Abstract

In the 21st century, humanity entered the industrial era 4.0 and will soon enter the social era 5.0. A simple way to prepare yourself to face these challenges is to change your mindset in learning something. This article will describe the ability to write observation report texts through HOTS-based learning for high school students in Class X SMAS PGRI Cianjur Regency with a population of 30 people. Test sheets and observation sheets are tools used in data collection. Based on the results of data collection and processing, information was obtained that students' ability to write observation report texts increased after participating in lessons that used HOTS compared to those that used LOTS. With the results, the average score of 30 students was 79.2, then all of the 30 students got a score above 70, which means 100% of students were said to have exceeded the KKM.Keywodrs: observation results; High Order Thinking; reportAbstrakPada abad 21 umat manusia memasuki era industry 4.0 dan segera memasuki era sosial 5.0. Cara sederhana untuk mempersiapkan diri dalam menghadapi tantangan tersebut adalah dengan mengubah pola pikir dalam belajar sesuatu. Artikel ini akan mendeskripsikan kemampuan menulis teks laporan hasil observasi melalui pembelajaran berbasis HOTS siswa SMA kelas X. Penelitian menggunakan metode eksperimen one shot case study sebagai desain penelitiannya yang dilakukan di kelas. Kelas X SMAS PGRI Kabupaten Cianjur dengan  populasi 30 orang. Lembar tes dan lembar observasi merupakan alat yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data. Berdasarkan hasil pengumpulan dan pengolahan data diperolah informasi bahwa kemampuan siswa dalam menulis teks laporan observasi meningkat setelah mengikuti pembelajaran yang menggunakan HOTS dibanding yang menggunakan LOTS. Dengan hasil nilai rata-rata dari 30 siwa adalah sebesar 79.2 kemudian dari 30 siswa tersebut seluruhnya mendapatkan nilai di atas 70 yang artinya 100% siswa dikatakan sudah melebihi KKM.Kata kunci: hasil observasi; High Order Thinking; laporan

Abstract

Kehadiran penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari informasi tentang tren topik penelitian dari sumber data yang ada, terutama tren topik di bidang pendidikan dan pengajaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan Systemic Literature Review. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah website https://www.scimagojr.com dan https://www.scopus.com. Subyek penelitian adalah jurnal yang terindeks Scopus Q1 dari SCImago & Scopus Preview untuk menentukan posisi atau level tinggi dan rendah suatu jurnal. Hasil kajian data penelitian ini menunjukkan sebanyak 25.231 jurnal dari semua aspek kategori, sedangkan pada kategori pendidikan terdapat 1.274 jurnal dengan 10 jurnal terpilih sebagai subjek penelitian yang dimiliki. Ke-10 jurnal tersebut memiliki 1.230 artikel. Oleh karena itu, tren topik dalam 2 tahun terakhir adalah tren topik penelitian tentang diskusi dengan guru di posisi pertama dengan 380 artikel yang diterbitkan. Kedua, 220 topik artikel membahas siswa dalam pembelajaran. Ketiga, 186 topik artikel membahas strategi dalam pembelajaran. Keempat, 168 topik artikel membahas metode pembelajaran dalam pendidikan. Kelima, 153 artikel dengan topik pembahasan penilaian dalam pembelajaran di dunia pendidikan. Keenam, 13 topik dalam artikel membahas kurikulum pendidikan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between facial expressions and the character of five-year-old children through the perspectives of semiotics, psychology, and nonverbal communication. A child's facial expressions are considered important indicators in revealing their emotions and personality. Using a semiotic approach, this research analyzes the nonverbal signs present in the child's facial expressions, which can provide a deeper understanding of their nature and character. In the framework of psychology, facial expressions are seen as manifestations of emotional states related to the child's personality type, such as melancholic, sanguine, choleric, or phlegmatic. Additionally, the aspect of nonverbal communication in this study focuses on how children interact through facial expressions, indicating their level of concentration, assertiveness, or calmness. Based on the analysis of nonverbal signs, semiotic systems, and personality types, this study concludes that the child in the image shows characteristics of a choleric personality, with a determined facial expression, a defensive posture (arms crossed), and a focused gaze, suggesting dissatisfaction or resistance. Furthermore, other nonverbal signs also indicate sanguine traits with a cheerful expression and relaxed body, as well as melancholic traits with a serious expression and introspective tendency. The combination of these signs indicates that the child possesses a dominant, social, and sensitive character, with a tendency towards deep emotional feelings.

