Improved quality of education viewed from quality human resources are there in the school. The principal plays an important role as a leader in fostering and developing the educational personnel and educators at the school. In the task given there are problems faced include a lack of understanding of the principal duties and responsibilities which should be exercised especially that has been set in the regulation, resulting in the role of principal yet to a maximum in terms of managerial, entrepreneurial development, and supervision at the school. This devotion uses the method of community education in the form of workshops aimed at improving the understanding of the principal about duties and responsibilities in the school. The results of the public service can be seen from enthusiastic participants in the workshop as well as a series of events following an increase in understanding of the principal of duty as head of the school. Based on the results of such devotion can be concluded that an increase in the professional head of the school is very influential on the quality of produce educators and educators at the school. This devotion activity expected to be undertaken on an ongoing basis so that it can intertwine cooperation Work Conference is the principal (MKKS) South Tangerang.

This research aims to determine the ability of the Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) preservice teachers Civic education Pamulang University. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a survey approach. The research subject amounted to 63 students. The results showed that the ability of TPACK has a very important role in improving the ability of preservice teachers in the revolution of the 4.0 industry, besides the analysis results demonstrated the ability of TPACK Preservice teachers Civic education on group A superior to the group B. Therefore, TPACK's capabilities need to be upgraded and supported by various parties to create an education that can produce future qualified teachers.

Curriculum 2013 changes require teachers to be able to use technology the learning process until the stage of reporting learning outcomes, E-Report is one of the technologies used presenting learning outcomes. However, the problems today are that not all teachers can use the E-Report application. The purpose of this community service is to improve teacherâ€™s ability to perform learning assessments based on the 2013 curriculum using the E-Report application. The method of community devotion activities is a method of instruction by providing training to teachers about E-Report application. Data retrieval is conducted using observations, tests, and questionnaires to participants. The number of teachers participating in this community service is 100 teachers at Vocational High School in South Tangerang. The results can be observed from the enthusiasm of the teacher in following a significant training activity of 90%, and an increased ability of teachers in understanding theoretically and implement the assessment of learning outcomes. According to the 2013 curriculum using the E-Report application at 88%, the community devotion activity increased the understanding and skills of teachers in conducting learning assessments.

The Buru Reading Movement (Gerakan Buru Membaca) was an initiative of Iqra Buru University community service and developed later into one of the Buru District Government programs, which have been implemented since 2017. The program was designed to improve and promote the community’s reading habits in Buru Regency, Maluku, Indonesia. This was a qualitative study aimed at describing the implementation of Gerakan Buru Membaca in Buru Regency. The research located in Namlea District because of its relatively high population density and heterogeneity. There were forty people interviewed, and this number was obtained through purposive sampling. We employed an analysis technique proposed by Miles and Huberman. The results revealed that the reading movement received a positive response from the community and the village government. The active role is implemented through the provision of village libraries, study rooms, and study houses of learning available. Furthermore, a mobile library, which was only available in the Namlea Village area, prioritized its services in open or public spaces. In other villages, however, the movement was still in the form of reading and learning spaces provided by the village government, with the participation of the community. Despite the positive response from the community, the movement still experienced several constraints.

Para remaja kerap kali melakukan kenakalan yang dapat melanggar aturan, dalam melakukan perbuatan yang nakal para remaja belum memiliki kesadaran akan dampak kenakalan yang dilakukan yang dapat mengancam masa depannya. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan upaya penyuluhan tentang dampak kenakalan remaja dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran remaja terhadap bahaya kenakalan remaja. Metode kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilakukan dengan cara memberikan penyuluhan kepada remaja di Pulau Untung Jawa. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan kesadaran remaja tentang bahaya kenakalan remaja yang dapat merusak masa depannya, selama kegiatan ini para remaja cukup antusias dalam melakukan konsultasi terhadap masalah yang ada dalam dirinya sehingga dengan adanya keterbukaan membuat remaja dapat melewati permasalahan dalam dirinya tanpa melakukan perilaku nakal yang dapat merusak dirinya. Maka dari itu perlu adanya kerjasama semua pihak untuk mencegah masalah kenakalan remaja meliputi orangtua, sekolah, dan masyarakat.

