ABSTRAK Stunting adalah masalah kesehatan yang hampir semua negara berkembang mengalami termasuk Indonesia. Permasalahan stunting pada anak akan mengakibatkan gagal tumbuh. Menurut laporan WHO tahun 2020, sekitar 21.3% anak usia di bawah lima tahun mengalami stunting. Data Riskesdas 2018 menunjukkan stunting 30,8%. Hasil Survei Status Gizi Indonesia (SSGI) tahun 2020, prevalensi stunting di kota Palopo 23,8%. Masalah stunting pada anak disebabkam asupan nutrisi selama kehamilan tidak tercukupi menyebabkan ibu hamil menjadi KEK. Upaya pencegahan dan intervensi, seperti edukasi gizi dan dukungan pangan lokal menjadi kunci dalam mengatasi permasalahan stunting ini. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan Kader Posyandu di Kelurahan Pontap tentang gizi ibu hamil dan balita dengan inovasi PMT berbahan dasar daun kelor (Moringa oleifera). Kader Posyandu Kelurahan Pontap Kota Palopo diberikan edukasi tentang stunting dan pelatihan pembuatan PMT berbahan dasar daun kelor dan dibagikan kepada ibu hamil KEK dan ibu balita stunting. Terdapat pengaruh signifikan pemberian edukasi terhadap tingkat pengetahuan kader (0,003). Keterampilan Kader Posyandu juga telah mampu membuat produk PMT berbahan pangan lokal daun kelor. Disimpulkan bahwa PMT berbahan dasar daun kelor memiliki manfaat gizi yang melimpah dan merupakan pangan lokal yang banyak ditemui sebagai alternatif bahan pangan dalam upaya mengatasi stunting. The problem of stunting in children will result in failure to grow. According to the 2020 WHO report, around 21.3% of children under five years old experience stunting. The problem of stunting in children is caused by inadequate nutritional intake during pregnancy, causing pregnant women to become CED. Prevention and intervention efforts, such as nutrition education and local food support, are key in overcoming this stunting problem. The aim of this community service is to increase the knowledge and skills of Posyandu cadres in Pontap, Palopo. Regarding nutrition for pregnant women and toddlers with supplementary feeding innovations made from Moringa oleifera leaves. Pontap Posyandu cadres were given education about stunting and training in making PMT made from Moringa leaves and distributed to CED pregnant women and mothers of stunted toddlers. There is a significant effect of providing education on the level of cadre knowledge (0.003). The skills of Posyandu cadres have also been able to make PMT products made from local Moringa leaves. It was concluded that PMT made from Moringa leaves has abundant nutritional benefits and is a local food that is often found as an alternative food ingredient in efforts to overcome stunting.
