Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan aplikasi permohonan magang berbasis web di Badan Siber dan Sandi Negara (BSSN) menggunakan metode Extreme Programming. Saat ini, proses permohonan magang di BSSN masih dilakukan secara manual, mengakibatkan penundaan, ketidakjelasan status, dan kesulitan pelacakan pengajuan magang. Aplikasi ini akan memberikan pengalaman lebih baik bagi mahasiswa dan membantu BSSN mengelola proses seleksi dengan efisien. Penelitian juga mengevaluasi keefektifan metode Extreme Programming dalam pengembangan aplikasi ini. Hasil penelitian ini meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas pengelolaan permohonan magang pada institusi Badan Siber dan Sandi Negara.

Abstract

The author has conducted research at UD Stores. Variant Jl. Kabu-Kabu No. 31 Pematangsiantar and found a problem where the theft was prone to the place and no employees guarded the store during the closing. Then another problem arises how to monitor stores from a distance by using SMS Gateway notifications. So here the author provides a solution so that the store can be monitored remotely with SMS Gateway Notifications. The author implements a Magnetic switch on the front door so that when the door is forced open the buzzer will ring and the owner receives an SMS, then in the front room the writer implements a PIR sensor where when a human passes the sensor the buzzer will turn on and the shop owner will get SMS notification.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Flexible Human Resource Management (FHRM) and open innovation on organizational resilience, mediated by intellectual capital. The research was conducted on employees of PT. Telkom Indonesia in Jakarta, using a quantitative method with a survey approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 181 respondents selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to examine both direct and mediating relationships among variables. The results reveal that FHRM and open innovation significantly impact organizational resilience, both directly and through the mediating role of intellectual capital. Intellectual capital was found to be a critical factor in strengthening the influence of FHRM and open innovation on organizational resilience. These findings provide practical implications for companies in designing human resource management and innovation strategies to enhance adaptability and organizational sustainability in the face of dynamic business environment challenges.
