Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian smartphone merek OPPO. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian asosiatif yang menjelaskan hubungan dan pengaruh antara variabel kualitas produk, harga, dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa di Kota Kediri yang telah membeli dan menggunakan smartphone merek OPPO. Teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan Purposive Sampling. Dengan jumlah sampel 60 responden. Analisis data dengan metode SEM (Structural Equation Model). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data disimpulkan bahwa variabel kualitas produk berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, sedangkan variabel harga dan promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Penyandang disabilitas seharusnya sudah tidak boleh lagi dipandnag sebelah mata. Di dalam bidang kewirausahaan, penyandang disabilitas telah mampu menghasilkan karya yang juga mendapat pengakuan di masyarakat. Tentunya tidak mudah bagi penyandang disabilitas untuk berwirausaha, diperlukan semangat dan motivasi yang tinggi bagi mereka untuk dapat menjalankan sebuah kegiatan wirausaha. Tim Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat, dalam kegiatan ini ingin mendiskripsikan faktor-faktor yang dapat mendorong penyandang disabilitas untuk berwirausaha, dan juga menguraikan kendala-kendala yang mungkin dihadapi dalam berwirausaha. Pendekatan kualitatif digunakan dalam mendiskripsikan hal-hal di atas, data diperoleh dari wawancara dan observasi. Hasil dari kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini adalah berhasil memotivasi penyandang disabilitas agar percaya diri dan yakin akan kemampuan diri mereka.

Abstract

This research delves into the connection between transformational leadership, organizational commitment, and lecturer performance within the realm of higher education. Its primary objective is to comprehend how transformational leadership and organizational commitment influence lecturers and their overall effectiveness. The study encompassed 178 lecturers from Kadiri University. Data collection involved the administration of a well-structured questionnaire, and subsequent analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression techniques. The results underscore a robust and positive association between transformational leadership and lecturer performance. Furthermore, the role of organizational commitment in lecturer performance is noteworthy. These findings hold pragmatic significance for educational institutions, highlighting the imperative of cultivating transformational leadership and organizational commitment to augment faculty performance and cultivate dynamic learning environments.

Abstract

Non-formal education in Indonesia plays an important role in the development of human resources who are able to adapt to changing times. Project management in non-formal education is key to increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of the educational programs offered. However, there are challenges in the application of conventional project management methods due to the dynamics and specific needs of non-formal education that often change. This paper aims to analyze the methods and approaches in project management used in non-formal education in Indonesia, as well as identify strategies that can improve the effectiveness and efficiency of non-formal education programs. The method used is a literature review, where data is collected from Scopus standard journals, related books, and policy documents. The analysis is carried out through the organization, categorization, and interpretation of relevant information to evaluate the effectiveness of existing project management methods. The findings show that the Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM) method is more adaptive and flexible compared to the Critical Path Method (CPM) and Waterfall methods, which tend to be rigid and linear. CCPM allows for more efficient resource management and realistic scheduling, in line with the dynamic needs of non-formal education. This study implies that non-formal educational institutions in Indonesia need to adopt more flexible and adaptive project management methods. The novelty of this study lies in the comparative analysis between conventional and adaptive project management methods, as well as strategic recommendations for the implementation of CCPM in the context of non-formal education. The contribution of this research is to provide new insights into the application of project management in non-formal education and to offer a framework that educational project managers can use to improve the effectiveness of their programs. This study also provides recommendations for the development of project management training that is in accordance with the needs of non-formal education in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study seeks to examine the concurrent impact of work discipline and work commitment on employee performance at PT. Umbrella Pusaka Mandiri Kediri. The research approach used is quantitative, as it involves numerical data that is examined using statistical procedures based on concrete, objective, quantifiable, rational, and systematic scientific concepts. The population under investigation consists of all employees of PT. Umbrella Pusaka Mandiri Kediri, amounting to a total of 340 individuals. A sample of 77 respondents was chosen using the Slovin technique. Data gathering methods encompass the practices of observation, recordkeeping, and questionnaires. The data analysis techniques utilized included descriptive percentage analysis, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, simultaneous significance test (F-test), partial significance test (t-test), and the coefficient of determination (R²). The findings of this investigation can be succinctly described as follows: (1) The level of work discipline has a limited impact on the performance of employees at PT. Umbrella Pusaka Mandiri Kediri. (2) The level of dedication to work has a limited impact on the performance of employees at PT. Umbrella Pusaka Mandiri Kediri. The study found that work discipline and work dedication had a combined impact of 65% on employee performance at PT. Umbrella Pusaka Mandiri Kediri. The remaining 35% of employee performance is influenced by other factors that were not addressed in this study.

