Abstract

The development of a web-based cold storage temperature and humidity monitoring device using Arduino Uno aims to monitor room conditions, particularly in cold storage spaces, through a website. This device utilizes DHT11 and DS18B20 sensors, along with the Wemos D1 Mini module, integrated with the Arduino Uno microcontroller. Arduino configuration is performed through an application to send commands to other components. The research was conducted at PT. Indu Manis Gresik, East Java. Data collection and testing were carried out at the specified location. The test results demonstrate the device's efficient operation, transmitting testing data to the associated website. The accuracy of the DS18B20 temperature sensor testing reached 98.8%, while the DS18B20 humidity sensor achieved 99.35%.

Abstract

Artificial bait is one of the commercial products derived from capture fisheries. In fact, 75% of the Indonesian population enjoys fishing as a hobby and requires bait for this activity. Anglers in Dumai usually make their own artificial bait and it takes time to make it. The availability of artificial bait in Dumai is not yet effective in trading. Therefore, the business opportunity for manufacturing artificial bait is highly promising. The objective of this study is to analyze the feasibility of artificial bait production utilizing Durable Artificial Bait (DAB) technology. The data collection methods used were interviews with business practitioners and market surveys conducted in Dumai over a period of four months. The data analysis included production profit, R/C Ratio, and Break-Even Point (BEP). The results indicate that the artificial bait manufacturing business incorporating Durable Odor Technology (DAB) is feasible. The total production cost was recorded at IDR 456,722. The annual revenue reached IDR 13,440,000, with a net profit of IDR 7,959,333. The R/C Ratio was calculated at 2.45, indicating that the business is viable and has potential for further development. The BEP for the product was determined at IDR 14,273 per package. In conclusion, the artificial bait business utilizing the latest innovation—Durable Odor Technology (DAB)—is financially feasible and has the potential to support the development of a startup in the capture fisheries sector.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of product quality and price on customer loyalty on jalan siliwangi bogor timur . The method used is a quantitative method. The sampling technique used is Probability Sampling with Random Sampling type. The number of samples used in this research was 96 respondents. Data analysis techniques using instrument tests, namely validity and reliability tests, classic assumption tests, namely normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination test and hypothesis test, namely t test and F test. The results of this research are that product quality has a significant effect on customer loyalty with the regression equation Y = 10.284 + 0.261X1. Hypothesis testing obtained t value > t table (6.978 > 1.661). Price has a significant effect on customer loyalty with the regression equation Y = 6.418 + 0.566X2. Hypothesis testing obtained t value > t table (8.739 > 1.661). Product quality and price simultaneously have a significant effect on customer loyalty with the regression equation Y = 5.306 + 0.94X1 + 0.438X2. Hypothesis testing obtained a value of Fcount > Ftable or (41.108 > 3.094). Thus, it can be concluded that product quality and price have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty.

Abstract

The marine fisheries sector is a dominant part of the agricultural industry in Tegal City, involving various stakeholders in the production and distribution processes. One of the main challenges in marketing the catch is the price disparity between fishermen and consumers. Therefore, this study aims to identify the distribution patterns of mackerel scad (Decapterus russelli), analyze marketing margins, and evaluate the efficiency of marketing channels at Tegalsari Fishing Port. This research employs a case study method with a descriptive approach to illustrate distribution patterns, as well as calculations of marketing margins and efficiency. The findings reveal the existence of six main marketing channels involving fishermen, collecting traders, wholesalers, retailers, and consumers. The marketing margin ranges from IDR 2,100 to IDR 4,800, with marketing efficiency values between 5% and 11%. Only the first marketing channel is considered efficient, with a value of 5%, while the others have yet to reach optimal efficiency. These results indicate that the marketing efficiency of mackerel scad at Tegalsari Fishing Port still needs improvement to reduce price disparities and enhance the welfare of fishermen and fisheries business actors.
