Abstract

When it comes to accounting software, MSMEs believe that recording financial statements is difficult, complicated, and superfluous. Bank Indonesia is making an effort to address the problem of capturing and preserving financial information by creating the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Application. SIAPIK, a mobile and web-based information system for collecting and managing financial data, is a problem that MSMEs commonly face. This service seeks to improve financial literacy by integrating the SIAPIK Application into MSMEs' company operations and using it to generate financial reports that adhere to their Financial Accounting Standards (SAK). Training activities are conducted using the Dialogical Method, the Practice and Assistance Method, and the Lecture Method. According to the results, MSME actors can become more adept with the SIAPIK application, use it for business objectives, and prepare financial reports that meet MSME SAK criteria, which can subsequently be taken into account when asking loans.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, work conflict, work stress and employee rotation on performance based on employee perceptions of PT. Pertamina Balikpapan Hospital. The sample used in this study in the Medical Check UP, radiology, laboratory and medical record installations amounted to 54 respondents. The analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test. The statistical analysis test tool used was the SPSS version 24 program. Based on the study, the results obtained that partially, the Leadership Style variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. This is indicated by the t-count value of 2.868>t-table 2.00958 and a significance value of 0.006 which is less than 0.05. The Work Conflict variable does not have a positive and insignificant effect on Employee Performance. This is indicated by the t-count value of 0.422 <t-table 2.00958 and a significance value of 0.675 which is greater than 0.05. The Work Stress variable has a negative and insignificant effect on Performance. This is indicated by the obtained t-value of -0.615 <ttable 2.00958 and a significance value of 0.541 which is greater than 0.05. The Employee Rotation variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. This is indicated by the obtained t-value of 3.826> ttable 2.00958 and a significance value of 0.000 which is less than 0.05. That simultaneously the results obtained by Leadership Style, Work Conflict, Work Stress and Employee Rotation have a significant effect on Employee Performance. This is indicated by the obtained F-value of 14.689> F-table 2.56 with a significance value of 0.000 which is less than 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, motivation and competence on job satisfaction based on the perceptions of employees of PT Davidi Internasional in Balikpapan, either partially or simultaneously. The number of samples is 65 respondents. Data collection was carried out using primary data by distributing questionnaires directly to respondents. Data were analyzed by validity and reliability tests as well as multiple linear analysis, F test (simultaneous), t test (partial) and classical assumptions. The results showed that it was simultaneously proven that the variables of compensation, notivation and competence had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction based on the perceptions of employees of PT Davidi Internasional in Balikpapan Partially the compensation variable (XI) had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (Y), partially the variable motivation (X2) has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (Y), partially the compensation variable (X3) has a negative and insignificant effect on job satisfaction (Y) at PT Davidi Internasional in Balikpapan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Motivasi, Komunikasi, Kompensasi, dan Stres Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Pada Guru SMK Negeri 3 Balikpapan. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah guru golongan PNS Pada SMK Negeri 3 Balikpapan dengan total 60 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan metode regresi berganda yang dibantu dengan program SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara parsial bahwa variabel motivasi thitung (59,015) > ttabel (2,00030) dan nilai signifikansi (0,000) < 0,05 berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja guru. Variabel komunikasi secara parsial berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan dengan thitung (-45,808) > ttabel (2,00030) dan nilai signifikansi (0,000) < 0,05. Variabel kompensasi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap thitung (3,013) > ttabel (2,00030) dan nilai signifikansi (0,004) < 0,05. Variabel stress kerja secara parsial berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan dengan thitung (1,329) < ttabel (2,00030) dan nilai signifikansi (0,189) > 0,05. Secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa variabel motivasi, komunikasi, kompensasi dan stres kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja guru diperoleh nilai Berdasarkan (Uji-F) diketahui Fhitung (72.761) > Ftabel (2,53) dan nilai signifikasi 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pengaruh Komunikasi Organisasi, Beban Kerja Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Berdasarkan Persepsi Karyawan PT. PLN (Persero) UIP Balikpapan. