Abstract

The purpose of this study to discuss about analysis of factors affecting employee performance. In this study, researchers used a type of causal associative research with a quantitative approach. In this study, the population will be employees, totaling 85 people. If the total population is less than 100 people, then the total number of samples taken is 85 people as the sample of this study. The analytical method uses multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

Challenges and opportunities in marketing businesses relying on digital applications during the pandemic have been felt to be very diverse and complex. The study aimed to obtain scientific evidence of the challenges and opportunities of digital application-based business marketing. We discussed them under a phenomenological approach where we sought answers to gain a new understanding of a phenomenal event, namely marketing during a pandemic. To get the information, we needed to visit various sources of information, and we studied with a literature review system that involved data coding, evaluation, and interpretation of data. We did a virtual search of the data on several publications related to economic-based digital marketing issues during the pandemic. Finally, we concluded intending to get valid answers. Our data search was carried out electronically on several sources with a publishing period between 2010 and 2022 based on the results. After reviewing various sources and discussing them, we can conclude that digital-based marketing for a profitable and sustainable business has undoubtedly been proven to face many challenges and opportunities. The question mark is that not all business people and customers understand and can apply point technology, while the opportunity is that digital technology applications can innovate business marketing efforts efficiently, effectively, and productively.

Abstract

ABSTRAKDalam kaitan usaha kecil di masa pandemic covid 19 tidak  hanya pada pengusaha besar saja tapi pengusaha  kecil juga terkena dampak perekonomian yang sulit diakibatkan daya beli masyarakat  yang menurun termasuk pengusaha UKM Toko Quinsha di Jakarta yaitu beberapa UKM penjual makanan dipinggir jalan  ada  usaha kecil  sudah tidak berjualan lagi karena tidak ada yang beli   sehingga kehabisan modal untuk berjualan kembali.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk peneliti yang tergerak ingin meneliti kiat-kiat meningkatkan volume penjualan di masa pandemic covid 19 pada UKM. Masalah yang dihadapi adalah ketika mengumpulkan data  dimana UKM terkadang tidak berjualan dikarenakan masih sepi pelanggan .Tapi ketika ada pesanan melalui telephone  maka kami sudah bisa mengambil data konsumen pembeli nasi kebuli .Sedangkan untuk nasi uduk dan nasi ulam masih dapat berjualan setiap hari  kecuali hari libur kerja  Toko Quinsha tidak berjualan karena pada hari libur kerja biasanya jarang pembeli .Dan untuk menhemat biaya operasional. Data dikumpulkan melalui pembeli sebagai konsumen untuk mengisi kuesioner. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey . Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah melalui penyebaran sejumlah daftar kuesioner dengan skala likert  diberikan kepada 30 responden setelah disebar dalam kuesioner mengacu kepada variabel penelitian, yaitu Volume Penjualan  dan dilihat dari indikator ke 1 mendapatkan 70% , dilihat dari indikator ke 2 mendapatkan 78% dan dilihat dari indikator ke 3 mendapatkan 76% sehingga skor rata -rata persentase seluruh indikator adalah 74,6% Hasil menunjukkan bahwa skor rata -rata indicator Volume penjualan  dari ketiga indicator skor rata-rata indicator masih dalam kategori baik yaitu 74%, hal itu karena skor presentase Volume penjualan  persentasi  dengan nilai 74% jika dilihat dari  batas kriteria  ukuran 60 % - 79,99 % adalah  baik, Maka hasil rata-rata dari ketiga dimensi Volume Penjualan  masih dalam ukuran kategori baik atau masih termasuk baik, Keyword : Volume Penjualan , Dampak Covid-19, UKM   ABSTRACT In terms of small businesses during the COVID-19 pandemic, not only big entrepreneurs but small entrepreneurs are also affected by a difficult economy due to the declining purchasing power of the people, including UKM entrepreneurs in Jakarta  Quinsha Shop that is several  UKM selling food on the side of the road, there are small businesses that are no longer selling because no one buys it so it runs out of capital to resell. This study aims for researchers who are moved to research tips on increasing sales volume during the COVID-19 pandemic in UKM The problem faced is when collecting data where UKM sometimes do not sell because there are still no customers. But when there is an order by telephone, we can take consumer data for buying kebuli rice. Meanwhile, Nasi uduk and Nasi Ulam can still sell every day except for work holidays. Quinsha shop does not sell because on working holidays there are usually few buyers. And to save operational costs.Data is collected through buyers as consumers to fill out a questionnaire. Using a quantitative approach with a survey method. The data collection technique was carried out through the distribution of a list of questionnaires with a Likert scale given to 30 respondents after being distributed in the questionnaire referring to the research variable, namely Sales Volume and seen from the 1st indicator getting 70%, judging from the 2nd indicator getting 78% and seen from the 3rd indicator get 76% so that the average percentage score of all indicators is 74.6% The results show that the average score of the sales volume indicator of the three indicators is still in the good category, namely 74%, this is because the percentage score of sales volume is a percentage with a value of 74% when viewed from the size criteria limit of 60% - 79.99 % is good, then the average result of the three dimensions of Sales Volume is still in the good category size or is still good,             Keyword : Sales Volume, Impact of Covid-19, UKM
