Abstract

The presence of Wahhabi ideology within the cultural Islamic society has led to a stark dichotomy, primarily due to the Wahhabi community's puritanical stance that opposes certain religious traditions observed by the broader Islamic community. Specifically, the Wahhabi group rejects customary celebrations on holy days, citing a lack of explicit guidance in the Qur'an and al-Hadith regarding these practices. This study aims to delve into the perceptions of individuals outside the Wahhabi group within Suralaga Village, exploring their responses to Wahhabi lectures and activities. Additionally, it seeks to understand the role played by these individuals in maintaining socio-religious harmony, encompassing the involvement of governmental and religious authorities in the village. The research objectives are multifaceted, aiming not only to comprehend external responses to Wahhabi teachings but also to identify behavioral patterns exhibited by the cultural Islamic community in response to the assertiveness of the Wahhabi movement. Furthermore, the study seeks to uncover the strategies employed by the cultural Islamic community to foster moderate attitudes internally and within the Wahhabi group. The findings of this research illuminate the diverse attitudes embraced by the cultural Islamic community, such as Separation, Acceptance, Abandonment, and the prioritization of social over strict religious affiliations in response to Wahhabi da'wah. Moreover, the approach taken by the cultural Islamic community involves fostering socio-cultural solidarity and socio-political relations with the Wahhabi congregation, showcasing efforts to navigate differences and promote social cohesion while embracing moderation within the community.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to introduce and introduce the web-based Practical Work Lecture (KKP) management information system at the State Islamic University (UIN) Mataram through the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) method. The activity, which was carried out on September 5, 2024, involved UIN Mataram lecturers who were directly involved in KKP management. In this activity, participants were given an explanation of the benefits and purposes of using a web-based information system, and were involved in a direct simulation to operate the system. The evaluation results showed a positive response from participants to the development of the system, with most feeling satisfied and ready to implement this system in KKP management. Through this activity, it is hoped that the KKP management information system can simplify and accelerate the KKP administration process at UIN Mataram, as well as support digital transformation in the academic environment.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital menuntut calon guru SD/MI memiliki literasi digital yang memadai agar mampu merancang dan mengimplementasikan pembelajaran yang inovatif dan interaktif. Namun, kenyataan di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar calon guru masih mengalami keterbatasan dalam menguasai media digital yang sesuai dengan karakteristik peserta didik sekolah dasar. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik dan literasi digital calon guru SD/MI melalui workshop pengembangan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis Quizizz, khususnya pemanfaatan fitur lesson. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada 2 September 2025 di Kampus UIN Mataram dengan melibatkan calon guru PGMI FTK sebagai subjek. Metode yang digunakan adalah Participatory Action Research (PAR) dengan tahapan persiapan, pelaksanaan workshop, pendampingan, serta evaluasi melalui observasi dan angket respon peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman, keterampilan, dan motivasi calon guru dalam mengintegrasikan media interaktif ke dalam praktik pembelajaran. Respon peserta juga menggambarkan tingkat kepuasan yang tinggi terhadap materi, metode penyampaian, serta relevansi kegiatan dengan kebutuhan mereka. Temuan ini menegaskan urgensi pelaksanaan pelatihan berkelanjutan untuk mempersiapkan calon guru menghadapi tantangan pendidikan abad ke-21 serta memperkuat kompetensi digital sebagai bekal profesionalitas mereka di masa depan.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pendidikan kontemporer seringkali memprioritaskan pencapaian kognitif dan kompetensi teknis sambil mengesampingkan dimensi afektif, etis, dan spiritual dalam pembelajaran. Ketidakseimbangan ini telah berkontribusi pada terciptanya ruang kelas yang jauh secara emosional dan melemahnya hubungan guru-murid. Artikel ini mengkonseptualisasikan gagasan menjadi guru yang dicintai melalui kerangka pedagogis pengajaran dengan cinta dan kasih sayang dengan mengintegrasikan psikologi pendidikan, filsafat pendidikan, dan pedagogi Al-Qur'an. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan konseptual kualitatif, studi ini menganalisis pemikiran filosofis klasik, teori pembelajaran kontemporer, dan tradisi pendidikan Islam, termasuk tafsir Al-Qur'an klasik. Analisis menunjukkan bahwa cinta (maḥabbah), perhatian (ri‘āyah), dan pengajaran berbasis hati (ta‘līm bi al-qalb) bukanlah sekadar disposisi emosional tetapi merupakan keharusan pedagogis dan etis yang mendasar. Guru yang mewujudkan nilai-nilai ini menumbuhkan keamanan emosional, motivasi intrinsik, perkembangan moral, dan perkembangan manusia secara holistik yang mencakup dimensi intelektual, emosional, dan spiritual. Kata kunci: guru tercinta; mengajar dengan penuh kasih sayang; pedagogi Al-Qur'an; pendidikan Islam; pembelajaran humanistik Abstract: Contemporary education frequently prioritizes cognitive achievement and technical competence while marginalizing affective, ethical, and spiritual dimensions of learning. This imbalance has contributed to emotionally distant classrooms and weakened teacher–student relationships. This article conceptualizes the notion of becoming a beloved teacher through the pedagogical framework of teaching with love and affection by integrating educational psychology, philosophy of education, and Qur’anic pedagogy. Employing a qualitative conceptual approach, this study analyzes classical philosophical thought, contemporary learning theories, and Islamic educational traditions, including classical Qur’anic exegesis. The analysis demonstrates that love (maḥabbah), care (ri‘āyah), and heart-based teaching (ta‘līm bi al-qalb) are not merely emotional dispositions but constitute fundamental pedagogical and ethical imperatives. Teachers who embody these values foster emotional security, intrinsic motivation, moral development, and holistic human flourishing encompassing intellectual, emotional, and spiritual dimensions.
