Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Penempatan Kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Astra Mobilindo Cikupa. Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan sampel sebanyak 96 responden. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pengujian regresi, korelasi, determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini variabel Penempatan Kerja diperoleh nilai rata-rata skor sebesar 3,42 dengan kriteria baik. Variabel kinerja karyawan diperoleh nilai rata-rata skor sebesar 3,83 dengan kriteria baik. Penempatan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai persamaan regresi Y = 9,320 + 0,853X, dan nilai koefisien korelasi 0,774 atau memiliki tingkat hubungan yang kuat dengan nilai determinasi 55,9%. Uji hipotesis diperoleh signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

Improved quality of education viewed from quality human resources are there in the school. The principal plays an important role as a leader in fostering and developing the educational personnel and educators at the school. In the task given there are problems faced include a lack of understanding of the principal duties and responsibilities which should be exercised especially that has been set in the regulation, resulting in the role of principal yet to a maximum in terms of managerial, entrepreneurial development, and supervision at the school. This devotion uses the method of community education in the form of workshops aimed at improving the understanding of the principal about duties and responsibilities in the school. The results of the public service can be seen from enthusiastic participants in the workshop as well as a series of events following an increase in understanding of the principal of duty as head of the school. Based on the results of such devotion can be concluded that an increase in the professional head of the school is very influential on the quality of produce educators and educators at the school. This devotion activity expected to be undertaken on an ongoing basis so that it can intertwine cooperation Work Conference is the principal (MKKS) South Tangerang.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini menganalisis tentang pengaruh konseling pemilihan perguruan tinggi yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa Pascasarjana Manajemen Pendidikan Universitas Pamulang pada siswa kelas XII IPA di Madrasah Aliyah Manbaul Ulum. Konseling pemilihan perguruan tinggi dapat meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesiapan siswa kelas XII dalam melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi. Melalui metode pendekatan partisipatif dan edukatif, program ini mencakup lokakarya, sesi konseling individu, simulasi seleksi, serta pemanfaatan teknologi untuk memperluas akses informasi. Sasaran program mencakup siswa dari berbagai latar belakang, termasuk yang memiliki keterbatasan akses pendidikan. Hasil yang diharapkan meliputi peningkatan kesadaran siswa terhadap peluang pendidikan tinggi, penyusunan rencana karier yang matang, serta kesiapan menghadapi seleksi masuk perguruan tinggi. Dengan pendekatan holistik yang mengintegrasikan aspek akademik dan spiritual, program ini mendukung pengembangan potensi siswa secara menyeluruh, menjembatani kesenjangan akses pendidikan, dan mendorong kontribusi positif bagi masyarakat.

Abstract

Enterprise Resource Planning Business opportunities in the modern era are rapidly evolving, with significant growth in Indonesia’s business sector. In this context, strong company performance is a crucial consideration. Sustainable Governance represents the continuity of corporate objectives, aiming to meet the expectations of both investors and stakeholders. This study aims to examine and analyze the moderating role of Sustainable Governance in the relationship between Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and Growth Opportunity on Company Performance (a study of financial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2019–2024). This research is quantitative in nature. Samples were selected using purposive sampling based on predefined criteria. The methods used include descriptive statistical analysis, Chow test, Hausman test, and multiple Lagrange multiplier tests to determine the appropriate model. Further analyses involved classical assumption testing, panel data regression, and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The study utilized 110 secondary data entries and was conducted using E-Views 12 software. The results indicate that the selected model is the Fixed Effect Model (FEM). Simultaneous hypothesis testing shows that Sustainable Governance, GRC, ERP, and Growth Opportunity collectively influence company performance. The t-test results reveal that GRC does not have a significant effect on company performance, while ERP has a significant positive effect. In contrast, Growth Opportunity does not significantly affect company performance. Moderation test results show that Sustainable Governance strengthens the relationship between GRC and company performance, while it weakens the relationship between ERP and company value.
