Abstract

In this evolving digitalization era, people are required to continue learning and be able to adapt to new environmental conditions, including business actors. The current digital era does not only touch education and communication, but also has a significant influence on product introduction and sales with fast and pragmatic approaches. MSME business actors in villages, for example, women's groups play an important role in the growth process of all sectors, one of which is the economic sector. To ensure the sustainability of MSMEs' potential to engage in the digitalization era, it is essential to offer support that enables women's groups to enhance their skills and self-reliance. The material presented to the target group covered the introduction of various marketplace platforms, product branding, and the use of one of the online marketplace Shopee. The activity was maximized by continuous assistance for women's groups to further explore the use of the marketplace Shopee.

Abstract

Masa remaja merupakan suatu masa peralihan dari masa anak-anak menuju masa dewasa yang berjalan antar umur 12-21 tahun dan ditandai dengan adanya perubahan aspek fisik, psikis dan psikosoial. Tidak dapat disangkal bahwa masa remaja awal merupakan suatu masa dimana fluktuasi emosi (naik dan turun) berlangsung lebih sering. Regulasi emosi sendiri lebih pada pencapaian keseimbangan emosional yang dilakukan oleh seseorang baik melalui sikap atau perilakunya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara regulasi emosi dengan nyeri haid (dismenore) pada remaja. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan jumlah sampel 134 responden. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, dan uji analisis data menggunakan uji chi square. Hasil uji statistik chi square menunjukkan terdapat hubungan antara regulasi emosi dengan intensitas nyeri dismenore primer di SMA Negeri 7 Tangerang dengan nilai p value = 0,045 (p value < a 0,05). Diharapkan pihak sekolah lebih meningkatkan bimbingan konseling terutama mengenai emosi pada siswi yang sedang mengalami nyeri haid dan bimbingan kesehatan jasmani di bidang olahraga untuk melakukan peregangan dalam mengatasi masalah nyeri haid yang diketahui tingginya angka kejadian nyeri haid di tempat tersebut.

Abstract

MTs Al-Musaddadiyah Garut faced human resource management challenges characterized by incidental practices, unsystematic teacher evaluations, and declining student learning outcomes and motivation during the 2022-2023 period. This study aims to analyze the influence of Human Resource Management (HRM) on Teacher Performance and its impact on Student Learning Outcomes. A quantitative method with a survey approach was employed, using a saturated sample of 30 teachers. Data were analyzed using the SEM-PLS model via SmartPLS4 software. The results indicate that HRM has a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance and a direct impact on Student Learning Outcomes. Furthermore, Teacher Performance significantly influences student achievement. These findings validate that optimal HR management is the primary key to enhancing teacher professionalism and the overall quality of madrasah graduates.
