Abstract

AbstractThis purpose of research is to identify the influence of public service motivation on job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior on employees of Statistics Indonesia. The methods of analysis used in this research is a simple regression analysis were processed with SPSS software version 13.0. Collecting data in this research are based on a sample of 59 employees Bureau of Finance and Directorate of Statistical Dissemination in Statistics Indonesia. In this research, the authors investigated the influence of public service motivation on job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior on employees of Statistics Indonesia. Based on the analysis results and discussion can be concluded that public service motivation have a significant influence on job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior on employees of Statistics Indonesia.Keywords: public service motivation, job satisfaction, organizational citizenship behavior

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Change Management Factors on Sustainable Competitive Advantages mediated by Organizational Innovation on students in West Jakarta. The data collected were 267 students from private universities in West Jakarta. This study uses four dimensions on the variables of Change Management Factors namely, Organizational Goal, Transformational Leadership, Participation and Communication, and Education and Training. The data collection technique used in this research is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method. The measurement tool in this study is an interval scale with a Likert scale technique (from a scale of 1 to 5). Instrumental tests were carried out in the form of validity, reliability, and conformity tests using SPSS version 22. The research method used was Structural Equation Model with AMOS, the results of this study stated that: 1). Organizational Goal has a positive influence on Organizational Innovation. 2). Transformational Leadership has no positive influence on Organizational Innovation. 3). Participation and Communication has a positive influence on Organizational Innovation. 4). Education and Training has a positive influence on Organizational Innovation. 5). Organizational Innovation has a positive influence on Sustainable Competitive Advantages. 6). Organizational Goal has a positive influence on Sustainable Competitive Advantages mediated by Organizational Innovation. 7). Transformational Leadership has no positive influence on Sustainable Competitive Advantages mediated by Organizational Innovation. 8). Participation and Communication has a positive influence on Sustainable Competitive Advantages mediated by Organizational Innovation. 9). Education and Training has a positive influence on Sustainable Competitive Advantages mediated by Organizational Innovation.

Abstract

The general objective of this research is to test how the influence of leadership style to job satisfaction. And to find the dominant leadership style in international Bank. To obtain this data ,Questiamains is used and spreading them to 54 respondent which are employees of International Bank. The method to analyze data is used Single Regression Analysis and Anova with Post Hoc Pairwise Multiple Comparisons. This research indicates that there is a relationship between leadership style and Job satisfaction. And the dominant leadership style in international Bank is task-oriented leadership style.Keywords: Leadership Style, Job Satisfaction

Abstract

The general objective of this research is to determine the indicator characteristics in Conger —Kanungo model that can be use to scale charismatic leadership in internasional bank in Jakarta, and to analyze influence of charismatic leadership characteristics in Conger — Kanungo model to another leadership style. According to the research, the result all characteristics in Conger-Kanungo model can be use to scale charismatic leadership. There are influence from charismatic leadership (Conger-Kanungo Model) to all another leadership style. This is show relationship between characteristics charismatic with Task-Oriented Leadership, relationship between environmental sensitivity, vision and articulation with participative leadership, relationship between vision and articulation, sensitivity to member needs to people oriented leadership dan relationship between sensitivity to member needs, vision and articulation with Bass Charisma Scale.Keywords : Charismatic Leadership, Task-Oriented Leadership. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship among Leadership, Organizational culture, the operation of Learning organization and Employee's job satisfaction. The result obtained from 224 respondents which are selected using purposive sampling and analyzing using Structural Equation Modeling from AMOS. This research indicate that the various operation extents of Learning organization have significant difference under the dimensions of Leadership, Organizational culture and the operation of Learning organization. Leadership has significantly and positively influence Learning organization, Organizational culture is not signifantly effect on Leadership, both Leadership and Learning organization have a significantly positive effect on Employee's job satisfaction. One more finding is Organizational culture is not significantly has an effect to employee's job satisfaction.Keywords: Leadership, Organizational culture, Learning organization, Job satisfaction

