The extension aims to increase the fishing community's understanding of effective marketing techniques, so that the catch can be better and profitably marketed. Thus, it is hoped that fishing communities can optimize their catch and increase economic well-being through appropriate marketing strategies. As such, this extension is expected to provide more in-depth knowledge on how to market catches efficiently, as well as build a strong marketing network between fishermen and consumers.In addition, this extension will also address the importance of utilizing information technology in marketing, such as the use of social media and e-commerce platforms, to reach a wider market. Furthermore, workshops will be organized to train fishermen on creating appealing online profiles and engaging content that highlights the quality and sustainability of their catches, fostering a direct connection with consumers

This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership style and work motivation on the performance of truck drivers at PT Manggala Kiat Ananda, East Java area. A quantitative approach with a survey method was employed. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to truck drivers as respondents and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that partially, leadership style has a positive and significant effect on truck drivers’ performance. Meanwhile, work motivation does not have a significant partial effect on performance. However, simultaneously, leadership style and work motivation significantly influence truck drivers’ performance. These findings suggest that drivers’ performance is more strongly influenced by structural and leadership factors than by individual motivational aspects alone. In a work environment characterized by standardized procedures and strict operational regulations, effective leadership plays a crucial role in enhancing discipline, responsibility, and work compliance. This study implies that transportation companies should strengthen operational leadership capacity and manage work motivation in an integrated manner to sustain performance improvement.

Local bulk carrier vessels require well-organized clearance in and clearance out procedures to ensure smooth port operations. At PT. Pelayaran Faputra Samudera Morowali Branch, delays in information and document submission, changes in vessel schedules, and disruptions to electronic service systems were still encountered. This study analyzes the procedures for handling clearance in and clearance out and identifies the obstacles in serving local bulk carrier vessels. A descriptive qualitative field approach was employed. Data were collected through observation, semi-structured interviews with three informants consisting of the Branch Manager and two Operational Staff, and documentation. Data were analyzed through data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing and verification. The findings show that the procedures have been implemented in accordance with the company Standard Operating Procedures through document verification, service submission using Inaportnet and SIMKARKES, verification, coordination with relevant agencies, and issuance of the Sailing Approval Letter. Obstacles included document delays, changes in vessel schedules, weather conditions, and system disruptions. The findings imply that timely information and effective coordination are essential to improve vessel clearance service effectiveness.

This study examines the effects of Coretax System Implementation (X1), Technology Adoption based on the Technology Acceptance Model (X2), and Adaptation Burden (X3) on Taxpayer Compliance and Efficiency (Y) in Surabaya following full implementation of the Core Tax Administration System (CTAS). A sequential explanatory mixed-methods approach was employed. Quantitative data were collected through structured questionnaires from 120 modern taxpayers, comprising corporate and professional individual taxpayers, while qualitative validation involved in-depth interviews with 10 key informants, including corporate CFOs, certified tax consultants, and tax officials. Multiple Linear Regression analysis using IBM SPSS included data quality tests, classical assumption tests, t-tests, F-test, and coefficient of determination analysis. The results demonstrate that X1, X2, and X3 simultaneously have a significant effect on taxpayer compliance and efficiency (F = 184.25; p < 0.001), explaining 82.2% of the variance (Adjusted R² = 0.822). Partially, Coretax System Implementation positively and significantly affects compliance and efficiency (β = 0.154; t = 4.052; p < 0.001), reflecting benefits from integrated processes such as Taxpayer Account Management and prepopulated data. Technology Adoption is the strongest predictor (β = 0.782; t = 17.378; p < 0.001), confirming that perceived usefulness and ease of use support voluntary compliance. Adaptation Burden has a positive but statistically insignificant effect (β = 0.042; t = 1.024; p = 0.308). Overall, the findings indicate that efficiency gains from Coretax substantially offset transitional technical frictions and internal ERP adjustment costs. These findings highlight the importance of user-centered implementation strategies, training, and continuous digital support for taxpayers.