Technological advances not only have a positive impact on people's lives, but misuse of technology can cause social problems. One of the consequences of technology misuse is the phenomenon of divorce due to an affair between husband and wife that can be recorded through social media. The purpose of this study seeks to know the efforts made in preventing divorce due to social media abuse in a Sociological perspective. This research uses qualitative research methods with phenomenological approach, data processing using Nvivo 12. The results showed that divorce due to social media abuse was triggered by an affair between the husband and wife through social media resulting in an ongoing altercation. Efforts to prevent divorce due to social media abuse are carried out by various parties such as efforts from couples not to divorce, families who seek to reconcile, courts that seek mediation, even the city government that actively provides socialization about family resilience rules, premarital education programs, mother's father's school program, and efforts to strengthen the functioning of the family. Efforts to prevent divorce due to social media abuse can be effectively supported by cooperation between institutions and all elements of society to strengthen family resilience Kemajuan teknologi bukan hanya berdampak positif bagi kehidupan manusia, tetapi penyalahgunaan teknologi dapat menimbulkan masalah sosial. Salah satu akibat penyalahgunaan teknologi menimbulkan fenomena maraknya perceraian akibat adanya perselingkuhan antara suami dan isteri yang dapat terekam lewat media sosial. Tujuan dari penelitian ini berupaya untuk mengetahui upaya yang dilakukan dalam mencegah perceraian akibat penyalahgunaan media sosial dalam perspektif Sosiologis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi, pengolahan data menggunakan Nvivo 12. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perceraian akibat penyalahgunaan media sosial dipicu karena adanya perselingkuhan antara suami isteri lewat media sosial sehingga membuat pertengkaran yang terjadi terus menerus. Upaya pencegahan perceraian akibat penyalahgunaan media sosial dilakukan oleh berbagai pihak diantaranya upaya dari pasangan agar tidak bercerai, pihak keluarga yang berupaya mendamaikan, pihak pengadilan yang berupaya melakukan mediasi, bahkan pemerintah kota yang giat memberikan sosialisasi tentang aturan ketahanan keluarga, program pendidikan pra nikah, program sekolah ayah bunda, dan berupaya memperkuat fungsi keluarga. Upaya pencegahan perceraian akibat penyalahgunaan media sosial dapat berjalan efektif didukung dengan adanya kerjasama antar institusi beserta semua elemen masyarakat untuk memperkuat ketahanan keluarga.

Abstrak: Ditengah Pandemi COVID-19 membuat masyarakat melakukan berbagai aktivitas di dalam rumah, sehingga menimbulkan kejenuhan terutama ibu rumah tangga. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan berbagai aktivitas yang dapat dilakukan di rumah, salah satunya dengan memberdayakan ibu rumah tangga dalam pembuatan sabun cuci dari minyak jelatah. Tujuan dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberdayakan masyarakat dalam upaya mengurangi pencemaran lingkungan oleh limbah minyak jelantah. Metode pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah memberikan penyuluhan kepada masyarakat melalui aplikasi zoom di komunitas masyarakat Puri Mawar Tangerang Banten. Hasil dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini ialah seluruh peserta memahami materi tentang pembuatan sabun cuci dari minyak jelatah, adanya peningkatan keterampilan masyarakat dengan cara mempraktekan pembuatan sabun cuci dari minyak jelatah, selain itu peserta sangat antusias untuk berdiskusi tentang berbagai upaya inovatif yang dapat dilakukan ibu rumah tangga dalam mengurangi pencemaran lingkungan. Pemberdayaan masyarakat ini sangat bermanfaat bukan hanya mengurangi pencemaran lingkungan dari limbah rumah tangga, tetapi dapat meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat karena sabun cuci yang dihasilkan dapat diperjual belikan.Abstract: During the COVID-19 pandemic, people do various house activities, resulting in saturation, especially housewives. Therefore, various activities can be done at home, one of which is empowering housewives to manufacture laundry soap from barley oil. This community service aims to empower the community to reduce environmental pollution by jelantah oil waste. The community service method is to provide counseling to the community through zoom application in the puri mawar community Tangerang Banten. The result of this community service is that all participants understand the material about laundry soap from barley oil. There is an improvement in people's skills by practicing laundry soap from barley oil. Also, participants are very enthusiastic about discussing various innovative efforts that housewives can make in reducing environmental pollution. This community empowerment helps reduce environmental pollution from household waste and increase people's income because it can trade the resulting laundry soap.

PREVENTION OF DEVIANT BEHAVIOUR DUE TO DRUG ABUSE IN MILLENIAL ADOLESCENTS IN UNTUNG JAWA ISLAND. The changing times are so rapidly that youth are susceptible to deviating behaviors, one of which is drug abuse among adolescents. The existence of tourist attraction becomes an attraction for tourists in Pulau Untung Jawa, the tourists can bring influence to the youth in Untung Jawa island including drug use. The purpose of this devotion is to provide knowledge to the youth to make precautions against deviant behavior due to drug abuse. Method of community devotion in the form of counseling to adolescent youth organization Untung Jawa Island which amounted to 30 people. The results of devotion to the community showed that there was increased understanding of participants related to drug hazards of 82%. The participants were also very enthusiastic to follow the activities that took place. With the activity of devotion to the community can provide awareness for adolescents to do prevention of the impact of the drug by conducting a variety of positive activities such as: following entrepreneurial training, attending sports activities, attending the arts, following religious activities, becoming a janitor, and developing tourism objects in the Untung Jawa Island. This effort is a preventive measure of deviant behaviour due to adolescent drug abuse. The youth of Untung Jawa Island has proved to be a healthy generation without drugs and a young generation that is useful to the surrounding community.
