Abstract

The effort to reduce and eliminate the dangers of mining activities by preventing losses that is by implementing the application of safety management. Safety management systems are applied throughout the world. The world gets permission for industrial safety and health to get occupational safety and health. This safety management system is not only applied in Indonesia but also applied in several other countries such as South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia and Australia. In this study an analysis of the differences in the safety management system in these countries with an outline with the aim to carry out an analysis of the safety management system in large rock countries. The comparison obtained from the management system required and applied by the government regarding the safety system in these countries. For Indonesia and Singapore, a safety management system must be implemented in industrial companies, whereas for countries such as South Korea the safety management system is voluntary in other words the safety management system is implemented voluntarily by the industry. Australia is more applying safety management system standards and references for industrial needs. Safety management systems in Australia, South Korea and Malaysia are being readjusted to suit industry needs.

Abstract

This research aims to 1) To explain the message of da'wah delivered by Ustadz Abdul Somad with the title ‘For What We Live in the World’ on Youtube Taman Heaven.Net. 2) To explain the positive impact of the community on the da'wah message delivered by Ustadz Abdul Somad with the title ‘For What We Live in the World’ on Youtube Taman Langit.Net. The research This research uses the library research method with the following data collection techniques: observation techniques, communication techniques, measurement techniques, and techniques for reviewing documents and books related to the message of preaching the show ‘For What Are We Living in the World’ By Ustad Abdul Somad. From this research, the results obtained are: 1) The message of da'wah delivered by Ustad Abdul Shomad in the Taman Heaven.Net Youtube account with the title ‘For What We Live in the World’ contains messages of da'wah, aqidah, morality, and sharia. 2) The positive impact of the community on the da'wah message delivered by Ustadz Abdul Somad with the title ‘For What We Live in the World’ on Youtube Taman Langit.Net, there were 2562 viewers who watched the Youtube channel and gave positive comments.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the interest in Islamic Parenting activities as an effort to Build Children's Emotional and Spiritual Intelligence, and to analyze it within the Nurul Islam Islamic Boarding School institution, which can foster children's emotional and spiritual intelligence. The method used is a qualitative method. Data collection was conducted through interviews and observations. The data used are in the form of intensive observations, interviews, and observations so that a holistic picture is obtained of the form of Islamic Parenting and its implications on the emotional and spiritual intelligence of students of the Tahfidzul Qur'an Islamic Boarding School lil Athfal Nurul Islam Cerme Gresik. The results of this study show that Islamic Parenting activities can form the emotional and spiritual intelligence of children at the Tahfidzul Qur'an lil Athfal Nurul Islam Cerme Islamic Boarding School covering several aspects, including: (1) The categories of the basics of religion and worship in the form of, Asma'ul Husna Reading, Al-Ma'tsurat Reading, Reading of important letters in the Qur'an; (2) Category of children's manners and ethics Saying greetings when meeting teachers, praying when entering and leaving the assembly/Assembly and when ending all activities in the institution/Dismissal Program; (3) Categories of social moral education and love saying; (4) The category of mahmudah morals, namely the Tahfidz program and the Tahfidz Competition); (5) The category of Tarbiyyah and Ta'lim is in the form of religious lectures before the Dzuhur prayer and the Dhuhur prayer.

Abstract

. The qualitative research approach is research that is descriptive and tends to use analysis. The process and meaning are more highlighted in qualitative research, the theoretical foundation is used as a guide so that the focus of research is following research facts. The qualitative approach centers on the description of the subject's perspective, process, and conceptual details of the subject. When these two methods deal with the same research theme, the natural environment is a direct source of data, humans are the main tool/instrument of data collection, and data analysis is carried out inductively.  Results: Results in general in scientific activities take a qualitative approach emphasizing the quality aspect of the quantity studied. Citing information on the Ministry of Education's website, the qualitative approach is an emic perspective. The purpose from an emic point of view is a form of qualitative research approach that uses data in the form of narratives, story details, expressions, and construction results from informants. Data can be obtained from data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews and observations.

