Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of managerial ownership, institutional ownership and corporate social responsibility (CSR) on financial performance. The population in this research are all Property and Real Estate Issuer Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2021 - 2023 Period. The variables used in this research are Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) as the dependent variable and Financial Performance as the variable independent. The sampling technique used was the purposive sampling method and a total of 146 company samples were obtained. The analytical methods used are Descriptive Statistical Analysis, Classical Assumptions, Multiple Linear Analysis and Hypothesis Testing. The results of this research show that partially Managerial Ownership has a negative effect on Financial Performance, Institutional Ownership has a negative effect on Financial Performance and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has no effect on Financial Performance. The research results simultaneously show that Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) influence the Company's Financial Performance.

Abstract

Permasalahan gizi seperti stunting dan anemia masih menjadi tantangan di Idonesia, terutama pada kelompok rentan seperti balita dan ibu hamil. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi gizi serta mempraktikkan pemanfaatan pangan lokal berupa daun kelor dan ubi ungu sebagai pangan fungsional. Pelaksanaan dilakukan di Desa Paninggaran, Kabupaten Kuningan, dengan sasaran 140 balita dan 15 ibu hamil. Metode yang digunakan meliputi sosialisasi pencegahan stunting dengan pembagian puding daun kelor, serta Forum Group Discussion (FGD) pencegahan anemia melalui pemberian smoothies ubi ungu. Hasil kegiatan menunjukan tingkat partisipasi yang tinggi (70% untuk penyuluhan stunting dan 80% untuk FGD anemia), antusiasme peserta, serta penerimaan positif terhadap produk olahan. Kesimpulannya pemanfaatan pangan lokal berbasis potensi desa dapat menjadi solusi alternatif, aplikatif, dan berkelanjutan dalam peningkatan status gizi masyarakat.

Abstract

The purpose of this study, to determine the effect of temperatura on embryonic development and early stadia larvae of yellow fin tuna (Thunnus albacares) and the level abnormalities of the larvae. This research was carried out in a Large Marine Aquaculture Center And Hyacinth Fisheries Gondol. The container used is a 1 liter backer glass of 15 pieces. Egg density at each backer glass is 300 grains. The temperature treatment used is (240C±1), P2 (260C±1), P3 (280C±1), P4 (300C±1), P5 (320C±1). Parameters observed were egg hatchability, egg hatching time, larval abnormalities, absorption of egg yolk and larval length. Based on the result of the study showed that different temperature treatments were able to give a significant influence on the development of eggs and the time of hatching egg. The temperature treatment 260C was able to increase the hatchbility value by 40,7%, larvae abnormality value 15,8%, larvae length growth 5,48 mm compared to other temperature treatment. The best egg yolk absorption rate is shown at the temperature treatment of 240C, 260C, and 280C compared to the 300C and 320C temperature treatments.
