Abstract

Posyandu Bougenville 1 is a self-help activity that aims to maintain and maintain public health, especially for pregnant women and toddlers. Until now, data recording at Posyandu Bougenville 1 is still manual so that data can be written incomplete, incorrectly inputted, or difficult to read, potentially causing inaccuracies in reporting and taking longer to recapitulate and report, which can hamper decision making. The purpose of this activity is to increase cadres' awareness of the importance of NCD surveillance, measure NCD risk factors in vulnerable groups, and increase community knowledge about NCD prevention efforts, as well as introduce the E-PPGBM application in general. This study was conducted using a descriptive qualitative approach using interviews with two posyandu cadres and participatory observation of Posyandu Bougenvile 1 cadres. The education provided to cadres was proven to increase their understanding of the importance of accurate and systematic data recording, and encourage them to be more active in monitoring community health.

Abstract

Training Posyandu cadres is one of the strategic steps in increasing the capacity of human resources at the community level to support public health programmes. Clean and Healthy Living Behaviour (PHBS) is one of the efforts that can be done in increasing awareness of clean living and maintaining the health of the community. Hand sanitizer is only used as an alternative when there is no water or soap when travelling or doing activities outside the home. This article aims to improve the understanding of adolescents and posyandu cadres about phbs and hand sanitizer as a substitute for hand washing for disease prevention. The results of the activity showed that counselling on sanitation and environmental hygiene and the provision of hand sanitisers had a positive impact on increasing public awareness, especially posyandu cadres and adolescents in preventing the spread of diseases.

Abstract

Perkembangan Teknologi Informasi (TI) yang pesat menuntut layanan TI yang optimal dari berbagai organisasi, termasuk perusahaan swasta seperti CV. Purwotama Satria. Penelitian ini mengkaji penerapan kerangka kerja ITIL V3 pada domain Service Operation untuk menganalisis manajemen layanan TI di perusahaan tersebut. CV. Purwotama Satria menghadapi beberapa tantangan dalam pengelolaan TI, seperti lambatnya respon terhadap insiden, kurangnya standarisasi dalam permintaan layanan, serta penanganan masalah teknis yang tidak memadai. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data berupawawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan belum memiliki sistem pemantauan real-time, dokumentasi insiden yang terstruktur, serta pelatihan staf TI terkait ITIL V3. Rekomendasi mencakup penerapan alat pemantauan real-time, standarisasi proses, pelatihan ITIL untuk staf, adopsi metode analisis akar masalah, dan peningkatan sistem manajemen akses. Langkah-langkah ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi layanan TI dan mendukung kinerja operasional perusahaan.
