Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of self-confidence possessed by young women in orphanages because every teenager must have self-confidence in developing their personality so that they can become teenagers who know their life goals. This research aims to determine the religious guidance methods applied by foster parents. The research method used is qualitative research. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis used is data reduction, data presentation and concluding. The research results reveal that teenagers given religious guidance through lectures in the form of advice and motivation can become more confident in their abilities and belief in themselves. Teenagers in orphanages are more confident, open to their environment, able to accept themselves, take responsibility for their lives and develop their abilities. Apart from that, the implementation of guidance that has been carried out at the orphanage helps teenagers find courage for themselves and helps raise awareness to develop their abilities and potential optimally. For this reason, teenagers have provisions that can help them in the future. The novelty of this research focuses on research objects centred on teenagers, who need self-confidence so they can have good social relationships in their surrounding environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya rasa kepercayaan diri yang dimiliki oleh remaja putri di panti asuhan Muhammadiyah, karena rasa percaya diri harus dimiliki oleh setiap remaja dalam perkembangan kepribadiannya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana metode bimbingan agama yang diterapkan oleh orang tua asuh dan faktor penghambat yang terjadi saat diterapkannya metode bimbingan agama. Metode penelitian yang digunakan merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Dalam teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di panti asuhan Muhammadiyah Asahan dengan informan penelitian adalah orang tua asuh dan 5 remaja panti asuhan yang berusia 15-18 tahun. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa remaja yang diberikan metode bimbingan agama melalui metode ceramah berupa nasihat dan motivasi dapat menjadi lebih percaya diri dengan kemampuan dan keyakinan pada dirinya. Kesimpulan penelitian ini metode bimbingan agama membantu para remaja dalam membangun percaya diri, sehingga mengetahui potensi yang dimiliki dan mampu dalam mengatasi permasalahan yang dialaminya. Abstract

Application of Transactional Analysis Counseling In Responding to Offline Learning After the Covid 19 Pandemic. This study aims to explore and find out and apply transactional analysis counseling in responding to offline learning after the Covid 19 Pandemic. This research is a qualitative research to find out how to apply offline learning to Islamic Counseling Guidance students at UIN North Sumatra. The steps of this research include the stages of observation, interviews and also documentation. From the results of the study, there are several obstacles in the implementation of transactional analysis counseling but can be resolved properly. With transactional analysis counseling students can be more active and creative in expressing opinions in undergoing offline learning after the Covid 19 pandemic. Through transactional analysis counseling students and lecturers can interact directly and some students are even more comfortable and understand the offline learning process with face-to-face interaction. With transactional analysis counseling in offline learning, students' academic value will not only increase but interpersonal relationships will expand because the intimacy that is forged is getting better. Keywords: Transactional Analysis Counseling, Offline Learning, Post Pandemic.
