Abstract

Pernikahan dini menyebabkan tingkat stres dan ketercapaian fungsi keluarga kurang optimal karena tidak siap menikah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh tingkat stres dan kesiapan menikah terhadap ketercapaian fungsi keluarga pada keluarga dengan istri menikah dini. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional study dan retrospective study yang melibatkan 100 istri menikah dini. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa lebih dari separuh kesiapan menikah responden tergolong rendah, lebih dari separuh tingkat stres responden tergolong sedang, dan separuh dari ketercapaian fungsi keluarga responden tergolong sedang. Uji korelasi menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara usia istri saat menikah, lama pendidikan istri, dan pendapatan perkapita dengan kesiapan menikah dan ketercapaian fungsi keluarga. Terdapat hubungan negatif antara usia istri saat menikah, lama pendidikan istri, pendapatan perkapita, dan lama menikah dengan tingkat stres. Besar keluarga memiliki hubungan positif dengan tingkat stres serta hubungan negatif dengan kesiapan menikah dan ketercapaian fungsi keluarga. Uji pengaruh menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh negatif pada tingkat stres terhadap ketercapaian fungsi keluarga serta pengaruh positif dari lama menikah dan pendapatan perkapita terhadap ketercapaian fungsi keluarga.

Abstract

Indonesia has experienced a decline in marriage rates in the last ten years. Religiosity and social support have an important role in preparing individuals for marriage. This study aims to analyze the influence of young adult characteristics, family characteristics, religiosity, social support, on marital readiness in the young adult age group. The research design used was a cross-sectional study with a quantitative approach. This study involved unmarried young adults aged 21 to 30 years. Respondents in this study totaled 60. The research location was in the Central Bogor Sub-district, Bogor City, West Java. Nonprobability sampling was conducted using purposive sampling technique. The results of the t test obtained a significant difference between the religiosity of men and women. The correlation test shows that there is a significant positive relationship between respondents' age, number of families, religiosity, social support and marital readiness. The regression test results show that income, number of family members, and religiosity have a significant positive effect on marital readines.

Abstract

Desa Temayang memiliki Daerah pertanian yang cukup luas yaitu 293.02 Ha dan yang berstatus sawah adalah 98.8 Ha. Pada musim penghujan tanaman pokok yang ditanam petani di desa tersebut adalah tanaman padi dan itupun hanya satu kali tanam. Sedangkan setelah tanaman padi biasanya petani menanam palawija jenis jagung, dan terdapat beberapa area pertanian yang dibiarkan bera karena ketersediaan air tidak dapat memenuhi kebuthan air untuk seluruh area yang ada. Daerah Irigasi Desa Temayang Seluas 98.8 Ha dengan sumber air utama Brubulan yang terletak di Desa Temayang Kecamatan Kerek Kabupaten Tuban. Saluran induk Brubulan sudah dibangun dengan dimensi yang sudah di sediakan untuk mengalirkan debit air maksimum (247 L/dtk). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghitung kebutuhan air irigasi dengan jenis tanaman padi-jagung-kedelai. Dari luas wilayah Daerah Irigasi Desa Temayang Kecamatan Kerek Kabupaten Tuban sebesar 98.8 Ha dengan kebutuhan air irigasi pola tanam padi – jagung – kedelai dimulai awal pengolahan lahan pada awal bulan Desember maka dengan menggunakan aplikasi Cropwat versi 8.0 kebutuhan air irigasi maksimum didapat sebesar 128.0 ltr/dtk/ha. Terjadi pada periode ke 3 bulan April. Untuk minimum didapat sebesar 4.0 lt/dtk/ha. Terjadi pada periode ke 1 bulan September. Ketersediaan air pada Sumber Mata Air Brubulan yang ada di Desa Temayang Data debit maksimal sumber mata air brubulan desa temayang adalah 247 lt/dtk. Data debit minimal sumber mata air brubulan desa temayang adalah 66 lt/dtk. Dan Data debit rata rata sumber mata air brubulan desa temayang adalah 156,5 lt/dtk.

Abstract

The success and performance of teachers in the field of education is largely determined by organizational culture because it is seen as a factor that has an influence on increasing teacher work productivity. Many teachers do not pay attention to the organizational culture applied in schools which causes teacher work productivity to decrease so that it has an impact on the graduation (output) of students. The research method used is a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques using instruments or questionnaires. It is known that the results of statistical calculations using SPSS 22 show that there is a significant positive relationship between Organizational Culture (X) and Teacher Work Productivity (Y) at SMP Al-Farisi Tapos Bogor, as evidenced by Ryx = 0.470 which has a fairly deep relationship. range (0.400-0.600), the significant value and the value of the coefficient of determination are 24.6% and 74.4% are influenced by other factors. Such as education, skills, motivation, salary, health, technology, achievement opportunities and others.

Abstract

The existence of PNM Mekaar aims to produce entrepreneurs or successful entrepreneurs from among women with limited capital to open a business or as capital to develop a business. Empowerment of this program is an effort by the government and includes state-owned enterprises whose priority is the welfare of the people, especially in financing loans, guarantees and training for women to manage finances with the help of PNM Mekkar. PNM Mekaar is a financial institution that has credit distribution where this is the main risk of bad credit, but in financing transactions PNM Mekaar Syariah Sidoarjo has the privilege of managing risk appropriately, so that there are not so many bad loans. Group financing community system with account officer guidance in grouping women's transactions for financing. The purpose of this research is to find out how the transaction system and risk management optimization are. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method by obtaining data through interviews and observation.

