Abstract

Presidential Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia No. 68 of 2022 concerning the revitalization of vocational education and training explains the importance of providing effective training so as to produce graduates who are competent and needed by the job market and able to become entrepreneurs. BLK Komunitas Ansharullah is one of the training institutions that organizes information technology vocational job training programs in Kampa District. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the work program of BLK Komunitas Ponpes Ansharullah and the obstacles faced in the work program of BLK Komunitas Ponpes Ansharullah. The theory used by the research is the CIPP evaluation model developed by Daniel Loyer Stufflebeam 1985 there are 4 evaluations, namely context, input, process and Product. The novelty of this research adds evaluation aspects, namely Outcome and Benefit. This study used qualitative descriptive research methods, data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used is data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results showed that the evaluation of the BLK work program of the Ponpes Ansharullah Community in Kampa District can be continued but still needs improvement related to the preparation of work program mechanisms, funding sources, organizer performance and development efforts to increase the impact of training to produce competent and professional quality and quantity. The obstacles faced are the ineffective performance of the organizers, the source of funding for training programs is not clear and there is no innovation and work program development strategies related to training activities.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the Implementation of Raw Material Control in the Framework of Achieving Production Targets at PT. Budi Starch N Sweetener. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative, which is a study intended to collect data and information about a problem and facts about the object and at the research location according to what it is at the time the research takes place. This research was conducted in Likuloe Hamlet, Bontoramba Village, Palangga District, Gowa Regency by selecting 2 (two) sources who were considered representative representing their group consisting of 1 (one) tapioca flour business owner and 1 (one) Head of Production Section. The data collection technique used in this study used in-depth interview techniques, observation, and documentation techniques. The results of the study showed that the tapioca flour business in Likuloe Hamlet, Bontoramba Village, Palangga District, Gowa Regency had carried out good raw material control to achieve production targets.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the influence of dividend policy, debt policy, investment decisions, and profitability on firm value in the food and beverage sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Quantitative research was used. The population in this study consisted of 87 companies, with a sample of 17 food and beverage companies. The sampling technique employed was purposive sampling. SPSS was used for testing. Data analysis utilized multiple linear regression tests, coefficient of determination tests, simultaneous tests, and hypothesis tests. The results of this study indicate that dividend policy, measured by the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR), has no significant effect; debt policy, measured by the Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), has no significant effect; investment decisions, measured by the Price Earnings Ratio (PER), have no significant effect; and profitability, measured by the Net Profit Margin (NPM), has a significant effect on firm value, measured by the Price to Book Value (PBV), in food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2022-2024 period. Dividend policy, measured by Dividend Yield, has no significant effect; debt policy, measured by the Total Interest Expense Ratio (TIER), has a significant effect; investment decisions, measured by the Return on Investment (ROI), have a significant effect; and profitability, measured by the Return on Assets (ROA), has a significant effect on firm value, measured by Tobin’s Q, in food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2022-2024 period. Dividend policy, measured by Dividend Per Share (DPS), has no significant effect; debt policy, measured by the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), has no significant effect; investment decisions, measured by the Accounting Rate of Return (ARR), have a significant effect; and profitability, measured by the Return on Equity (ROE), has a significant effect on firm value, measured by Earnings Per Share (EPS), in food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2022-2024 period. This research contributes academically by strengthening the literature related to Dividend Policy, Debt Policy, Investment Decisions, Profitability, and Firm Value. At the same time, it provides practical implications for investors and companies in enhancing firm value.
