Abstract

Saat ini persaingan bisnis di Indonesia semakin ketat, termasuk persaingan bisnis dalam bidang pembuatan rambut palsu (wig). PT Mono Jaya merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang produksi rambut palsu yang berada di Kroya kabupaten Cilacap Jawa Tengah. Untuk meningkatkan daya saing terhadap para pesaingnya, perusahaan harus mampu membuat inovasi baru serta menggunakan sistem informasi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan sebagai pendukung untuk meningkatkan kinerja , meningkatkan daya saing terhadap para pesaingnya, serta mewujudkan tujuan perusahaan. Namun untuk mendapatkan sistem informasi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan, maka dibutuhkan suatu perencanaan strategis sistem informasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Ward And Peppard, alat bantu yang digunakan adalah analisis SWOT, analisis Value Chain, analisis McFarlan Strategic Grid, analisis Five Force Model Porter, analisis Critical Success Factor (CSF), dan analisis Balaced ScoreCard (BSC). Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini berupa rekomendasi portofolio sistem informasi yang dibutuhkan PT Mono Jaya guna meningkatkan daya saing perusahaan.

Abstract

Wishnu Husada Banyumas Hospital has applied information technology in the service process, but the problems that arise in the application of information systems often occur such as human error, server problems and other risks. Lack of documentation in managing risks results in the same risks being repeated often in the future. The purpose of this study is to evaluate risk using the OCTAVE-S method and control standards referring to ISO 27001 in hospitals. This research is a qualitative research using a case study approach. The data collection method uses literature studies and field studies. The results achieved from this research are knowing critical information systems in the form of a database server and also SIMRS, knowing the threat to critical assets in the form of the absence of some standard procedures in the 6 parts of security practices. There are 6 security practices that get a red stoplight, 9 yellow stoplight security practices and 1 green stoplight security practice referring to the OCTAVE-S method. The risk mitigation plan refers to ISO 27001 to help the organization map according to the assessment of safety practices that have been carried out

Abstract

The Indonesian government conducted a household fuel conversion program in 2007 using LPG as a substitute for kerosene. LPG gas is the most widely used energy source for the people of Indonesia. Currently the quality of LPG gas cylinders tends to decrease. This quality degradation can occur due to lack of supervision during the production process, especially in the quality control process, so the use of LPG is quite dangerous with the potential to cause an explosion to fire. The aim of this research is to design and build a prototype of a gas and fire leak detection system using Arduino. The method used in this research is the prototype development method with the stages of listening to problems and customer needs, building a prototype, then the customer sees the prototype and tests it. The results of this study are tools that can detect LPG and fire gas leaks using an arduino microcontroller that can be accessed using a smartphone with an average response time to detect a fire of 4.43 seconds while to detect a gas of 4.18 seconds.

Abstract

Gamelan merupakan salah satu budaya lokal Indonesia yang perlu dipelihara eksistensinya. Beberapa penelitian terkait pengenalan gamelan ke generasi muda telah banyak dilakukan, diantaranya menghasilkan aplikasi yang menggabungkan antara gamelan dengan teknologi terkini yaitu augmented reality. Penggunaan teknologi augmented reality untuk menampilkan dan memperkenalkan alat musik gamelan merupakan inovasi baru dan perlu diapresiasi. Namun perlu sebuah penilaian tersendiri untuk mengetahui apakah penggunaan teknologi tersebut berdampak positif terhadap penggunanya. Melalui penelitian ini, peneliti melakukan kajian lebih dalam dengan menggunakan metode Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) untuk mengetahui pengalaman pengguna dalam berinteraksi dengan aplikasi gamelan berbasis augmented reality. Terdapat lima aspek yang diuji yaitu aspek kemudahan penggunaan (Perceived Ease of Use), manfaat penggunaan (Perceived Usefulness), sikap pengguna (Atitude Toward Using), keinginan pengguna (Behavioral Intention of Use), kesadaran pengguna (Actual System Usage). Dari hasil uji validitas dan realibiltas yang dilakukan didapatkan hasil bahwa semua butir komponen dalam kuisoner yang dibagikan valid dan reliable. Sedangkan dari analisis data deskriptif yang dilakukan, didapatkan hasil bahwa persepsi pengguna terhadap lima aspek tersebut di atas sangat baik dengan nilai skor tertinggi 4.10 pada aspek kemudahan penggunaan dan sikap pengguna.

