Abstract

This research was conducted at the Barombong Shipping Polytechnic. The address is Jalan Permandian Alam No.1, Barombong, Tamalate District, Makassar City, South Sulawesi 90225. The research time is planned to be approximately 2 months. The population in this study were civil servants at the Barombong Shipping Polytechnic with a total of 105 civil servants. So the sample size required in this research is 51 respondents. From the output results carried out in the first hypothesis, it can be concluded that giving incentives does not have a significant effect on employee performance. This means that providing incentives is not a measuring tool that can improve employee performance. 2. From the results of the regression test carried out on the second hypothesis, it can be concluded that work experience has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better an employee's work experience will influence the employee's performance and will provide positive things to the agency. 3. From the results of the regression test carried out on the third hypothesis, it can be concluded that providing incentives and work experience simultaneously influence employee performance. This means that the provision of incentives and the work experience that employees have will influence employee performance and the better their performance will be and will improve employee performance

Abstract

Dalam rangka meningkatkan kinerja dari pegawainya di Kecamatan Bontoa perlu memberi perhatian pada kepentingan pegawai yang memiliki berbagai macam kebutuhan. Keinginan untuk memenuhi berbagai kebutuhan inilah yang dipandang sebagai pendorong atau penggerak bagi seseorang untuk melakukan sesuatu, termasuk melakukan pekerjaan atau bekerja. Seorang pegawai yang profesional tidak dapat melepaskan diri dari kenyataan bahwa mereka adalah individu yang juga mempunyai kebutuhan, keinginan, dan harapan dari tempatnya bekerja. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regeresi sederhana Dari hasil penelitian ini, diperoleh model persamaan regresi yang menyatakan perubahan pengaruh variabel x terhadap y adalah Y = 1,61 + 0,70x dari nilai regresi tersebut dapat dijabarkan bahwa, peningkatan pada variabel y sebesar nilai konstanta. terlihat jelas bahwa dari seluruh hasil perhitungan dengan menggunakan rumus regresi semuanya menunjukkan hasil yang positif. Hal itu memberikan indikasi bahwa kinerja pegawai benar-benar efektif secara signifikan dan positif terhadap pelayanan e-ktp pada kantor kecamatan bontoa, kabupaten maros. Hasil perhitungan uji koefisien korelasi (r) diperoleh nilai r sebesar 0,36, menjelaskan bahwa, jika internval koefisien korelasi berada pada 0,20 - 0,39 hal itu memberikan indikasi bahwa antara variabel efektivitas kinerja pegawai x dengan pelayanan y terdapat hubungan yang lemah dan positif. Sedangkan hasil perhitungan thitung menunjukkan bahwa antara variabel x dengan variabel y cukup efektif dan hipotesis yang menyatakan bahwa kinerja pegawai efektif secara signifikan terhadap pelayanan e-ktp dinyatakan ditolak karena thitung 1,929 < lebih kecil dari pada ttabel 2,056.

Abstract

Thisistudyiaimsitoidetermineiwhetheritheiinfluence of work planning and competence affects the performance of the employees of the Department of Culture and Tourism of South Sulawesi Province. Data collection uses primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires using the Slovin formula which totals 58 respondents (customers). The results ofotheoquestionnaireihaveibeenitestediforivalidityiandireliabilityi, as well as tested classical assumptionsiin the form of normalityoassumptions, multicollinearity assumptions, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation. Methods of data analysis using multiple regression techniques.Based on the results of the analysis, it turns out that the research results show that the first hypothesis is accepted because it shows the results of the hypothesis testing have a significant positive effect. Means that the work planning makes a real contribution to the performance of the employees of the Culture and Tourism Office of South Sulawesi Province. The second hypothesis is accepted because it shows a significant positive hypothesis test results. It means that competence makes a real contribution to the performance of the employees of the Culture and Tourism Office of South Sulawesi Province. The third hypothesis is accepted because Work Planning and Competence have a simultaneous (together) effect on the Culture and Tourism Office of South Sulawesi Province.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of investment decisions and dividend policies on the value of LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. In this study the method used is a quantitative method. The population in this study amounted to 45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research sample selected was 36 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2021. The results of this study indicate that the results of this study indicate that the dividend policy proxied by the Divident Payout Ratio (DPR) has no effect on firm value.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan job insecurity terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan Grapari Pettarani Makassar. Pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer dengan Teknik Kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Grapari Pettarani Makassar yang berjumlah 70 orang. Dengan teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh, maka diketahui jumlah sampel yang diteliti sebanyak 70 orang. Hasil kuesioner tersebut telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya, juga diuji asumsi klasik berupa Asumsi Normalitas, Multikolineritas, Heterokedastisitas, dan Autokorelasi. Metode analisis data menggunakan teknik regresi berganda.Berdasarkan hasil analisis ternyata hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis pertama ditolak karena menunjukkan hasil hipotesis terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan. Berarti kepuasan kerja memberikan kontribusi yang nyata terhadap turnover intention. Hipotesis kedua diterima karena menunjukkan hasil hipotesis terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan. Berarti job insecurity memberikan konribusi yang nyata terhadap turnover intention. Hipotesis ketiga diterima karena kepuasan kerja merupakan variabel dominan, berarti kepuasan kerja lebih besar kontribusimya daripada job insecurity terhadap turnover intention.
