Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 yang melanda dunia mempengaruhi seluruh kegiatan manusia, termasuk kegiatan beribadah. Penelitian dilakukan untuk  mengetahui gambaran rumah ibadah dalam menerapkan protokol kesehatan sebelum, selama dan setelah ibadah shalat Jumat;  Permasalahan yang dihadapi, apakah tempat ibadah  di Masjid Abubakar Shiddiq Komplek Pertanian Serua Kecamatan Ciputat Tangerang. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan metode penelitian kombinasi atau Convergent Parallel Mixed Methods, yaitu metode penelitian yang menggabungkan antara metode kuantitatif dan metode kualitatif. Hasil penelitian berupa rekomendasi yang ditujukan kepada Lurah Serua Cq Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI) cabang Serua, yang merupakan aktualisasi Pejanjian Kerja Sama (PKS) antara Kelurahan Serua dengan UNPAM.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of price and product quality on purchasing decisions at the distributor PT Saridewi Natural Kosmetik. The design of this research is quantitative descriptive analysis. The population in this study were all consumers who had tried Dewi Skin Care products and the research sample consisted of 99 respondents.The sampling technique used is Probability Sampling with Random Sampling type. Data analysis methods use data instrument tests, classical assumption tests, simple linear regression tests & multiple linear regression, correlation tests, determination tests, hypothesis tests.The research results show that Price (X1), Product Quality (X2), simultaneously have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions (Y) seen from the hypothesis test.Thus, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Therefore, there is a simultaneous influence between price and product quality on purchasing decisions

Abstract

Break Event Point Analysis and Risk Management Analysis on the decision to close a business temporarily or permanently are presented in this study so that the company and the shareholders in it are able to determine when to take exit actions and declare bankruptcy. The research was conducted at PT CBP which is engaged in the Indonesian electricity industry. This topic is important because the firmness of the bankruptcy statement has the consequence of a number of burdens that must be borne by a legal business entity related to fulfilling obligations according to labor laws and regulations, and fulfilling obligations to return business capital to shareholders. Financial calculations in the field of asset value against debt obligations and financial calculations on operating costs are the comparison factors that determine the threshold for making this bankruptcy decision. This study will present data related to BEP variables, asset value data, debt liability data, and operational data. Furthermore, a number of these facts and data are entered into the risk analysis matrix. By modifying hibernation operational decisions, companies can avoid bankruptcy, namely by doing an exposure type, releasing some of the ownership of existing assets, continuing business with hibernation mode.

Abstract

Education that is able to support future development is education that is able to develop all the potential of children, so that children can face and be able to solve life problems that they will face. initial assessment or pre-study of basic science skills, children get a minimum score of 20 and a maximum score of 40. Meanwhile, after the action is given in the first cycle, the maximum score obtained increases to 60 and the minimum score is 38. The percentage gain before the action is given is 42.20%, after the action is given in the first cycle increased by 68.38%. This shows that based on the percentage of data it can be seen that in the first cycle the increase obtained is 26.18%. So it can be concluded that the provision of action in the form of a contextual approach in the learning process can develop basic science skills for children aged 5-6 years, especially at PAUD Citra Lestari Sawangan Depok.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengobservasi faktor-faktor karakter native dari institusi perusahaan selanjutnya disebut DUDI (Dunia Usaha Dunia Industri) dan SMK (Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan) menggunakan statistik multivariat analisis faktor pada pembidangan keahlian fabrikasi dan perakitan produk yang bermaterial ekstrusi untuk industri perlampu-listrikan. Hasil penelitian mengungkap terbentuknya satu komponen konstruksi interseksi yang menjadi ruang feasibilitas sebagai titik temu diskriminan pengkritisan yang didiskriminasi dan krusial yang menjadi dasar terjadinya kerjasama Teaching Factory. Variabel faktor yang terlibat di dalam komponen interseksi adalah Varian Spare Part yang Sedikit (VSS) di DUDI berkorelasi dengan variabel faktor Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang ada di SMK. Sedangkan komponen konstruksi dikotomis karakter native DUDI memuat variabel faktor Lingkungan Kerja Operasional (LKO), dan Fleksibilitas Frenchise Umum (FFU). Komponen konstruksi dikotomis karakter native SMK adalah variabel faktor Produk Mudah Diterima (PMD). Konstruksi dikotomis memuat variabel faktor native yang merupakan privasi internal yang bekerja menguatkan masing-masing institusi dan secara tidak langsung memiliki kontribusi terhadap feasibilitas interseksi melalui korelasinya terhadap variabel faktor yang merupakan anggota konstruksi interseksi. Sepuluh variabel faktor lainnya dalam penelitian ini tidak terjelaskan, namun dapat dipertimbangkan sebagai kandidat yang tetap diikutsertakan dalam menilai kerjasama teaching factory. Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of product quality and price on customer loyalty on jalan siliwangi bogor timur . The method used is a quantitative method. The sampling technique used is Probability Sampling with Random Sampling type. The number of samples used in this research was 96 respondents. Data analysis techniques using instrument tests, namely validity and reliability tests, classic assumption tests, namely normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination test and hypothesis test, namely t test and F test. The results of this research are that product quality has a significant effect on customer loyalty with the regression equation Y = 10.284 + 0.261X1. Hypothesis testing obtained t value > t table (6.978 > 1.661). Price has a significant effect on customer loyalty with the regression equation Y = 6.418 + 0.566X2. Hypothesis testing obtained t value > t table (8.739 > 1.661). Product quality and price simultaneously have a significant effect on customer loyalty with the regression equation Y = 5.306 + 0.94X1 + 0.438X2. Hypothesis testing obtained a value of Fcount > Ftable or (41.108 > 3.094). Thus, it can be concluded that product quality and price have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of social media marketing on brand awareness and purchase decisions of millennial consumers. Using a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design, data was collected from 200 millennial respondents aged 27-43 years through an online questionnaire. The variables measured included social media marketing as an independent variable, brand awareness as a mediating variable, and purchase decisions as a dependent variable. Data analysis uses path analysis with SPSS version 26. The results showed that social media marketing had a positive and significant effect on brand awareness with a path coefficient of 0.672, explaining 45.2% variation. Social media marketing also has a direct effect on purchase decisions with a path coefficient of 0.387. Brand awareness has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a path coefficient of 0.461. The mediation analysis showed that brand awareness played a role as a partial mediation variable with an indirect influence of 0.310 and a total influence of 0.697. Together, social media marketing and brand awareness explain 61.8% of millennial consumers' purchase decisions. This research provides theoretical contributions in enriching the digital marketing literature and practical implications for marketing practitioners in optimizing social media marketing strategies.
