Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of experiential marketing and accessibility on interest in repeat visits. The method used in data collection is by observing and distributing online questionnaires to tourists who have visited Green Hill tourism at least once. And the data obtained will be processed using statistical data analysis applications or processed with SPSS. The results of this study state that the experiential marketing and accessibility variables have a significant effect on the variable of interest in revisiting this can be seen from the results of the T test on the experiential marketing variable that is equal to t count 5,829 > t table 2,364 and the accessibility variable also has a significant effect on interest re-visit that is equal to t count 4.162 > t table 2.364.

Abstract

Layanan perpustakaan mendapat sebuah tempat tersendiri dalam undang-undang, hal ini dikarenakan layanan perpustakaan merupakan tugas utama tujuan dari terbentuknya sebuah perpustakaan. Perpustakaan juga harus beradaptasi dan mengikuti perkembangan teknologi, salah satunya dengan penggunaan media sosial sebagai sarana komunikasi antara perpustakaan dan pemustaka. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh antara kualitas layanan dan promosi digital terhadap loyalitas pemustaka melalui mediasi kepuasan pemustaka. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Perpustakaan Proklamator Bung Karno yang berlokasi di Blitar, Jawa timur, pada 2024. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan pemustaka adalah signifikan; (2) pengaruh promosi digital terhadap kepuasan pemustaka adalah signifikan; (3) pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap loyalitas pemustaka tidak signifikan; (4) pengaruh promosi digital terhadap loyalitas pemustaka adalah signifikan; (5) pengaruh kepuasan pemustaka terhadap loyalitas pemustaka signifikan; (6) pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap loyalitas pemustaka melalui mediasi kepuasan pemustaka adalah signifikan; (7) pengaruh promosi digital terhadap loyalitas pemustaka melalui mediasi kepuasan pemustaka adalah signifikan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penggunaan metode hypnoteaching dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa kelas VII di MTs Nahdlatuth Thalabah Kesilir Wuluhan Jember. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII B yang berjumlah 32 siswa. Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan empat tahapan, yaitu (1) perencanaan, (2) pelaksanaan, (3)pengamatan, dan (4) refleksi. Menggunakan teknik dalam pengumpulan data, yaitu evaluasi / test. Hasil penelitian terhadap pemahaman siswa pada materi fiqih menunjukkan adanya peningkatan prosentase ketuntasan siswa dari siklus I ke siklus II ditunjukkan oleh prosentase hasil evaluasi belajar siswa yang menunjukkan peningkatan, karena sebelum penelitian prosentase ketuntasan klasikal terhadap hasil evaluasi belajar siswa adalah 12,5 % atau 4 siswa menjadi 20 siswa 62,49 %, pada siklus II lebih meningkat menjadi 28 siswa atau 87,5 %. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan metode pembelajaran hypnoteaching dapat meningkatkan pemahaman siswa pada materi fiqih kelas VII B MTs Nahdlatuth Thalabah Kesilir Wuluhan Jember.

Abstract

This study aims to study the phonological variation between Temanggung and Banyumas dialects of Javanese, focusing on vowel and consonant sound changes and phonemic processes that occur in speech. Through a qualitative descriptive approach, data was collected using observation, recording, and direct data collection methods from daily conversations as well as a Swadesh vocabulary list that includes 450 words. The results showed significant variations in the pronunciation of vowel sounds, such as the change of vowel /อป/ to /a/, vowel /e/ to /a/, vowel /a/ to /e/, and the variation of vowel /o/ to /u/. In addition, phoneme addition phenomena such as paragogue and prothesis, phoneme reduction (affresis), as well as vowel phoneme substitution are identified as distinctive characteristics of both dialects. These findings emphasize the importance of understanding dialectal variation in the context of phonology, as well as its implications for language teaching and local culture preservation.
