<![CDATA[Technological developments make economic actors to think continuously in order to survive. Individual must work hard to be the best. This condition tends to make employees depressed. The companies must act in order to produce the maximum performance and employee satisfaction in working. Based on the situation, the writer conducted a study to analyze the direct and indirect effect of the three independent variables (X) (job promotion, compensation, and job stress) on the dependent variable (Y) (work performance) through variable intervening (Z) (job satisfaction). Total samples in this study were 200 persons as the informants analyzed using PLS analysis. The results show that all independent variables have a significance effect on the job satisfaction; on top of that, it is an intervening variable for all the independent variables in this study. For the work stress variable, this does not have a significance effect on the employee performance; meanwhile, for the job promotion and compensation variables, those have a significance effect on the employee performance. The dominant variable of this study is the job promotion variable.]]>

<![CDATA[Balanced scorecard (BSC) is an alternative performance of measurement that aims at combining financial and non-financial performance measures. This measurement is the result of the process based on the mission and strategy of the company. There are 4 aspects measured including financial perspective, consumer perspective, internal business process perspective, then, growth and learning perspective. The data collection used secondary data obtained from the company's annual report from 2015 to 2017. This study aimed to determine how the performance of PT. Bank Jatim of Pamekasan Branch Office used BSC. By using the performance appraisal, it can be seen that the causal relationship between performance supporting factors and the results are achieved. It is expected that PT. Bank Jatim of Pamekasan Branch Office is able to become a trusted bank, have a good commitment, and be able to earn optimal profit. The results of this study indicate that the financial perspective shows a good performance. By the result obtained in the customers' perspective, it means that the performance is good enough. By the value generated in the perspective of this internal business process, the performance is good. Growth and learning perspectives show a good performance. Based on the overall results related to the percentage acquisition in each perspective of BSC assessed, thus, the performance of PT. Bank Jatim of Pamekasan Branch Office is rated well.]]>

<![CDATA[Banyaknya pengangguran menjadikan wirausahawan sebagai alternatif jalan terbaik untuk bertahan hidup di era teknologi saat ini. Keberadaan wirausahawan perlu untuk terus ditingkatkan karena memberikan dampak positif terhadap pergerakan perekonomian daerah. Penerapan salah satu fungsi pemerintah yakni pemberdayaan terhadap PKL (Pedagang Kaki Lima) harus ditingkatkan agar semangat berwirausaha semakin membara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana langkah pemerintah daerah Pamekasan dalam memberdayakan PKL sebagai penyangga ekonomi mikro. Objek penelitian terfokus pada 14 titik lokasi paguyuban PKL yang merupakan binaan Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi langsung serta wawancara mendalam ke obyek penelitian. Metode penelitian secara deskriptif kualitatif yaitu menganalisa kondisi real di lapangan dengan melibatkan obyek yakni PKL serta dinas terkait untuk memperoleh data yang kemudian diolah dengan metode interaktif untuk memperoleh hasil penelitian. Hasil penelitian diperoleh pemberdayaan yang telah dilakukan pemerintah daerah Pamekasan diantaranya relokasi, potensi wisata kuliner, edukasi dan motivasi melalui FGD serta pelayanan lainnya seperti kebersihan, keamanan dan retribusi yang bekerjasama dengan APLI (Asosiasi Pedagang Kaki Lima Indonesia) cabang Pamekasan sebagai mitra. Implikasi dari penelitian ini yakni dapat memaksimalkan program pemberdayaan yang belum terlaksana diantaranya menciptakan wisata kuliner dan relokasi lainnya serta koperasi PKL yang menjadi pekerjaan rumah yang harus diselesaikan]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the extent of consideration that will be used by companies to assess the feasibility of investment plans for fixed assets of machines using capital budgeting analysis techniques so as to obtain the right decision in making replacement of production machines. The machine replacement uses the Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and Payback Period (PP) methods. This research uses descriptive quantitative research with a case study approach. The object of research is tegel beton dan sanitair “Warna Agung” company located on Jalan Segara No. 150 Pamekasan district. The results showed that it is known that the capital budgeting method in replacing the fixed assets of the machine is feasible to carry out. The calculation results obtained using the NPV method are positive (NPV > 0) with the acquisition result of Rp. 196.062.919, and for the PB method produces the time needed to return investment for 2 years 1 month, where the time is less than the economic life of the fixed assets ie company for 5 years and for the IRR method produces a value of 36.4% where the results are above the discount factor of 25%.]]>