Abstract

Pemilihan Kepala Desa sangat ditunggu oleh masyarakat dan antusias memasyarakat saat pemilihan kepala desa sangat tinggi di bandingkan dengan pemilihan umum yang lain, dikarenakan pemilihan Kepala Desa sangat disorot oleh masyarakat sekitar langsung, dari cara kerja pimpinan, penggunaan anggaran dan lain sebagainya. Pil Kades di setiap daerah khususnya di Desa Kembaran banyumas akan diadakan pilihan Kepala Desa untuk pilihan tahun 2019 setelah pilpres dilaksanakan. Pemilihan umum Kepala Desa di Kembaran masih menggunakan kertas coblos sama seperti pemilihan pada umumnya, hal ini membuat pemborosan anggaran karena kertas coblos yang tidak dipakai akan dibuang, bilik-bilik yang sudah tidak terpakai akan di simpan selama 5 tahun, perhitungan hasil pemilihan nya kurang cepat. Aplikasi Coblos adalah solusinya dimana cara kerja system ini di kerjakan menggunakan computer canggih, diantaranya Layar Touch Screen digunakan untuk memilih Gambar Calon, Fingerprint/QR Code digunakan untuk proses absensi kehadiran jika akan masuk kebilik pemilihan, Dashboard Diagram digunakan untuk melihat hasil perhitungan bakal calon yang akan menjadi pemenang langsung ditampilkan di layar besar untuk dilihat oleh semua orang yang ingin mengetahui hasil perolehan suara terbanyak dari calon, semua kemudahan diatas di jalankan oleh komputer, jadi tidak ada campur tangan dari pihak KPU ataupun oknum-oknum yang akan menyalahgunakan data calon pemilih

Abstract

Elfath UMKM is one of the UMKM in Purbalingga Regency, Central Java, which is located in Kaligondang Village. This UMKM is engaged in the production of snacks in the form of macaroni cheese. Based on the potential for product sales and also the number of MSMEs engaged in the production sector, the competition between fields is getting tighter. The problem with Elfath's MSMEs is that the business model has not been maximally implemented. So that the Elfath MSME needs to develop an ongoing business model so that later it can compete with other MSMEs. This study aims to identify the business model that is currently running in Elfath MSMEs and to develop a business model for Elfath MSMEs with a Business Model Canvas (BMC) approach and SWOT analysis. By using the BMC method, it can provide greater business opportunities by developing business models, while the SWOT analysis is used to determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats to these SMEs. The results of the study show that the business model currently being run by Elfath SMEs has fulfilled the 9 elements of the Business Model Canvas. Even though it has fulfilled the 9 elements of BMC, Elfath SMEs need to develop the business model by maximizing the strategies contained in the 9 elements of BMC through SWOT analysis.

Abstract

The online registration system is a technology-based registration system where a person registers himself independently to get a service. Based on a preliminary study that was conducted with the IT team of Muhammadiyah General Hospital Siti Aminah Bumiayu, it is known that there has never been a written statement that the online registration system used has ever been evaluated related to usability since the system was first used. The purpose of this study was to find out the evaluation results of the online registration system at Muhammadiyah Siti Aminah Bumiayu General Hospital. In the evaluation process it is carried out by involving user interface experts, who have a role in helping and assessing how the system can have a good design that is in accordance with the heuristic evaluation rules. The results of this study found 47 problems from the three evaluators. If these problems are combined, the three evaluators who participated in the heuristic evaluation found 31 problem findings in total

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the level of user satisfaction with the website of SMAN 1 Wangon by applying the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method. This method assesses user satisfaction based on five main dimensions: system quality, information quality, service quality, end user, and individual benefits. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires distributed to students, teachers, and administrative staff. The results of the analysis show that overall user satisfaction is in a good category, although there are some aspects that need to be improved, especially in terms of information and service quality. This research is expected to provide suggestions for further development of the school website, in order to improve user experience and support the learning process.

Abstract

In the digital era, the utilization of information technology has become a primary need to support various aspects of education. One of the innovations implemented in educational institutions is the use of e-learning platforms, which allow learners to study flexibly without being hindered by distance and time. Universitas Amikom Purwokerto has developed the E-Learning Support System (ELLS) website as an online learning tool accessible by students and lecturers. This study aims to analyze the service management of ELLS using the ITIL V3 framework, which provides a structured guide in managing and optimizing services to better meet user needs in a sustainable manner. The methodology used includes observation, interviews, and surveys distributed to service users. The results show that the implementation of ITIL V3 can improve service effectiveness, reduce the risk of disruptions, and provide a positive experience for users. This research is expected to provide recommendations for improving e-learning service management at Universitas Amikom Purwokerto and serve as a reference for other educational institutions looking to enhance the quality of their services.

Abstract

Currently, the Amikom University Purwokerto student portal is still not equipped with a student data search feature that can make it easier to access related information. The unavailability of this feature can provide significant obstacles to various students' daily activities, especially in activities such as academic research, collaborative group work across study programs, and interactions between departments. The aim of this research is to apply the TOGAF framework which is expected to be able to help identify the root of the problem and provide a more comprehensive, systematic and effective solution in an effort to improve the functionality of this portal, so that it can better support students' academic needs. This research uses the TOGAF method which includes Understanding Business Context, Vision Architecture, Definition Architecture, and Transition Architecture. The result of this research is a flowchart design for the student data search feature which was created and analyzed using the Bizagi Modeler application which was compared between the design and the current process. Based on the results, it shows that the design of the student data search flow through Student Amikom Purwokerto is much faster and more efficient because the data search time is reduced from 40 minutes to 3 minutes.