Abstract

— This study aims to determine the impact of the presence of Pertashop retail outlets on the sales of gasoline at local convenience stores in Trenggalek District, as well as the factors and strategies implemented in response to these changes. This research is a descriptive qualitative study. Field data indicate that the presence of Pertashop has a negative impact (viewed as competition) on convenience stores as micro-enterprises (UMKM) located within 1 kilometer of Pertashop. On the other hand, convenience stores located more than 1 kilometer away view Pertashop positively, as it becomes a source for purchasing Pertamax gasoline in bulk. However, overall sales changes are mainly influenced by the general increase in gasoline prices (leading Pertamax users to switch to cheaper gasoline) and the occurrence of major events in the surrounding area. To cope with these changes, the most common strategy is to display gasoline racks at the front (roadside) to make them easily visible from the road. Most stores have already put up signs indicating they sell gasoline, but offering various sizes and providing lighting is still not widely adopted by these business owners.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the leadership management of the caretakers at the Salman Al-Farisi Islamic Boarding School in Gayam Village, Kediri Regency, in enhancing the quality of human resources and the competitiveness of the boarding school. The purposive sampling technique was used for sample selection, and a total of 5 individuals were chosen as samples. The analysis techniques used include reduction analysis, display analysis, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study are: 1) The leadership management of the boarding school caretakers in improving human resources and competitiveness involves participating in various activities, which significantly enhance human resources. 2) The supporting factors for improving the quality of human resources and the competitiveness of the Salman Al-Farisi Islamic Boarding School include implementing the vision and mission of the school, which serves as a supportive factor in enhancing human resources and competitiveness. The leadership at the school is not authoritarian, and the school leader provides opportunities for staff and teachers to engage in learning activities outside the school. Additionally, human resources that align with their fields can improve quality and compete with other Islamic boarding schools. The inhibiting factor comes from the lack of budget to support all programs, necessitating collaboration with donors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of service quality, facilities, price, and location on consumer satisfaction at Indo Futsal Kediri. The type of research used is quantitative, a method that describes in detail the object of study. The population in this study consists of 960 visitors to Indo Futsal Kediri in June 2022, with a sample of 100 respondents. The sampling technique used is convenience/accidental sampling. Data collection methods include questionnaires, observation, documentation, and literature study. The data analysis methods used are validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, partial significance tests (t-test), simultaneous significance tests (f-test), and the coefficient of determination. The results of this study conclude that: (1) Service quality (X1), facilities (X2), price (X3), and location (X4) together (simultaneously) have a relationship with the dependent variable, which is consumer satisfaction (Y). (2) Service quality, when examined individually, does not have a significant relationship with the consumer satisfaction variable. This can be proven by the t-test result of -0.552, which is smaller than the t-table value of 0.677, with a significance level of 0.582, which is greater than 0.050.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis pengaruh Technology Readiness dan Relationship Performance terhadap Social Sustainability Performance melalui Efektivitas Program Pelatihan Pegawai pada teknologi perbankan di Jawa Timur. Metode deskriptif kuantitatif digunakan untuk mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data dari 150 karyawan Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) dan Bank Jatim di Jawa Timur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Efektifitas Program Pelatihan Pegawai, Relationship Performance, dan Technology Readiness secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap Social Sustainability Performance pada industri perbankan di Jawa Timur. Internet Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) digunakan untuk menganalisis data dan menentukan kontribusi model serta hipotesis intervening model. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa meningkatkan efektivitas program pelatihan pegawai, meningkatkan kinerja hubungan dengan stakeholder, dan meningkatkan kesiapan teknologi adalah strategi yang tepat untuk meningkatkan kinerja keberlanjutan sosial perusahaan di industri perbankan di Jawa Timur. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan perbankan harus memperhatikan dan mengimplementasikan strategi yang tepat untuk mencapai performa keberlanjutan sosial yang lebih baik di masa depan.