<![CDATA[The mining sector has assets to support the company's operations in order to make a profit. This requires large capital so that accurate calculations are needed so as not to have an impact on financial performance. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of capital structure on ROE which is a reflection of the company's financial performance. The research population is mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period by analyzing published financial reports. The sample used purposive sampling method in order to obtain data that matched the desired criteria. The results showed that partially, the DER variable had a negative effect on ROE while the DAR variable had a positive effect on ROE and the CAPEX variable had no effect on ROE. <![CDATA[This research is motivated by the level of compliance of taxpayers who are not fully in accordance with reporting their taxes. Of course this is caused by several psychological factors and one of them, where these psychological factors include subjective norms, attitudes and behavioral control. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of tax understanding moderation on the effect of the theory of planned behavior on taxpayer compliance. The object of this research is Pamekasan SMEs registered at the Pamekasan Tax Office. The results showed that there was a significant positive effect between the independent variables on taxpayer compliance but for the behavioral control variable the effect was not significant positive and for tax understanding showed insignificant results as a moderator between the relationship between subjective norms and attitudes towards taxpayer compliance but significant as a moderator between the control relationship behavior towards taxpayer compliance]]>

<![CDATA[Posisi UMKM dimasa pandemi seperti ini harus tetap bertahan untuk menjaga perekonomian suatu wilayah terutama di pedesaan. Melimpahnya sumber daya yang ada merupakan keunggulan tersendiri dalam berinovasi. Permasalahan umum yang terjadi adalah bermula dari ide akan produk inovasi, lalu merambah pada proses produksi hingga ke penjualannya. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini untuk menciptakan produk inovasi bagi UMKM yang ada di bawah naungan BUMDES sehingga menjadi produk unggulan desa Patapan. Metode yang dilakukan terdiri dari pelatihan, pendampingan, difusi teknologi hingga ke penjualannya. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah terciptanya produk inovasi, mitra mendapatkan keterampilan dan pengetahuan, design kemasan produk yang menarik, proses legalitas produk berupa NIB dan IUMK hingga penjualan secara langsung ke konsumen untuk mempromosikan produk agar penjualan meningkat signifikan.]]>

<![CDATA[A village with evenly distributed economic growth is an achievement in itself, as seen by the presence of BUMDes. This does not work easily, there are deficiencies and limitations so that the existence of BUMDes can make a positive contribution to a more independent village and grow its economy. The research objective is to measure the performance of BUMDes. The object of research is BUMDes Delta Mulia in the village of Panempan Pamekasan. The research method is in the form of quantitative descriptive using a combination of analysis Malcolm Baldrige and Du Pont System in producing BUMDes performance analysis. The results of the research show that the financial aspect resulted in a decrease in performance from 2018 to 2021. The average calculation shows a result of 28.38% where this figure is below the 30% standard, which means that the performance is not optimal. From the non-financial aspect, it generates 844 points out of a maximum total of 1000 points which means that BUMDes performance is in the Benchmark Leader criteria. From the results of this study, BUMDes can carry out performance evaluations, especially on financial aspects so that their performance is better and as good as performance on non-financial aspects]]>

<![CDATA[Melalui implementasi manajemen pengelolaan yang baik terhadap berbagai jenis ternak telah terbukti berhasil, dalam hal ini juga berlaku terhadap ternak kambing. Manajemen pengelolaan pakan yang tepat akan menghasilkan kambing yang “gemuk” dan sehat sehingga berdampak terhadap keuntungan yang melimpah. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra dalam pengabdian ini diselesaikan dengan 2 (dua) metode yakni penyuluhan dan pelatihan sebagai solusinya. Pakan yang diberikan berbeda dengan peternak lainnya, untuk pakan ternak yang diberikan selain menggunakan hijauan yang terbatas di sekitar wilayah mitra, dalam pengabdian ini dimunculkan solusi dengan mencampurkan susu sapi dalam pakan ternak tersebut. Hal ini bertujuan untuk proses penggemukan terhadap ternak kambing lebih bagus. Pola pemberian pakan juga terbilang berbeda dengan peternak pada umumnya, dimana pakan ternak diberikan pada pagi dan malam hari sehingga menghasilkan penggemukan ternak kambing lebih baik. Hal ini akan berdampak kepada nilai jual yang lebih tinggi dengan biaya yang minim sehingga mitra dapat memperoleh hasil panen yang maksimal]]>

<![CDATA[Every business actor has problems with different levels of difficulty because the human resources in them come from different educational backgrounds and experiences. Problems with business management and non-standard preparation of financial reports are things that must be addressed in order to make a business more organized. This is felt by several business actors in Kaduara Barat village, Pamekasan Regency, where the majority of them run their businesses without paying attention to organized business management and proper financial reports. The results of this service are as follows: 1. The layout of the products sold in stores is more organized so that consumers feel comfortable shopping; 2. The division of tasks must be clear so that there are no overlapping jobs / positions with multiple positions; 3. In terms of service and marketing, business actors realize the need for a "touch of smile" to consumers who want to shop so that this becomes a distinct comfort for these consumers; and 4. The knowledge and ability of business actors in preparing financial reports increases so that this can be done for effective and efficient financial management in order to maximize profits.]]>