Abstract

Writing is a skill that students must master, one of which is writing negotiation texts. This research aims to help students learn to write negotiation texts using the Group Investigation type Cooperative Learning model and determine the effectiveness of its use in learning to write negotiation texts. The research was conducted at SMAN 1 Cisarua in class X with 30 students. This research is a quantitative type with a Pre-Experimental method in the form of One Group Pretest-Posttest. This is to obtain data on descriptive test results (pretest and posttest) which will be explained descriptively. The data was tested using the Wilcoxon Test and N-Gain Test used with SPSS vers 22 and Microsoft Excel. Results say that obtained there is an influence of using the Group Investigation type Cooperative Learning model in learning to write negotiation texts. With an increase of 0.55 at the medium level and an effectiveness result of 55.8% at the effective level.

Abstract

This study began with the discovery of problems in language learners who often forget the role of acquiring newvocabulary and the application of grammar in its use. The purpose of this study was to determine the Indonesian languagelearning methodology in aspects of acquiring new vocabulary at school and learning grammar in schools. This research method uses the literature study method. The results of this study obtained various kinds of vocabulary and grammarlearning strategies that are suitable to be applied in schools based on their respective roles. The learning strategies are divided into two, namely strategies for vocabulary and strategies for grammar. Vocabulary includes (1) Word list strategy and frequency count (2) Vocabulary and context (3) Vocabulary development and second language acquisition (4)Introducing prepositions and pronouns (5) Channell's strategy compares research into speech errors of native speakers with second language learners (6) Semantic networks and features (7) Memory and vocabulary development (8) Comprehension and product techniques. Meanwhile, the learning of grammar includes (1) traditional language classes (2)The acquisition of a second language and its effect on practice (3) Pedagogical materials and techniques for teaching grammar.

Abstract

Pendidikan di era globalisasi dan disrupsi teknologi menuntut perubahan paradigma pembelajaran dari pendekatan yang berpusat pada guru menjadi berpusat pada siswa guna mengembangkan keterampilan abad ke-21 siswa. Namun observasi di SMA AL-Mukhtariyah Rajamandala menunjukkan bahwa praktik masih didominasi metode konvensional seperti ceramah dan pengugasan satu arah, yang kurang mendorong pemahaman mendalam dan berpikir kritis. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat, tim peneliti Pascasajana bahasa Inggris dan Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia dari IKIP Siliwangi menyelenggarakan workshop bertajuk "Penguatan Literasi Digital melalui Deep Learning dan Transformative Learning" untuk 33 guru. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif-edukatif dengan presentasi, diskusi kelompok, dan demonstrasi tools berbasis AI. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan 100% peserta menyetujui materi relevan dengan kebutuhan pembelajaran modern, dengan 75% menyatakan kepuasan tinggi. Namun pemahaman tentang Pembelajaran Transformatif (31,3% sangat setuju) dan integrasi ide teknologi (43,8% sangat setuju) memerlukan pendalaman lebih lanjut. Rekomendasi meliputi perpanjangan durasi lokakarya, penambahan sesi praktik, dan pendampingan berkelanjutan. Kegiatan ini membuktikan pentingnya kolaborasi perguruan tinggi dan sekolah dalam mendorong inovasi pembelajaran berbasis deep learning dan pembelajaran transformatif untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru.