Abstract

This article aims to describe the planning, organization, and evaluation of the character education curriculum at the Al Furqon Islamic Boarding School, Kota Baru Driyorejo Gresik. This article has used a qualitative research method with a case study approach. The data collection techniques are interviews, documentation, and observation. Observations were made by participating in observations. While the informants of this study were the head of the pesantren, caregivers, and several Ustadz (boarding school administrators). Data analysis techniques follow this model of Huberman. The result of this article is that the planning carried out at the Al Furqon Islamic Boarding School is neatly arranged and agreed upon by the leadership and the Foundation. Implementation of the agreed curriculum is carried out with the commitment of all pesantren stakeholders. Evaluation is used as a control of the implementation of whether or not the target has been achieved.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di SDN Doko Kecamatan Ngsem Kabupaten Kediri dengan subyek penelitian siswa kelas 3 semester genap tahun pelajaran 2021/2022. Adapun metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan. Adapun penelitian ini terdapat 3 siklus yang masing-masing memuat planning (rencana), action (tindakan), observation (pengamatan), dan reflection (refleksi). Hasil tes pada siklus I diperoleh hasil bahwa sebanyak 29 siswa hanya terdapat 15 siswa atau 52 % yang mencapai ketuntasan belajar dengan nilai standar ketuntasan 75, sedangkan sisanya sebanyak 14 siswa atau 48 % masih belum mencapai batas tuntas. Sedangkan hasil pada siklus II menunjukkan bahwa dari 29 siswa, terdapat 21 siswa atau 72%, yang telah mencapai ketuntasan belajar. Sebanyak 8 siswa atau 38% belum mencapai ketuntasan belajar. Adapun hasil dari siklus III menunjukkan bahwa dari 29 siswa, terdapat 27 siswa atau 93%, yang telah mencapai ketuntasan belajar. Sebanyak 2 siswa atau 7% belum mencapai ketuntasan belajar. Dari hasil perkembangan dari siklus 1 hingga siklus 3 dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan menggunakan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Scramble dapat Meningkatkan Peningkatan Prestasi Belajar Siswa Pada Tema 1 Subtema 2 Pertumbuhan Dan Perkembangan Manusia Siswa Kelas III Semester Ganjil Di SDN Doko Kecamatan Ngasem Kabupaten Kediri Tahun Pelajaran 2021/2022.

Abstract

Hipertensi adalah salah satu penyakit tidak menular yang saat ini menjadi prioritas kesehatan secara global. menurut data nasional, Jawa Timur menjadi salah satu provinsi dengan tingkat hipertensi tertinggi kedua pada tahun 2020 dengan prevalensi 36,32%. Tingginya prevalensi hipertensi disebabkan oleh rendahnya kepatuhan pasien terhadap penggunaan obat antihipertensi. Mempertahankan target tekanan darah merupakan tujuan utama dari pengobatan hipertensi. penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kepatuhan penggunaan obat antihipertensi dengan tekanan darah pada pasien hipertensi di Puskesmas X Kabupaten Jember. Penenlitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan metode penelitian observasional dengan mengumpulkan data melalui pengisian kuisioner oleh responden memiliki tingkat kepatuhan tinggi yaitu 24 orang (52%0 dan tingkat kepatuhan rendah yaitu 22 orang (48%). Pada tekanan darah responden termasuk dalam ketagori pra=hipertensi (120-139 mmHg) sebanyak 14 orang (30%). Dari hasil penelitian di simpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara kepatuhan dengan tekanan darah pada penderita hipertensi di Puskesmas X Kabupaten Jember

Abstract

Learning discipline can also make children not underestimate a job, including in learning, be more responsible for themselves and dislike work that is delayed, especially in learning discipline. The role of a teacher to shape the character of learning discipline can all be seen through how a teacher arranges learning tools, and prepares all needs that can support the success of learning and the success of students. The role of teachers in classroom management can also be a strong factor in the formation of students' disciplinary character, because it can provide learning motivation to students This research is a qualitative research that uses observation, interview, and document methods as tools to obtain relevant and supporting data in this study. All efforts to collect data in this study have intensified the observation and interview methods. in several State Elementary Schools in Gresik district. Which found that teachers take steps by developing personality and fostering student ethics, so that with the steps that have been taken, the role of teachers as educators has been able to improve student discipline

Abstract

Independent Learning Independent Campus (MBKM) was launched by the Ministry of Education, Culture, and Research and Technology to support the readiness of students to face challenges in the world of work by applying active learning. Documentary institutions in universities, namely libraries, archives, and museums, should become strategic partners in supporting the MBKM program because the documentary institution has all the necessary conditions, facilities, and infrastructure to succeed MBKM program. This study aimed to determine the problem of program implementation faced by institutions in the private universities in East Java and what obstacles they encountered. This study used the qualitative method and in-depth interviews for data collection and a literature study. The researcher concludes that the biggest challenges facing institutions are lack of information,  regulation and the readiness of resources. Due to this, changes to regulations and educational curricula and the introduction of new documentation of pure science are priorities in improving professional education.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of boarding school-based character education at MTs Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Tebuireng Jombang. The moral and character degradation among students in Indonesia has reached an alarming level, necessitating systematic efforts to address it. Character education plays a crucial role in shaping a young generation that is not only academically intelligent but also morally upright. The purpose of this research is to analyze the implementation of character education based on the Islamic boarding school model at MTs Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Tebuireng and to identify the strategies and methods employed. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis followed the framework of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing as proposed by Miles and Huberman. The findings reveal that the implementation of boarding school-based character education at MTs Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Tebuireng Jombang is carried out through three main stages: planning, implementation, and evaluation. In the planning stage, the school refers to character education guidelines issued by the Ministry of Education and Culture and integrates character values into the curriculum. During the implementation stage, character education is delivered through direct instruction, exemplary behavior, and habituation. At the evaluation stage, the school uses assessment methods that actively involve student participation.
