Abstract

Dodol merupakan makanan tardisional yang cukup popular di berbagai kalangan masyarakat Indonesia yang dikenal dengan olahan pangan yang dibuat dari campuran tepung beras ketan putih, gula, santan kelapa, yang dididihkan hingga menjadi kental dan tidak lengket dengan tekstur padat dan kenyal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dodol labu kuning terbaik berdasarkan sifat kimia dengan penambahan isolate soy protein. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) yang disusun secara Non Faktorial dengan lima perlakuan yaitu T0 (dodol labu kuning tanpa penambahan isolate soy protein), T1 (penambahan isolate soy protein 2%), T2 (penambahan isolate soy protein 4%), T3 (penambahan isolate soy protein 6%), dan T4 (penambahan isolate soy protein 8%). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan isolate soy protein berpengaruh nyata terhadap kadar air dan kadar protein. Nilai kadar air tertinggi terdapat pada perlakuan T0 dengan rata-rata 24,98%. Nilai kadar protein tertinggi terdapat pada perlakuan T4 dengan rata-rata 30,15%.

Abstract

Verbal instruction is exceptionally vital among students. Interaction between teachers and students is still one-way, and there is no dynamic interaction between teachers and students or between students. This inquiry is about points to find the verbal interaction between teachers and students in lesson VIII SMP Negeri 3 Tolitoli. This inquiry utilized a clear subjective strategy; analysts utilized purposive sampling and utilized one instructor and 27 students in lesson 8B of SMP Negeri 3 Tolitoli. Information was collected from perceptions employing a video recorder and interviews among three gatherings with teachers and students to determine the verbal interaction between the two. This investigation shows that educator and student intelligence impact each other, and there is also an impact between educator and student verbal intuition during the learning preparation. Four sorts of verbal intelligence are utilized within the classroom to induce student reactions or vice versa: Intrapersonal, Little gather interaction, and Open interaction.

Abstract

Ikan merupakan salah satu bahan baku yang kaya akan protein, asam amino dan asam lemak. Kandungan gizi tersebut sangat diperlukan terutama pada pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak usia dini. Kurangnya konsumsi makanan bergizi akan menyebabkan beberapa masalah salah satunya stunting. Desa Pulau Rambai, Kampar memiliki potensi di bidang perikanan, namun belum optimal dalam pemanfaatannya akibat kurangnya pengetahuan diversifikasi produk olahan perikanan. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan kegiatan sosialisasi gerakan makan ikan (GEMARIKAN) dan pengolahan diversifikasi produk ikan patin menjadi bakso. Metode pengabdian dilakukan secara langsung kepada murid dan orang tua murid TK Mawar Indah, Desa Pulau Rambai, Kampar. Program ini mencakup tahapan persiapan, pemaparan materi dan demonstrasi pelatihan pembuatan bakso ikan patin. Hasilnya adalah adanya produk bakso ikan patin yang dapat digunakan sebagai sumber gizi pencegah stunting untuk anak usia dini.

Abstract

One of the traditional foods that is popular among several Indonesian communities is dodol. Processed food is made from a mixture of white glutinous rice flour, sugar, and coconut milk, which is boiled until it becomes thick and non-sticky with a dense and chewy texture.The aim of this research was to determine the best yellow pumpkin dodol based on sensory properties with the addition of soy protein isolate.The method used was a Randomized Block Design (RAK) method arranged in a non-factorial manner with five treatments, namely T0 (pumpkin dodol without the addition of soy protein isolate), T1 (addition of 2% soy protein isolate), T2 (addition of 4% soy protein isolate), T3 (addition of 6% soy protein isolate), and T4 (addition of 8% soy protein isolate). The research results showed that the addition of soy protein isolate had a significant effect on color,taste, and texturebut had no significant effect on aroma. The most preferred treatment was T0 (pumpkin dodol without the addition of soy protein isolate) with an average characteristic value of color (3.60) and aroma (3.48), the most preferred treatment was T1 (yellow pumpkin dodol with the addition of 2% soy protein isolate)with an average value of taste characteristics (4.16); and the most preferred treatment was T4 (pumpkin dodol with the addition of 8% soy protein isolate) with an average value of texture characteristics (4.24

Abstract

This study aims to describe the Implementation of Raw Material Control in the Framework of Achieving Production Targets at PT. Budi Starch N Sweetener. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative, which is a study intended to collect data and information about a problem and facts about the object and at the research location according to what it is at the time the research takes place. This research was conducted in Likuloe Hamlet, Bontoramba Village, Palangga District, Gowa Regency by selecting 2 (two) sources who were considered representative representing their group consisting of 1 (one) tapioca flour business owner and 1 (one) Head of Production Section. The data collection technique used in this study used in-depth interview techniques, observation, and documentation techniques. The results of the study showed that the tapioca flour business in Likuloe Hamlet, Bontoramba Village, Palangga District, Gowa Regency had carried out good raw material control to achieve production targets.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the development of community networks at the Indonesian Women's Empowerment Forum (FPPI) in the Economic, Community, Cooperative and Entrepreneurship Program in South Bengkulu. The research method used was a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques use interview, observation and documentation techniques. It was concluded that to increase empowerment in the FPPI program, the first thing to do was to provide education and training, which provides access to women to obtain education and skills training that is relevant to labor market needs and facilitates women's access to capital; business, loans and other financial services to support business initiatives as well as building support and mentoring networks that enable women to share experiences, skills and support in developing careers or businesses.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Stres merupakan permasalahan psikologis yang umum dialami oleh lansia akibat perubahan fisik, psikologis, dan sosial. Pengelolaan stres yang tidak optimal dapat berdampak negatif terhadap kualitas hidup lansia. Tujuan: Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan lansia dalam mengelola stres melalui pendekatan edukatif. Metode: Metode yang digunakan adalah Focus Group Discussion (FGD) yang dilaksanakan di Panti Sosial Tresna Werdha, Kota Bengkulu. Sepuluh lansia berpartisipasi aktif sebagai peserta. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pretest dan posttest. Hasil: Terjadi peningkatan skor rata-rata dari 5,3 (pretest) menjadi 8,1 (posttest), menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman sebesar 53%. Lansia menunjukkan partisipasi aktif, mampu mengenali pemicu stres, dan memahami strategi pengelolaannya. Kesimpulan: Metode FGD terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran dan keterampilan lansia dalam mengelola stres, serta berpotensi diterapkan secara berkelanjutan dalam program pemberdayaan lansia.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of reading comprehension skills in Indonesian Language subjects at UPT SD Negeri 10 Pulau Punjung. Efforts to overcome this problem are by implementing the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) learning model. This study aims to determine the Effect of the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) Learning Model on Reading Comprehension Skills in Indonesian Language Subjects at UPT SD Negeri 10 Pulau Punjung. This type of research uses a quantitative model, with a Two Group Pretest-Posttest Design approach. The population in this study were all students in grades IVa & IVb at UPT SD Negeri 10 Pulau Punjung. The sample of this study was 19 students in grade IVa and 19 students in grade IVb. The data collection technique in this study was a test in the form of essay and objective questions. The data analysis technique used was the normality test, homogeneity and hypothesis testing, namely the t-test. Based on the hypothesis test, the results obtained were 0.015 < 0.05, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the application of the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) learning model on the Ability to Read Comprehension in Indonesian Language Subjects at UPT SD Negeri 10 Pulau Punjung. So it can be concluded that based on this research, the application of the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) learning model has a good influence on students' Reading Comprehension Ability in Indonesian Language Subjects at UPT SD Negeri 10 Pulau Punjung.
