposed were accepted because they showed positive and significant hypothesis test results. This means that financial performance has a positive and significant effect on firm value, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has a positive and significant effect on firm value and financial performance and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on firm value

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of internal communication, work stress, and work conflict on performance based on the perceptions employees of PT Elnusa Petrofin Cabang Balikpapan partially and simultaneously. This research data was obtained from employee performance reports for 3 years, namely the 2021-2023 period with a sample size of 41 respondents. The data analysis technique used is with the help of the SPSS version 25 program. Based on the results of the partial hypothesis research test, it shows that the independent variable (internal communication) has no positive and significant effect on (employee performance), a t-count value of -4.437 > from t table 2.026 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The independent variable (work stress) partially has a negative and insignificant effect on (employee performance). The t value obtained is -0.503 < from t table 2.026 and the significance value is 0.618 < 0.05. The independent variable (work conflict) partially has a negative and insignificant effect on (employee performance). The t value obtained is -0.633 < from t table 2.026 and the significance value is 0.531 > 0.05. Simultaneously, it shows that the variables of internal communication, work stress and work conflict do not have a significant effect on employee performance, obtaining an F value of 0.826 < from F table of 2.85 and a significance value of 0.488 > 0.05

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of competence and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Aftech Makassar Indonesia. This study used 60 samples (respondents). Sources of primary data and secondary data. The data analysis method in this study used descriptive analysis and statistical analysis of validity test, reliability test, multiple regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, t test and F test. The results of the descriptive analysis of competence obtained the actual score percentage of 89.3%, analysis work discipline obtained the percentage of the actual score of 89.5% and performance analysis obtained the percentage of the actual score of 91%. The results of statistical analysis obtained multiple linear regression coefficients, namely: Y = 18.933 + 0.263X1 + 0.333 X2, the correlation coefficient of competence to performance (r) = 0.393 and the correlation coefficient of work discipline to performance (r) = 0.469. And the coefficient of determination (r2) is 0.257 or 25.7%. The value of Fcount > Ftable (11,219 > 3.16) and through the partial test calculation (t-test) it is seen that H1 where the t-count value is greater than t-table (2,228 > 2.002 and the significance value is 0.030 < 0.05) and H2 where the t-count value of work discipline is greater than the t-table (3.186 > 0.05) and the significance value is 0.002 < 0.05). The results of this study indicate that competence and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Aftech Makassar Indonesia, thus the hypothesis used is acceptable

Abstract

To get a maximum result or an effective and efficient team work certainly requires good communication between individuals in an organization. Effectiveness Is a measure of an organization in achieving better work processes in completing tasks. Work efficiency is the best comparison between the work done and the results achieved by the work in accordance with those targeted both in terms of quality and results. The research conducted at the East Banggae Sub-district office uses multiple linear regression analysis methods. The study was conducted for 3 months, from January to March 2020. The results showed that: 1) there was a significant effect of effectiveness on the Performance of Employees at the East Banggae District Office, partially, 2) there was a significant effect of Work Efficiency on the Performance of Employees at the East Banggae District Office, partially, 3) there was a significant influence between effectiveness and efficiency of work on employee performance at the East Banggae sub-district office simultaneously and the results show that the value of the two variables affect the achievement of optimal employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Implementation of Office Spatial Planning in the Personnel Administration Subdivision of the Makassar Regional Development Headquarters and to find out the obstacles that arise from the application of the Office Spatial Principles. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative, namely describing or explaining the description of the situation and conditions obtained in the field, as well as interviews with staff at the Makassar Regional Center for Human Resource Development. After analyzing and discussing the problem, the authors come to the conclusion that the application of office layout in the Personnel Administration Subdivision of the Makassar Regional Human Resource Development Headquarters has not been carried out properly in accordance with the basic principles of office layout.

Abstract

This research aims to know the Suzuki Motorcycle Strategies and Constraints in Conductiong Sales Promotion at PT Sinar Galesong Mandiri Branch Urip Sumoharjo Makassar. The method used was descriptive qualitative which the author described the results of the observation and analyzed the data obtained in the field. Research the result of the research was conducted from April 15 to May 14, 2019. The result showed that there were four strategies used in PT Sinar Galesong Mandiri Branch Urip Sumoharjo Makassar, they are, Advertising, Personal Sales, Sales Promotion and Publicity. Those strategies had been going well, although there were still some obstacles, such as The Lack of consumer interest in Suzuki Motorcycles, The Lack of communication with consumer, The High level of competition, Uncertainty from consumers, The Lack of variation in product units, Installment deductions which only two times compared to other competitors. Thus, the strategy needs to be maintained and improved so that there will be no more obstacles that will occur during the promotion.