Abstract

Moral degradation and character crises are worrying phenomena among students today. This research examines the basic concept of management of students’ moral development from the Qur’an perspective to overcome these problems. The research uses qualitative research with a library approach and uses thematic interpretation (maudu’i) and content analysis methods. This research explores verses from the Qur’an related to management and morals. The research results formulate the main principles in moral development management, including comprehensive planning, continuous implementation, comprehensive supervision, unity of command, decision-making based on wisdom, making the Prophet’s morals an example, and instilling the values ​​of justice and preventing evil. It is hoped that implementing these principles can help students develop noble morals, following the values ​​of the Qur’an as a guide to life for Muslims.

Abstract

Jalan merupakan prasarana transportasi yang paling banyak digunakan oleh masyarakat untuk melakukan mobilitas keseharian, sehingga volume kendaraan yang melewati suatu ruas jalan akan mempengaruhi kapasitas dan kemampuan dukungnya. Kekuatan dan keawetan kontruksi perkerasan jalan sangat ditentukan oleh beban yang diterima jalan tersebut, sifat-sifat daya dukung tanah dasar, kualitas bahan baku perkerasan. Dari hasil survey didapat beberapa kerusakan yaitu tambalan, retak, lubang, gelombang dan amblas pada desa Bangilan – Tapelan dilakukan penanganan perbaikan untuk mengatasi kerusakan dengan menambal atau melakukan lapis ulang tetapi tidak menyelesaikan masalah. Tambalan luas kerusakan 218 dengan Nq 4,26, Retak luas kerusakan 208 dengan Nq 4,16, Lubang luas kerusakan 205 dengan Nq 4,1, Alur luas keruskan 113 dengan Nq 2,26, Gelombang luas kerusakan 204 dengan Nq 4,08, Belahan luas kerusakan 29,8 dengan Nq 0,596, Nilai kerusakan jalan = 19,5, Untuk perencanaan tebal lapis tambahan dengan Umur Rencana 5 tahun, sesuai dengan perhitungan yang di peroleh dari hasil, maka untuk tebal lapisan tambahan yaitu Laston = 3 cm ( laston ms 774 ).

Abstract

Penelitian Penelitian ini mengevaluasi implementasi pendidikan karakter di MTs Ma'arif NU 1 Sumpiuh berdasarkan nilai-nilai QS An-Naml ayat 40 yang mencakup keikhlasan, tanggung jawab, dan kesadaran ketuhanan. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam kepada dua guru dan kepala sekolah. Hasil menunjukkan nilai-nilai karakter seperti kejujuran, tanggung jawab, kerendahan hati, dan spiritualitas telah terintegrasi dalam pembelajaran melalui keteladanan guru, penguatan nilai, dan pembiasaan sehari-hari. Namun, implementasi masih menghadapi kendala berupa keterbatasan waktu, kurangnya koordinasi sekolah-orang tua, dan pemahaman guru yang belum maksimal terhadap penilaian karakter berbasis Al-Qur'an. Penelitian menegaskan pentingnya penguatan nilai-nilai Qur'ani dalam pendidikan untuk membentuk generasi yang cerdas intelektual dan unggul dalam akhlak, serta perlunya sinergi lebih baik antara stakeholder pendidikan.

Abstract

High school graduates are expected to continue to the college. However, if they do not take the further education, so they will be expected to work. The expectations of schools and parents on the fresh graduates are that they can continue to university or be an independent after graduation. Based on the observation in this study, it is showed that 60% of the high school graduates can not proceed to university. Therefore, for those who are not able to proceed to the universities, it is hoped that they can support themselves by getting the job. Here is the importance of giving them the life skills education program (life skills education) and entrepreneurial subjects. To illustrate the problem, this study attempts to explore the data with a qualitative approach. In line with this approach, this kind of research is classified as a case study in the term of life skills education and entrepreneurial subjects. The purpose of this study was to describe: (1) the program planning of life skills education in MA-Albadri Gumuksari Kalisat Jember, (2) the educational program skills in MA-Albadri Gumuksari Kalisat Jember, (3) the discussion of subjects of entrepreneurship programs, (4) the description of students’ career success after completing a program of life skills education and acquire entrepreneurial subjects in the MA-Albadri Gumuksari Kalisat Jember. Moreover, based on the results, it is showed that: (1) the education planning programs of local advantages (life skills education) in MA-Albadri Gumuksari Kalisat Jember Foundation described the establishment of coordination within the parents, communities, committee, employers, and related agencies in the Jember regency; (2) the local advantages of education programs (life skills education) in MA - Albadri Gumuksari Kalisat Jember is realized by the establishment of the Institute. Furthermore, the quality and skills development (LPMK) are conducted outside the school hours (as an extracurricular activities) 4 hours each day and it is divided into 2 turns. The program is done creatively, which is carried out with equipment based on the predefined modules; (3) the application of entrepreneurial subjects in the MA-Albadri Gumuksari Kalisat Jember integrated into the curriculum of local excellence. MA is one of the applying school subjects of entrepreneurship, and the entrepreneurial learning process are held for 2 hours of lessons in each week; (4) the description of students career success after completing life skills education program (Life Skills Education) and acquire entrepreneurial subjects in MA-Albadri Gumuksari Kalisat Jember are indicated by the number of graduates who are able to run their own business, or work at another person’s place of business. The percentage of those who open a business or work is higher than those who go on to college (40%).