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 66 responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan data primer melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Data dianalisis dengan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas serta analisis linear berganda, uji F (simultan), uji t (parsial) dan asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan terbukti bahwa variabel komunikasi organisasi, beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja berdasarkan persepsi karyawan di PT. PLN (Persero) UIP Balikpapan. Secara parsial variabel komunikasi organisasi (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan tehadap kinerja (Y), secara parsial variabel beban kerja (X2) bepengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja (Y), secara parsial variabel lingkungan kerja (X3) bepengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja (Y) di PT. PLN (Persero) UIP Balikpapan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of competence, work performance, and work experience on employee career development at the engineering division of PT Duma Nusatama Balikpapan. The population of this research is 322 employees of PT.Duma Nusatama Balikpapan. The sample used in this research is purposive sampling which is all permanent employees of Engineering Division of PT Duma Nusatama Balikpapan with 45 respondents. Data analysis technique uses multiple regression method assisted by SPSS 25 program. The result shows that partially competence has positive and significant effect on employee career development with tcount 2.911 > ttable 2.019 and significance value 0.006 < 0.05. Work performance partially has a positive and significant effect on employee career development with tcount 7.774 > ttable 2.019 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Work experience partially has a positive and significant effect on employee career development with tcount 5.334 > ttable 2.019 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Furthermore, competence, work performance, and work experience simultaneously have a significant effect on the career development of engineering division employees with a value of Fcount 306.486 > Ftable 2.83 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of competency, work discipline and workload on the performance of PT. Bangun Teknik Baja employees. The sampling technique used in this research was method purposive sampling, namely all employees in the welder division, lathe operators, line boring operators and plating operators, totaling 88 (eighty eight) people. The data used in this research is primary data by distributing questionnaires to employees. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis assisted by SPSS version 26. The results of this research show that simultaneously competence, work discipline and workload have a significant influence on performance. Partially, competency has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Partially, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Partially, workload has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance.

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership style, workload and compensation on turnover intention at PT. Allesia International Balikpapan. The sample used in this research was employees of PT. Allesia International Balikpapan with a total of 37 respondents. The data analysis technique uses multiple regression methods assisted by the SPSS 25 program. The results of the research show that partially the leadership style variable tcount 2.651 > ttable 2.03552 with a negative direction (left) and a significance value (0.012) <0.05 has a negative effect and significant to turnover intention. The workload variable partially has a positive and significant effect on tcount 2.775 > ttable 2.03552 and a significance value of 0.009 < 0.05. The compensation variable partially has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention with a tcount of 4.433 > ttable 2.03552 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, it shows that the variables of leadership style, workload and compensation have a significant effect on employee performance. Based on the value obtained (F-Test), it is known that Fcount is 9.350 > Ftable 2.89 and the significance value is 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of internal communication, work stress, and work conflict on performance based on the perceptions employees of PT Elnusa Petrofin Cabang Balikpapan partially and simultaneously. This research data was obtained from employee performance reports for 3 years, namely the 2021-2023 period with a sample size of 41 respondents. The data analysis technique used is with the help of the SPSS version 25 program. Based on the results of the partial hypothesis research test, it shows that the independent variable (internal communication) has no positive and significant effect on (employee performance), a t-count value of -4.437 > from t table 2.026 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The independent variable (work stress) partially has a negative and insignificant effect on (employee performance). The t value obtained is -0.503 < from t table 2.026 and the significance value is 0.618 < 0.05. The independent variable (work conflict) partially has a negative and insignificant effect on (employee performance). The t value obtained is -0.633 < from t table 2.026 and the significance value is 0.531 > 0.05. Simultaneously, it shows that the variables of internal communication, work stress and work conflict do not have a significant effect on employee performance, obtaining an F value of 0.826 < from F table of 2.85 and a significance value of 0.488 > 0.05