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan Relationship Focused CEO Leadership dan Inclusive Leadership dengan Symmetrical Internal Communication terhadap Scouting Karyawan Milenial di Wilayah Perkantoran Jakarta. Data dikumpulkan dari seratus lima puluh satu karyawan milenial di Jakarta dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah sampel. Uji hipotesis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan analisis SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). Hasil pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh positif Relationship Focused CEO Leadership dan Inclusive Leadership, Terhadap Symmetrical Internal Communication, dan terdapat pengaruh positif Symmetrical Internal Communication terhadap Scouting. Impikasi manajerial dalam penelitian ini bagaimana kemampuan gaya kempemimpinan dan berkomunikasi sangat penting dalam kehidupan berkelompok maupun berorganisasi. Pemimpin yang menerapakan gaya berfokus terhadap hubungan dan yang inclusive serta memiliki keterampilan komunikasi yang cukup akan mempengaruhi dan bergerak Orang lain dan pengikut mereka. Kepemimpinan muncul dan berkembang melalui interaksi Otomatis antara pemimpin dan pengikut. Hal ini diharapkan karyawan milenial Jakarta dapat berkontribusi dalam suaranya untuk meningkatkan perilakunya di perusahaan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh antesenden Burnout Terhadap Job Satisfaction Pada  karyawan PT.Conbloc Internusa Objek Penelitian 100 karyawan PT.Conbloc Internusa Populasi, teknik sampling Probability sampling, Teknik analisis data menggunakan kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner, Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif job stress, Work-family Conflict , Work-family Balance terhadap burnout dan adanya pengaruh burnout tehadap job satisfaction, Kesimpulannya Manajer dapat meningkatkan job satisfaction dengan cara mengurangi burnout dengan mengurangi beban kerja yang diberikan atasan kepada karyawan . karena ketika tuntutan pekerjaan (yaitu, beban kerja, waktu,tekanan tinggi, karyawan cenderung mengalami tingkat kelelahan yang tinggi. Ini karena kurangnya sumber daya pekerjaan (misalnya, variasi pekerjaan, pengakuan pekerjaan, dan kontrol pekerjaan, yang menginspirasi individu saat melakukan pekerjaan mereka) mengarah ke tuntutan kerja yang tinggi dan menyebabkan kelelahan para karyawan.

Abstract

Employee Commitment adalah Karyawan yang terlibat secara psikologis terikat pada organisasi, berdedikasi untuk memberikan layanan berkualitas kepada organisasi, dan jarang meninggalkan organisasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi employee commitment tenaga kesehatan di Jakarta Barat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah tenaga Kesehatan yang ada di Jakarta Barat. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 140 responden. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah metodologi kuantitatif dan sampel yang dimasukkkan sebanyak 140 pekerja. Hipotesis diuji dengan menggunakan Struktural Equation Model (SEM) dengan menggunakan program statistik AMOS versi 26. Disimpulkan hipotesis 1 didukung karena terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara trust dan job satisfaction dengan nilai estimasi sebesar 0,412 dengan p-value sebesar 0,000. Hipotesis 2 juga didukung yaitu terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Performance Appraisal Justice terhadap Job Satisfaction yang memiliki nilai estimasi sebesar 0,558 dengan p-value sebesar 0,000. Selanjutnya untuk hipotesis 3 terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Job Satisfaction terhadap Employee Commitment dengan nilai estimasi sebesar 0,269 dengan p-value sebesar 0,003. Kata Kunci: Trust, Performance Appraisal Justice, Job Performance dan Employee Commitment

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of Work from Home and Family Supportive Supervisor Behaviors on Work-Life Balance and Job Performance in Retail Companies in North Jakarta. This research was conducted using quantitative methods with Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis. This study produced several findings, firstly, Work from Home has a negative influence on Work-Life Balance. Second, Work from Home has a positive influence on Job Performance. Third, Family Supportive Supervisor Behaviors has a negative influence on Work-Life Balance. Fourth, Family Supportive Supervisor Behaviors has a positive influence on Job Performance. Abstract

Aset terpenting dalam menunjang keberhasilan suatu perusahaan adalah sumber daya manusia atau bisa disebut dengan karyawan. Perusahaan yang menghasilkan kinerja dan pencapaian yang baik diperoleh dari karyawan yang mempunyai motivasi kerja serta produktivitas yang tinggi, hal tersebut dapat meningkatkan laju roda sehingga berjalan dengan kencang. Tujuan Penelitian adalah menguji menganalisis Pengaruh Perceived Organizational Support dan Job Crafting terhadap Work Engagemnt dan Person-Job Fit (Studi Pada Karyawan Coffee Shop Jakarta Barat).  Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 123 responden dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif.  Teknik pengujian data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, dan uji goodness of fit model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial pengaruh positif antara job crafting dan person-job fit terhadap work engagement. Kemudian perceived organizational support berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap job crafting. Sedangkan job crafting secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap person-job fit.
